The room is dirty, the mattresses are stained yellow, the sheets are smaller than the mattress, they constantly roll down and you find yourself on a terrible mattress right with a child. Dust and cobwebs in the corners. The taps are running, the burned-out light bulb has not been changed, although they asked for it. Cleaning is only on request, they do not clean the rooms themselves from the word at all. But all this pales in comparison with the super cleaner, I don't know her name, an older woman with short hair. She was rude to me, bullied me, said that I should clean up after my child myself, except that she didn't give me a mop. When I asked her to be insubordinate, she answered me very rudely. I haven't seen such a staff anywhere for a long time. Also, their garbage is divided into personal and non-personal. We have to take out the personal one ourselves, it's unclear what and where, the non-personal one is in a small bucket in the toilet, I don't know what non-personal things can be put there.

The staff is extremely unfriendly. At the entrance, the guard with the look and manners of the director makes it clear with all his appearance and intonation that he is extremely unhappy that he was disturbed. The concepts of politeness and customer orientation are completely absent. You can only stay at the hotel for a period of five days or more. And the hotel itself certainly looks very presentable. Everything inside is also at the proper level.
We had a rest with children from 12/27/19-01/22/20. Calm, comfortable. But not for the whimsical. The linen is not new, the towels are too, but everything is clean and fresh. The staff is polite. Breakfasts are like at home. Everything is delicious. It's not expensive, for the money you paid, it's even great!!! I recommend it)

Not a bad hotel. There is a kitchen. Breakfast was included in the price. But not so much about the little things. The toilet drain didn't work well. I applied several times - it didn't go beyond the promise.

We live here at the moment, everything is good,clean,cleaning in 3 days at a time,air conditioning ,wi-fi throughout the hotel so do not listen to those who say that they do not catch in the back rooms, we live on the 4th floor,even in the cafe across the street they catch,do not have to ask them for a password,yes, the TV shows a couple of channels, I think that's not why people come here to eat, sleep and watch TV, if you're not piglets yourself, everything will be fine.

I came with my wife on tour from June 14 to June 17, 2019), the hotel looks normal but there are many nuances, first of all, cleaning the room only when you move in, the mattress is all dirty (room number 302) tables and chairs on the balcony are sticky, in the bathroom a curtain of this kind that you lean against you catch a couple of types of fungus, but in in general, it seems nothing, there is a refrigerator and a refrigerator, and MOST IMPORTANTLY! Do not take rooms on the first and second floor with a view not to the sea, because there will be a view of the wall right next to the balcony.
And I would like to add about the food, we had three breakfasts:
1 breakfast- semolina porridge with milk plus scrambled eggs poured with sour cream and tea (I ate my wife said it was disgusting)
2 breakfast- rice porridge with milk omelet tea (the rice is tastier, the omelet is not even warmed up..)
3 breakfast- semolina sausage (disgusting) and egg.
The tables are sticky again and with crumbs of past guests who ate, when asked to wipe the table, they said it was clean)), I had to take forks for three days and go wash myself because they had huge pieces of spoiled food on them.
I have been coming here for years with the feeling that I have come to my native home!!! Top-level comfort, wonderful staff, great cuisine. I want to express my gratitude to the owners of the hotel.I wish you health and prosperity for making our vacation fabulous and unique!!!

But in fact, this hotel has not justified hopes. The room is not cleaned. The maximum is that they only change the towel and sheet... and then if you ask for it for a very long time and persistently. There is a terrible stench in the toilet.. It's dirty. The shower was leaking. To which we said to fix it, but they wrote it down and did not fix it.. so far, we have not asked to call the owner and they eventually fixed it for the last days of the vacation . And there was another very unpleasant incident... The guy proposed to me in the evening and the next day, when we had already come from the sea, the ring case was missing. We were looking. The whole room was ransacked. But I knew for sure that I had put the case in the locker where there was nothing else. After that, we went to find out who was in our room and where the case was missing. Together with the receptionist and the cleaner, we went into the room, they looked at everything again and made sure that the ring case was really missing. What did the cleaning lady tell us afterwards:
- Why would I need an empty case?.. I understand it would have been with a ring
.... In short, they caught up with me later... that I allegedly threw it away.... I was just in shock... I think it's okay at least I had time to make a proposal, otherwise I would have disappeared with the ring.... then we left leaving the keys at the reception. We arrive at the hotel and they ask to see a photo of the case... supposedly they will buy exactly the same one. We said that we didn't need another one and that we were just completely disappointed in your hotel! They asked us to call the owner, which they said that when he comes we will inform you... and so for 6 days this owner did not exist....
We eventually found the case a day after the incident after we had breakfast. allegedly stuffed between denim shorts ... at the beginning, we were very ashamed, we wanted to apologize, but then we came to our senses that on the day of the theft, we were wearing denim shorts at once...and they and we went through the whole closet in detail.
When we went for a walk in the evening, the receptionist saw us and started asking if we had found the case. We said, "NO!And what should they have done? !
At which she began to look at us maliciously ...Supposedly we should apologize, but they still returned the money.
In one word, then all the hotel staff looked at us maliciously.... it was very unpleasant... I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible...
