Excellent hotel, stayed for one night, were passing through -very quickly settled-clean cozy rooms, gorgeous views of the Middle Ages and the mountain!)
Aro Palace is positioned as the best five–star hotel in Brasov, although we would give it a solid and honest 4. However, according to the location of a large hotel within walking distance of all attractions and proximity to the old town, this is a well–deserved 5. A pleasant compliment is champagne at the welcome drink upon check-in in the spacious lobby lobby, where the easels were exhibited paintings by a local artist. The room on the 5th floor was spacious, clean, quiet, with a large double bed, with a narrow but long balcony (along the entire wall), which offered a beautiful view of the fortress on the top of the mountain and the blooming courtyard of the hotel. Bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, a standard assortment of small things – everything took place. For complete happiness, all that was missing was a tea/coffee making kit so that you could relax without leaving your room. I really liked the breakfast buffet with a variety of dishes, including sweet pancakes, plentiful pastries and seasonal fruits, and their quality. I was a little confused only by the freshly squeezed carrot juice with cream offered for 12 lei and brewed coffee for 7 lei, although in fairness, both the free juice of three types in bottles and coffee with hot milk from the machine were not bad.
The hotel, of course, is not 5 stars, but with some pathos. The staff is attentive and helpful, the location is very convenient for hiking and evening walks, the breakfasts are good. Parking in front of the entrance is paid for everyone, but for hotel guests with a significant discount (at times)
