We had a rest from 26.07-02.08 2024. The room has everything you need for life: air conditioning, hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator. The room was cleaned. The food was good. All are friendly and pleasant people. The only thing is light. But this is not the hotel's problem. And so to speak, the flavor of Abkhazia. We had a view of the hotel next door. But in principle, it doesn't matter. And it was described in the tour earlier. And if you want a better view, then wipe the room more expensive. There are views of the sea and the mountains. We had a rest from 04/28.24 to 05/22.24. And we liked everything! The attitude of the staff is wonderful. Any request was fulfilled quickly and with a smile. The food was very good (breakfast and dinner). Wonderful, friendly hosts and all the staff! Everything is so family-like. The hotel was renovated for the new season, the renovation in the rooms is fresh. We had rooms with mountain views. And despite the cloudy April weather, this is a wonderful place! We woke up with roosters - literally)) - there is somewhere in the neighboring houses. And for us, this childhood is the most important thing)) The location of the hotel is very good - there are many cafes and shops nearby, 5 minutes to the sea. A great place to relax on the territory of the hotel - for evening gatherings, there are swings, sofas, tables, pillows, a TV - very soulful)) Big greetings to all employees from Permians! We will recommend you to everyone!

I took a star for the bathroom, it was in terrible condition, we had the third floor, the view was not great, but it's a choice, a balcony with a view is more expensive. The food is enough, without overeating, thanks to the girls for the work of the cook. The location is excellent, the center is about 4 km to the colonnade in one direction, to the market about 4 km in the other. The sea is pebbly, sneakers are required. There are restaurants nearby with live music and dancing. In general, it's not even bad. On the last day I caught rotovirus, I need to wash everything very well, especially fruits and hands))

We had a rest from June 15 to 22, 2024. We liked everything! The room is large, the staff is polite, they always wish you a good day, all requests were fulfilled without refusal. The food (we took breakfast and dinner) was delicious and varied at home, dinners were almost never repeated during the week. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea. There is a recreation area next to the hotel. Air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, kettle, TV - everything is working properly. We lived on the 4th floor with a sea view. We definitely recommend it.

We rested at Arstaa from 20-28.06. 2024. About the pros: there was electricity, as there was weather. The kettle, refrigerator, toilet, hair dryer and air conditioning were working properly.
But! The view from room 207 is just AWFUL! The wall and the building material have probably been abandoned since last year. Nutrition, as they say, is about nothing: no vegetables, no fruits, no protein food... It's completely tasteless, tea bags are the cheapest, coffee from bags. Well, these are all small things. The main disadvantage of the hotel is the lack of towels! You can't interrogate them, and if they do, they're dirty and smelly. The bed linen is not the first freshness. We are not spoiled tourists, we have not even been to Turkey, but we did not expect such "hospitality". The hotel somehow pulls on the two. If you have already bought a tour to this hotel, be patient and have towels!

We had a rest from September 11 to 22, 2022 Arstaa, thank you for your hospitality! A good hotel for those who go to Abkhazia to relax, enjoy the sea and nature. Spacious rooms, clean bed, comfortable bed. And most importantly! Delicious and healthy food. We had 10 days and didn't want to miss any lunches or dinners. I ate my own breakfast and half of my husband's. 3 minutes walk to the sea, 30-40 minutes to Old Gagra, 20-30 minutes to New Gagra. Nearby there is a pharmacy, shops and everything you need to relax. For those who are traveling for Turkish service, pass by. There are hotels here for the finicky. For your money, whatever you want. And the main thing for those who do not think about what to feed themselves and their family on vacation, so that it is comfortable and clean to sleep, welcome! The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, kettle and of course Wi-Fi 😁

