I work nearby, I constantly have some problems,they can't find spare parts or don't want to. They talk politely, but they seem to be laughing. If you don't know how to look for spare parts or you don't have them, it doesn't mean that you need to laugh in my face and ask me several times if I really need it. I found it faster on another site myself than in this store.
