We are currently breathing in this hotel (26.09-11.10.21) from Pegasus in a 5* type hotel. About the flight delay and the bus ride with a MANDATORY check-in to the store, where you have to be about 20 minutes, even if all the tourists are sitting on the bus, I will keep silent, somehow we stood it.
We arrived 1.5 hours later. Around 12 a.m. There is one boy at the counter, he fills everything in a mess, the rest of the men just stand and sit looking at him and all of us (about 10-15 people arrived). Then after 15 minutes they gather everyone and take them outside, just showing the direction of the room. You carry everything yourself. There are shabby elevators. Number one is the first shock. Dirt is everywhere. The double bed is actually about 130 cm, we decided to move it from a small one - there is a lot of garbage, there is no chair and no chair, there is a lone chair on the window.. some of the switches are broken off, there is not even a shower gel!!! They went to ask for another number and took us to show it. Better. Sound insulation for 3, view of the yard and the trash. There is no hurry to clean the room. The dining room is a separate pain. You can't take anything yourself, everyone is standing and breathing down each other's necks in huge queues, everything is given OUT SLOWLY, and, at their discretion, a lot... the food immediately cools down while you just go everywhere and find a table. There are constantly not enough of them. Cutlery and napkins are not to be found. The food is mostly tasteless, only greens, fruits and vegetables are normal. The dining room is stuffy, disgusting, and all the furniture is tired. All their snacks and snacks, and where they are, it is unclear! The schedules are such that there is constantly NO TIME. In the bar under the dining room, everyone is smoking and drinking alcohol, there is not even a smell of food. 5 min walk to the sea. The sun beds are always busy, the bar is just as devastated. Garbage is not removed from the shore, the entrance is on 3, stones come across. Beach towels are given out with a sour face)) Wi-Fi is $24 per device for 14 days. Pools are like pools. The impression is terrible, only if you drink around the clock and do not see all this horror for 150,000 plus.... with children, I do not recommend 100% at all. You can see how families with kids are outraged. I DON'T REALLY RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone. There are 3 times in Turkey and it's a shock. It's sad. Very.

We rested at the hotel in October 2021 with my daughter 4 g, I put 4 because there are my own moments that strained, the check-in was within 20 minutes, all this so slowly, fortunately we were the only ones who arrived at that time. Food, no assortment, but everyone is trying. The audibility of other hotels is simply wild, given that the balconies of the building overlook them, it is difficult to fall asleep until 23 o'clock at night or even longer, the music is hammering and this is the main disadvantage.Cleaning every day, except the day before the day of departure, so the last day we decided just not to clean, it was annoying. The territory is small mainly, housing buildings and swimming pools, there are 4 of them in total. If you don't find fault, you can have a good rest, especially since the beach is nearby. 4ka is stable.

And in terms of quantity, you have to say all the time how much you need. The rooms are normal, there is a refrigerator, a kettle, and coffee with cream. You can drink from morning to evening. But we came across very noisy rooms, the windows overlook the stage and the speakers rumbled until 12 at night. I couldn't sleep. But the concerts are very good.

We arrived at night, we were immediately invited to a late dinner (super well done, very pleased), looking ahead - the kitchen is excellent, no worse than the fives I was in before. The food is delicious and varied, there are a lot of sweets, fruits - watermelon, melon, plum, pear, green and red apples, grapes, a lot of fresh herbs, from arugula to peppermint. The staff is friendly, they ask you to put on gloves, they apply them themselves, but they understand well in a mixture of Russian and finger pointing. This is the KITCHEN - 5 out of 5 for it. Now the drinks. There are no cups and glasses, only disposable paper and plastic ones. Coffee from the vending machine, tasteless in any form available, the option to take bags of instant coffee and cream from the room; tea is peculiar, I did not like it, mint and lemon solve the problem. The bar - I didn't like everything I tried. It's good that I went on vacation and not to drink. Only local drinks, and I didn't care whether I had them or not. Auntie with tortillas, ice cream for the kids, everything is there. See the issue schedules below. Animation is present, I was not particularly interested, for children an unusual entertainment is coloring T-shirts. You can change beach towels every day, plastic cards are issued upon check-in. These were the advantages. You NEED to choose a room, do not settle in the first one you come across - I looked at 3 options myself before taking the suitcases. There are several buildings in the hotel, I was in two. A good view in the 5-storey building of the neighboring hotel with a fountain rooms 4x10-4x18 (x - floor). The attic is on the 5th floor, the ceiling is very low. The rooms on the 1st and 5th floors smell like a toilet. Check before checking in: plumbing, idlers (TV and air conditioning), kettle. Not everything works. The room was cleaned 3 times, the towels were changed 2 times, for some reason the foot towel was only 1 time, apparently there was no. Water was replenished - 1.5 liters, shampoo and soap. I did not apply for services at the hotel - photos, massages and a hairdresser. The passage to the sauna and hammam all the time through the janitor, who lies that everything is busy, procedures are underway and there are many visitors, do not be fooled - ask to check, in my case it helped. The hammam has 2 compartments, a large table and 2 small ones. If you get there, it is very pleasant to lie down and drink water. The sauna is no longer very new, the broken casing at the stove, but warms without complaints, a clock and a thermometer with a gyrgometer are present. It's not far from the beach, but it's very crowded. Attention, IT's VERY crowded. We went to the beach of the neighboring hotels. Wi-Fi is paid, free is available at a nearby hotel (Larisa - 3 stars!) and at the ice cream bar on the beach. The hotel bar on the beach was not used - nuggets, fries, and drinks. Excursions and tours at the hotel are bought by the lazy and rich, at the exit from the hotel to the sea they sell excursions, already cheaper than at the hotel by about $ 10-20. If you walk along the boardwalk to the left of the beach, it is even cheaper by $ 10-20, you can choose. I asked several vacationers who have already lived in this hotel about the service and accommodation, all have the same answer - disappointment, and how they fell for good reviews. Aunts with children who were more daring to speak obscenities about where they got to and how many stars. The second time to this hotel is unlikely, we looked at the hotels along the shore, there are more worthy options. This is to choose only by price, if you are not a service-demanding tourist. A boorish Kazakh woman or a Kyrgyz woman is sitting at the reception.Solves all problems with hysteria. There are a lot of people in this hotel. There are a lot of hijabs. In general, it is not comfortable..The food is hearty and clean. The beach is not conveniently located - from the sea line, not in width. I.e. there are few first rows with a sunbed. It was the fifth time in Turkey, but even in the 4th, I remember, everything was more convenient. I do not advise it very firmly!