The impression of the stay is ambiguous. Of the advantages : 1. There has always been light and electricity, stable water supply, hot water around the clock.
2. The food in the dining room is not bad, but not for children, keep in mind. There were few vegetables, no fruits at all.
3. Relatively modern rooms with air conditioning, hairdryer and kettle for the room. An ironing board is always available.
4. Not a bad view on the 3rd and 4th floors.
5. Proximity to the sea, but at the same time the place is not eco-friendly, it is quite polluted.
Minuses: 1. Broken furniture, bedside tables are wobbly, the wardrobe doors are broken, the furniture design is not working, and this is in many rooms.
2. Cleaning, repairing some things will not be questioned. the toilet's drain barrel didn't really work for us. We figured out what to do so that he washed off.
3. The staff is rather sluggish on responsiveness. I would like to be more customer-oriented.
4. Spices in dishes are specific. We are not used to this. In general, the food is not very good, you should not go here with children.
In general, the impression of the rest is not bad. I would only book a hotel without food.

The menu is monotonous and not always tasty, but for the picky and those on a diet - it will do. We have been resting since August 8, room 208 on the second floor overlooking the street - I liked it, everything is working properly, but in room 205, where my husband's sister stayed, the lock to the toilet / shower is faulty + the entrance lock is stuck. The staff is polite, garbage collection and cleaning are available upon request. The sea is not far away, but the rotovirus was caught on the second day by a husband and two children, medicines bought in advance were very useful.

I was at this hotel in July-23 years old. The food is terrible in the dining room, nothing can be questioned by the staff...(the light bulbs in the room do not work, there is no clothes dryer, 👎). They were evicted from the room 6 hours before the transfer, sat with suitcases in the heat outside, on the territory. Don't drink, don't go to the toilet. Never order a transfer from this hotel, they took you to the border and abandoned you. The hostess is on her mind!!!

Disgusting hotel! We booked a room a month in advance. The price per day was 6 thousand with meals. When we arrived to check in, we were put in a room with a balcony that just overlooked the wall of the neighboring building. So keep in mind that the room is below the 3rd floor with almost no daylight!!! When asked to relocate, they replied that there were no rooms available and there would not be any in the near future.
I'm not talking about nutrition at all. If you are looking for a power supply, this is not the option. It is better to take it without and eat hearty and tasty in a cafe.
Porridge on water, dinner without meat, or for lunch mashed potatoes with a PIECE of chicken, which I had to give the second to my 3-year-old child. I can't imagine how a man could get enough of this. As a result, on the second day we already began to eat in a cafe.
The only advantage of this hotel is its more or less close location to the beach.
I will not write about blackouts anymore, since this is the norm for Abkhazia. But normal hotels have their own generators for these cases.

The hotel is not bad, the location is good, we lived on the 3rd floor, the Windows faced the street from the sea, it was quite noisy, since the road is close, if the windows overlook the mountains, probably the best option. The room is spacious, high ceilings, I clean the room on demand or every 5-7 days. The garbage is taken out every day. The bed is large and comfortable, in our room the air conditioner hung in the wall to the side of the bed-this is good, since you could turn it on and not be afraid to catch a cold. BUT THE FOOD!!!It just kills all the positive impressions..I am not a picky person and neither is my son, but I have never seen such an attitude and quality of cooking anywhere worse. The menu is monotonous and not tasty.

We were vacationing with our family, because of the child we took a tour with three meals a day, and the food upset us the most! They feed better in hospitals! All the equipment was working properly. The faucet was running in the shower, but it wasn't critical. There is no bathroom, just a shower. I was pleased with the large number of channels on the TV, the presence of a kettle and a hair dryer (before that I read reviews on the Internet and wrote that the kettle and hair dryer are shared on the floor). The rooms are cleaned approximately once every 2-3 days with a change of towels. The staff is friendly. There was three meals a day. The portions are good, everything was delicious) Excursions could be booked directly from the hotel. Prices and variety are the same as everywhere else. Therefore, it makes no sense to search and order in other places. They will take you there and bring you directly to the hotel. There are a large number of cafes, souvenir shops, grocery stores and a pharmacy nearby. It is a 2-minute walk to the beach. In general, we liked everything) The only disadvantage is if you take a room on the second floor, then the balcony will rest against the neighboring building and instead of a beautiful view there will be a wall in front of you.

