I ordered it many times in recent years and the burger with the cutlet was sometimes made so fast that it was unclear what I was paying for. The composition has always been different, a few times they brought a normal one. I used to love a dessert where there is ice cream and tubes. The tubes were often just missing, as if they shouldn't exist. On the call a year ago, when I was not informed what I needed in the order, some very impulsive madam answered, who definitely does not know how to negotiate, but they coped with the defect and thank you. And the main nuance is probably that delivery to my house, where there are two entrances and I always put the right one, occurs with such difficulty, as if there are thousands of entrances and it is unclear where to deliver. It's not the worst place, but I won't recommend it either. If you want to eat properly, then this is the chef, Bulgakov. The rest just exists for show and I'm sure it will close.

I visit this place often, but I decided to leave a review only now. The day before yesterday, my mother and husband were like this at lunchtime, a polite girl came up to us, took the order, brought everything quickly, it seems so, and then what's wrong. The dishes stank, for a long time we could not understand what it stank, smelled the dishes, drinks. And in the end, these are devices, it feels like they were wiped with a grandmother's rag, which had not seen water for 10 years. The cleaner there, Tatiana, is not very polite, is always unhappy and can be rude. And so I liked everything.
