I flew on May 26 from Moscow to Yerevan and also on June 29 back. The flight was without delays, we arrived in Yerevan even earlier than the scheduled time.
With luggage, you don't get nervous if you have a slight advantage (1kg, for example) - I think this is a big plus. They are issued on arrival almost immediately, you do not need to wait a hundred hours later!

But we had everything fit and didn't have to pay extra. My husband and I, professors from St. Petersburg, were invited to Yerevan for an international conference. 25.09.2024 .We took connecting tickets to Sheremetyevo, not imagining how much suffering it would end for us. We flew to Sheremetyevo by Aeroflot, and from Moscow we were supposed to fly by Armenian lines. 1. We started to struggle with checking in for the flight at home. It was not possible to do this for free, they paid about 2 thousand rubles for registration. 2. However, at Sheremetyevo, where we arrived at 2 o'clock, we had to spend more than an hour checking in, because our belongings were constantly being weighed, our passports were rechecked, and the queue was long. It was issued only at 3.30. 3. Our exit is 145, we have been walking towards it for a long time. Our belongings were checked again, even though we were actually transit passengers and were being searched in Pulkovo. 4. At customs, we waited in line for another half hour, and when we got out, it turned out that we still had to walk more than one km. 5. Anyway, when we got to our exit, we were a few minutes late. And although the bus was waiting for us, there were 15 minutes left before the plane took off, the proud Armenian girl announced that we would not fly on this flight. They were supposed to fly from Moscow to Yerevan on 02.10.24 (SVO, flight JI101 at 05:50). We arrived at the airport in advance and passed the inspection. The ticket indicated the end time of boarding at 05:30 (Usually, airlines indicate the START and end times of boarding on the ticket). We did not notice that this is exactly the time of the end of the landing. We were NOT ANNOUNCED as delayed at the airport! By 05:30 we were boarding. Natalia S. Armenian Airlines ranks first in my personal top of terrible airlines.
