I am flying with this airline for the second time in 6 months. Very high-quality service, friendly staff and attentive flight attendants. I fly a lot, but for the first time I was told to take off one earphone during takeoff for my own safety. I was pleasantly surprised, although the other passengers were grumbling. I am very happy with the flight, I definitely recommend this airline. When choosing an air ticket, you will be my priority.

After seeing the extremely low rating, at first I was afraid to take tickets from this company, but it was the most convenient time and favorable conditions for hand luggage. An ordinary airline, everything went fine, as far as possible based on the policy that most airlines currently apply. There is hardly an airline that has never had flights delayed or had any emergency situations with passengers. We flew there and back literally minute by minute, both flights were even a little faster than indicated when buying tickets. Backpacks were not asked to be put into the calibrator and were not weighed, but we did not sin. I've read about paid check-ins at someone's airport, on someone's website. But there is such a great option as feedback. I wrote an e-mail about the registration. They replied 1.5-2 hours later that check-in at the airport was free. If you have any questions, ask, and there will be no problems and unnecessary expenses. They were given neighboring places without additional payments. The plane is ordinary. Legroom is standard. I've seen less. As for the staff, the staff is also like the staff. Hello, goodbye, there will be a question - they will answer. I don't need to bow at my feet and smile all the way. Comments were made only during takeoff and landing. In front of my eyes, they asked the guy three times to take out the headphones before takeoff. It happens that people are like peas against the wall, and then their staff is inadequate. I was once told to put a sweater on my shoulders before takeoff. I put it on, and everyone is happy. During the flight, everyone sat as they wanted. With sweatshirts, with headphones, at least with something. They give you water. Before that, I flew with another foreign airline, there is water only for money. So arrive at the airport on time, clarify if you have any questions, do not ignore the requests of the flight attendants, and everything will be fine.
I don't know why the rating is low. I assure you - your flight will be comfortable and fast. (I speak as a picky person to a/k)
I didn't see anything like what was previously written about dirt in the cabin or about rude staff who also chatted a lot during the flight.
On our flights, the stewards and stewardesses changed, but 1 person got the same one. Everyone sat quietly during the flight. The interior was clean.
I flew on May 26 from Moscow to Yerevan and also on June 29 back. The flight was without delays, we arrived in Yerevan even earlier than the scheduled time.
With luggage, you don't get nervous if you have a slight advantage (1kg, for example) - I think this is a big plus. They are issued on arrival almost immediately, you do not need to wait a hundred hours later!
