We were at this hotel on New Year's Eve. The hotel is so-so...We got a room on the second floor, with a view of the wall of the neighbor's house. The plumbing is very tired. There is a dining room, although it does not work in winter..The only plus...not a high cost of living

The staff is extremely unfriendly. At the entrance, the guard with the look and manners of the director makes it clear with all his appearance and intonation that he is extremely unhappy that he was disturbed. The concepts of politeness and customer orientation are completely absent. You can only stay at the hotel for a period of five days or more. And the hotel itself certainly looks very presentable. Everything inside is also at the proper level.
