The service is disgustingly long. 4 windows are open (only 2 windows are accepted forever) and the girls are in no hurry to work at all, joking among themselves. Constant clusters of 10 people in queues. I have never completed my operation in this department faster than 20-30 minutes, even if 3-4 are in line.