The hotel is good in my opinion) do not expect Abkhazia to be at the level of foreign countries, then you will like it. The people are nice, polite, the rooms are large, ours had 2 bunk beds and a pull-out sofa, an ottoman, a small table and a large one. A new modern refrigerator, an old but large enough cupboard and a padded chair with a burnt hole in the middle)) there is a conder, but it works so-so. Very tasty food, in my opinion, is straight home-made, although without a choice. True, the portions are more than moderate, but we ate too much. Great location, close to the sea, lots of cafes, a shop, pharmacies for every taste. To relax inexpensively and pleasantly is the best thing👍

The photos on the site were probably taken when it was opened, now it's all very used (torn curtains, a closet with one door, an air conditioner that doesn't work, etc.). Room cleaning is conditional, the bathroom has never been cleaned at all. They save on everything! On the plus side, the sea is close.

The hotel is new, we rested there in August 2020, but after checking in on the 1st or 2nd floor you will see a view from the window facing directly into the wall of a nearby building. The sea is visible from the 3rd and 4th floors. The rooms themselves are not cleaned at all. Only if you ask for it, they will move a wet rag on the floor and take a bag of paper from the bathroom, wipe the sink. It's all.They do not vacuum, the garbage remains on the floor. Dust is everywhere and on everything - furniture, curtains, the curtain in the bathroom is like a wooden one - so dirty. The air conditioner is dead, dirty, black, apparently never cleaned in my life, rumbles loudly like a tractor. The TV is very small, the size of a matchbox. But there is a small clean refrigerator! The door from the closet is torn off. I asked some guy from the hotel to fix it - he came, hung it up, just came out, it fell again.
The mattress is stained, the bedding is not changed at all.The towels are washed, stiff, the pillows are dead. We lived there for 10 days with a child. The sofa is very old and dirty, there is mold inside it. The cleaner only complains that she does not have time to do anything alone. Washing for an additional fee is 100 rubles. It's a small thing, but it's unclear. The windows are stained. I had to clean it myself. There is one kettle per floor, in the common corridor.But someone constantly took him to his room and forgot to return him back.
The audibility is excellent - both in the bathroom and in the living room. The screams of children and some drunken neighbors made it very difficult to sleep. But the breakfasts are not bad - the dishes are clean, the food is fresh, the service is polite. This is the second plus in addition to the refrigerator in the room.
They were dissatisfied. We decided not to return there anymore, we rested with a 3-year-old child. The third plus is the sea is close within a 5-minute walk from the hotel and the polite staff.But I do not recommend it to people who are used to basic hygiene at home. For the Spartans, the light is green.

The first call was when I asked if it was possible to check in early with an infant for a lunch nap, they answered yes, but in a dirty room. Okay, I missed it, we agreed to check out of Adler's hotel later. I didn't like the very form of the answer, I could just politely reply that the rooms were still occupied. The room is dirty, the mattresses are stained yellow, the sheets are smaller than the mattress, they constantly roll down and you find yourself on a terrible mattress right with a child. Dust and cobwebs in the corners. The taps are running, the burned-out light bulb has not been changed, although they asked for it. Cleaning is only on request, they do not clean the rooms themselves from the word at all. But all this pales in comparison with the super cleaner, I don't know her name, an older woman with short hair. She was rude to me, bullied me, said that I should clean up after my child myself, except that she didn't give me a mop. When I asked her to be insubordinate, she answered me very rudely. I haven't seen such a staff anywhere for a long time. Also, their garbage is divided into personal and non-personal. We have to take out the personal one ourselves, it's unclear what and where, the non-personal one is in a small bucket in the toilet, I don't know what non-personal things can be put there.
