It's a great place. I signed up for a neurologist day in and day out, which is a huge piece of luck compared to most other places in Minsk. Neurologist Kochan Victoria Viktorovna conducted an initial examination, checked all reflexes, collected anamnesis and gave all the necessary recommendations. She recommended an MRI scan. Everything is very clear and to the point.
I am updating the review after a repeat visit. Victoria Viktorovna is a professional in her field. She deciphered my MRI in detail and told me on her fingers how everything works, what is normal and where is not. She calmed me down by bringing all the information, gave clear recommendations, analyzed my lifestyle, told me about seasonal exacerbations, answered all my questions, dispelled myths and my fears. The first time I did a women's diagnostic complex (there was a promotion-a good price), I liked everything very much, the doctors are competent, professionals in their field. The results of the tests are sent by e-mail, repeated consultation is free of charge. I did an ultrasound the second time - they recorded it the next day (very convenient, I didn't have to wait long), everything is fine too.

At the first reception, it turned out to be very difficult for me to make a list of analyzes, I waited a very long time for registration, considering that this is a standard set (well, do I really need to look for biochemistry in the database for 15 minutes, seriously?) As a result, I had to go to the laboratory separately, but I came on an empty stomach in vain. For the second time, without understanding, the administrator issues an invoice for a repeat appointment, which was included in my comprehensive examination and I have to remind myself and find out this issue. Girls, we humans are so stressed when we go to the doctors. Do not make us nervous at the reception and you will not have a lot of regular customers =)

I have been serviced for several years in this medical center, namely, I do ultrasound. There are no complaints about diagnostic doctors, they are attentive, answer all questions, recommend what is necessary. In a word, I am very pleased with their work. But this is not the first time I have encountered the inattention of administrators. When I call and make an appointment, I always check the cost. And as a result, the cost varies significantly, for me this situation is unacceptable.
Last year, when they saw it right at the reception and told the girls, they apologized and made a minimal discount, because it was their mistake. Yes, this is not the cost of the service that I was told about right away, but still, it's nice that at least some actions were on their part. And this time I was in a hurry and saw it only at home, called to clarify the cost and received a rude response from the administrator about the cost and that this could not be.
In my opinion, this is unacceptable in the medical center. The administrator must be a person of the medical center.
