Many of the buildings in this residential complex have not yet been built, but they are quite impressive in appearance! It's very different from the houses that are usually built in Kaskelen, so I like it for being creative.

The neighborhood is being built , it 's beautiful from the outside . I think when they started building it about 12-13 years ago, if I'm not mistaken, it was called Orken, then everything stopped with construction. Now there is a new construction boom . The place is great , the air is clean, the area is promising . One word Kaskelen is already a CLASS
