Amazing yoga studio. I fell in love from the first visit! I was looking for a gym to go to while I'm living in Yerevan. I came to Ninel's class and stopped looking! I've been walking for half a year. Now the school has moved to an even more beautiful place. I went to Ashtanga, Ninel told me in Armenian and English, everything was clear. A very attentive teacher. Thank you 🙏
How to get stressed in 30k drams.
I attended an event from the studio "Meditation and bath rituals". I went with the intention of relaxing, rebooting and relaxing. As promised in the announcement.
It turned out that 17 people, including 2 children, were participating in the event. (The organizer, Marianne, said herself that they usually have much fewer people, about 10, I signed up a day (!) before the event, why didn't they refuse to record me, since the seats ran out?)
She divided us into 2 groups, putting me in the second group with children. I went with the first one myself. As a result, firstly, I had to constantly wait. At first, just sit for 20 minutes, and then after each visit to the sauna, because "the first group has not finished yet, and we need to wait"
I don't understand why children were allowed to participate in such an event. They were making noise, coming and going, letting in the cold air, while they needed to relax and think about their inner world, shouting, kicking around in a cedar barrel.
I was going to rest, but as a result I left with even more tension.
The administration is not customer-oriented, and my request for a refund for poor-quality service received only reproaches.
