The staff is smiling and helpful. The only thing that often happens is that not all cash registers are in operation, which creates small queues. In general, it's not bad.
The fragrant world store is located next to the house, the assortment here is huge, everything you need. Products,hygiene products,detergents, dishes ,animal feed, a wide range of beverages , alcohol beer. There is also a Caspipostomat, terminals, which is very convenient, a pharmacy.
The assortment is very good, the choice is large. The location of the product is excellent!
But there is a VERY BIG BUT!!! The staff insulted us on the basis of nationality that we are Russians and what? We have been living in Kazakhstan since 1853, and each generation has made a huge contribution to our country. if you ask them what year they came to Kazakhstan, it's the middle of the 20s and 10s. We understand that he is young, maybe in love, but the point is not even in the work done by the administration on the conditions and duties necessary to comply with in the workplace, but simply in education, they spit on the floor in the store! All the pleasure of shopping disappeared instantly, whether it was possible to keep it down, completely ignoring and increasing the tonality.
I have worked in sales for 9 years, including in Premium Class salons, if necessary, I will be happy to advise the manner of behavior in the TK if there are buyers in it. FOR FREE! Because it is disgusting to observe prudish, ignorant behavior in a secular and should be "cultured" public place where you go with children.

I quote the cashier: "Well, then put away your products (it's her to the buyer), I won't count anything." At the request of customers in the queue to open a second cash register, because one is not enough (after all, everyone has their own business, especially at lunch), a guy sitting at the cashier's workplace who does not have this form also said "no, the cash register is closed, we will not open it" this is how the Administration of the Fragrant World "teaches" to interact and to work with the objections of customers, their own (I can't bring myself to call them that) employees?
Then, after a long wait, the queue reached me, to my smile and a greeting "Hello!", No reaction, I think okay, everything happens, maybe a hard day, maybe something happened. Which doesn't happen. But it's still not pleasant. Calmly muttering to himself under his breath, he said "Hello, thanks for the purchases" once again, got a look as if I was her blood enemy and listened to some incoherent speech in a raised tone.
These are just two described cases that occurred in one week on March 29, 18 (Thursday) and I do not remember the number at the beginning of the week.
This does not always happen, but every second or third trip to the store. This is unacceptable for a store of this level. Every trip you expect what kind of circus will happen this time, and how to restrain yourself from getting in the face of such individuals, so as not to set a bad example to a child, they will consider you as a person.
Spoils absolutely the whole impression of trips to the Fragrant world. this happens every other time, we believe that it is very common, since we go to the store 2 times a week at least.
I really hope that the administrative staff of the store will listen to our comment. And take appropriate measures. Or replace the HR department, if there is one. because this stage of customer interaction is important to avoid customer turnover and start earning regular customers.

Bread delivery to the Fragrant world , a terrible bread delivery vehicle ,dirty inside where the bread is, the boxes are also just dirty,the deliverers take bread with their hands without gloves,I personally saw many times ,Made comments but it was useless.The SES does not work in Talgar anymore .

Unfortunately, in the supermarket during the pandemic, everyone goes without masks, and the staff at the checkout sits with masks on their chins.
