I contacted the guys with the problem of a flooded keyboard on my laptop, the case turned out to be difficult, but EVERYTHING was fixed very quickly! Thank you very much!
It's been a long time since these crooked-armed people ruined my laptop. The story with them is very unpleasant, otherwise I would write a piece of paper in A4 format here.
I do not recommend it to anyone, do not risk being left without devices or spare parts from them. The city is full of services.
I don't know about the others, but in my case everything was fine. The guys are sociable and friendly, they repaired my laptop on time for adequate money, plus they did not take it for diagnostics. The only queue was when I gave away the laptop, apparently they are trusted
Disgusting service center.
They take money in advance for services. I haven't seen this anywhere.
I gave three pieces of equipment for diagnostics, a few days later they called and said that the board was broken in all three. To the question what is the board (the boards have names) no one answered me, and there are more than one of these boards in the equipment, so how do I know which one is broken?
Instead of repairs, they ONLY offer to replace the board, apparently their "master" does not know how to fix, but only throw out the old one and change it to a new one, although some controller could simply burn out in these boards, which is easily changed
Well, the cherry on the cake - when you take the equipment back, they give you a piece of paper in which there is NOT a WORD about what the problem is with the equipment. Only after I was outraged, where it says what broke down for me, the guy at the reception handwritten literally two words in each piece of paper (one piece of paper for each piece of equipment, I had three of them handed over). I gave 150 lei each for a "diagnosis" so that in the end they would write me two words about what was broken. And it would be fine if they wrote exactly what was broken. No, the reason for the breakdown is the output board is broken. For this 150 lei?
