The property is surrounded by construction sites: tonnes of noise, dust. Rooms are small and dark like capsule hotel. No desk for working. Absolutely incompetent staff that have no clue about customer care. There are so much nicer hotels in the city.

Nice hotel,clean, cozy, lived on the second floor, the breakfast is great, I've never seen it anywhere, the staff is polite, there is a Jacuzzi and sauna, a cafe on the 7th floor, everything is great.

I didn't like the hotel, I was on a business trip and booked 2 rooms, the maximum is suitable for those who only sleep for 1 night, there is no closet, only hooks, there is something noisy at night on the 7th floor on the roof, there is no TV remote control, there are no batteries in the safe, the keys to the room do not fit, the rooms are confused, you order one thing, they give another, almost everything is cold at breakfast, terrible instant coffee, there is a cafe on the top floor, people sit there with their feet on the seats, drink tea every evening, and cut their hair with a typewriter in the same place, it is impossible to reach the reception desk from the room, it is unknown which number to dial, the laundry room on the ground floor is The fear room! All of the above is unacceptable to me, so I will not stay at this hotel anymore.

Disgusting food (all certified and of questionable quality). The room was paid for, a junior suite with a large bed - they put me in a room with two separate beds and dirty plumbing with someone else's hair, I had to swear to be moved the next day. There is no refrigerator in the junior suite when the heat is +40, the mattress is bulging with such springs that it seriously scratched my leg. They didn't give me a big towel, and in order to get it, I had to run around swearing at the reception 2 more times. I strongly do not recommend it.

The hotel is beautiful and cozy. Delicious breakfasts.
But the location is not the most convenient, there is a construction site and an industrial zone all around.
It came as an unpleasant surprise to us that the promised pool and sauna were not working.

The linen is wrinkled and stained. There was only one set of towels in the 2-bed room. I had to ask them to bring it.
Instead of the two identical standard rooms booked in November, which were selected based on the submitted photos, they were given only one. The second number is two times smaller. To the question: "why?" Did they say the rooms were occupied???

A "fresh" hotel with a stylish interior, spacious rooms and good furniture, but there is something to complain about:
1. High-rise and dense pillows. Everyone I know likes it softer. I did not find out if they provide softer pillows on request.
2. There is a kettle in the room, but the socket for it is either on the floor (the cord will not reach) or on the bedside shelf.
3. There were difficulties with setting up warm water in the shower. It was either boiling water or ice water. It is not clear whether the problem is in the mixer or systemically in the pipeline.
4. The dishes (cups) in the room are pretty, but there is a rim-recess on the edge, which apparently is not washed properly and a fastidious and attentive guest will notice deposits on them.

The first time they gave me the key to the room where people were sleeping, they went down, gave me a second room with a single bed! No one even apologized, no one will take your luggage to the room, In General, we turned around and left for another hotel. Disgusting, ugly, I do not recommend it!

Knowing how the hotel business works in Uzbekistan, when booking at a booking, I always write in messages asking to confirm the reservation and the amount of payment.
It was the same this time. I was confirmed the amount of payment as it was written in the booking, and three days before check-in, I was sent a message that I still need to add a tour fee from each person for every day. I tried to convey the information that in other hotels, when booking, the cost of the hotel is immediately indicated and the tour fee and the total amount are separately indicated, that three days before check-in you can not do this, it's not beautiful. In general, I don't know if it's important for you to add $ 50 to the cost, but it's important for me. As a result, I canceled my reservation and found a better place.
