As a result, I had to go to the laboratory separately, but I came on an empty stomach in vain. For the second time, without understanding, the administrator issues an invoice for a repeat appointment, which was included in my comprehensive examination and I have to remind myself and find out this issue. Girls, we humans are so stressed when we go to the doctors. Do not make us nervous at the reception and you will not have a lot of regular customers =)

I want to note only the positive aspects: we do not stand in line for three hours, as in other hospitals, the child is carefully listened to and examined, the doctors are competent. They have never prescribed expensive drugs, as doctors sometimes practice. The staff is always kind, and if anything is needed, they always prompt.

There are no complaints about diagnostic doctors, they are attentive, answer all questions, recommend what is necessary. In a word, I am very pleased with their work. But this is not the first time I have encountered the inattention of administrators. When I call and make an appointment, I always check the cost. And as a result, the cost varies significantly, for me this situation is unacceptable. Last year, when they saw it right at the reception and told the girls, they apologized and made a minimal discount, because it was their mistake. Yes, this is not the cost of the service that I was told about right away, but still, it's nice that at least some actions were on their part. And this time I was in a hurry and saw it only at home, called to clarify the cost and received a rude response from the administrator about the cost and that this could not be. In my opinion, this is unacceptable in the medical center. The administrator must be a person of the medical center.

I have repeatedly contacted Laura Chelombitko at this center with throat problems. I have been suffering from chronic tonsillitis for a long time, my ailment has worsened over the past year and there was a question of removal. Most of the doctors I visited told me to cut and I scheduled an operation in May. My last chance was Chelombitko. He assured me that I did not need surgery and his treatment would bring results. I canceled the operation and went to him for flushing and treatment. A lot of money was spent. After 2 weeks of treatment, my condition returned to the same. I went to the doctor 3 months after. After looking at me, he still said that he saw no reason for the operation, but you should go to another ENT for rinsing and wrote a new treatment. I asked him to wash my throat, there were a lot of traffic jams and he told me to go for surgery. I don't understand why you had to fool your head all this time if the result was obvious! I am not a doctor and I wanted to believe in the best, but it is very low to act in this way. Moreover, the prices are not quite affordable. After undergoing treatment and getting no result, they got rid of me in an unpleasant way! I do not recommend this doctor and the center!