We are currently resting in this hotel from 08/24.21. A very dirty hotel. The rooms are poorly cleaned every other day.
The only plus is the delicious food in the main restaurant. Alcohol is full of g..O. there is a queue for ice cream, while you stand in line, ice cream has already run out. There are always queues at the beach bar and snack bar too. Turks mostly stay at the hotel (80%). They are generally like from a hungry world and such pigs, it's just terrible. There is no way to approach the pool at all, only Turks. The hotel is worth 3. I strongly do not recommend it

The hotel is sold as a top five, do not think that you are eating at the top five and there will be no disappointments. We arrived at the hotel on October 20 at 20.30, dinner until 21 o'clock, but they refused to feed us. The receptionist said dinner was over. When asked to have dinner, they answered - tomorrow! Room 4325 is small, the bed is 135cm wide and 190cm long, there is no closet, there is an open uncomfortable rack for things. The view from the room is of the transformer box and the roofs of the sheds.
The road to the restaurant between the two pools is a narrow space between the sun beds, it is always wet. The restaurant itself is uncomfortable and ugly. Some people write that the food is 5+, I want to ask them, what do they usually eat?
The food is the same every day, what can you not have time to try? Chicken breast stewed with vegetables, turkey stewed with vegetables, mackerel stewed, and some balls of minced meat. Even on a Turkish night, there is nothing delicious. There were fireworks, there was an ice cream cake, and instead of the artists, the chefs and staff danced and sang! It's in the top five! The animation is terrible, the music is played once a week, the rest of the days bingo, karaoke and some contests are VERY loud. The only salvation from it is to leave the hotel territory, since in a room with a closed balcony you can not hear the TV on, but only the terrible screams of animators and drunk vacationers.
The beach is nearby, a narrow 20m strip, sun beds are close together, there are no mattresses, no tables. Other real fives have tables, mattresses, and the distance between the sun beds. Entering the sea, stones come across, pieces of slabs, when swimming, you can touch large stones.
The hotel should not be considered as a top five. There is nothing fivefold there. It's not beautiful anywhere, everything is very modest.

We had a rest from June 27 to July 7, 2019 with the whole family, the room was clean, beautiful, cleaned every day!!! The food is varied, the animation is great, there are a lot of different activities throughout the day, solid entertainment! The beach is very nice, sandy, without pebbles, the entrance to the sea is gentle, there are algae in the water in small quantities, they are almost invisible! Not far from the hotel, 5 km away, is the ancient city of Side, where the temple of Apollo, the Amphitheater, etc. are located. historical buildings, they can be reached on foot within an hour along the landscaped promenade with a beautiful view of the sea!

A great hotel for families with children. Everything is wonderful: both food and access to the sea, a sandy beach and a small but very cozy area with three pools, including one with slides. But a special respect for children's animation. The animators did a great job! I recommend the hotel, you will not regret it. We had a rest in the granddaughter from September 20 to October 01, 2019. Not only is the hotel old, the air conditioning barely works, but there were terrible smells in the room from it. At sea, you need to take sun beds in the morning, otherwise you will have to wait a long time for a free one. The territory of the hotel is small, so it is uncomfortable. Of the advantages, there is only a promenade nearby, you can take a walk and look at good hotels))). If it's cheap, then you can still go if the price is too high, then consider something better. I am currently staying at this hotel on 08/20/2021. Declared as 5 stars. I paid 99,000 in 8 days. To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing. It's a solid three, NOT A FIVE. A very dirty hotel. Every day I hear complaints that rooms are not cleaned for several days. I hung up a tag with a request to clean the room on the 2nd and 3rd day of arrival. Only when I found the maids myself, only then they cleaned my room (on the FIFTH DAY) Noooo. How it was removed. We put new shampoos, swept the sand from the shower and that's it!!!!! Of course I went to catch up with them. Through Google, the translator said: you need to wash the floors, give clean towels, give toilet paper (it ran out on day 4, give tea, give water. The girls smiled and said, "OK," but they continued to do nothing. Somehow they realized that they needed to wash the floors, wiped the main passage with a dry mop and that was it. I asked for towels 3 more times. They didn'T give me toilet paper. They smiled, said "ok" again and walked away. A sample of my finished paper was taken and left near my door. I'll attach a photo . It's incredibly hot in the dining room. It's hotter than outside. Wild queues at the distribution. Now the food is served by the staff. To collect food, the child and I are in the distribution hall for about 40 minutes. The building I live in is just creepy. I'll attach a photo. Smudges of paint, unwashed putty on the floors, terribly dirty elevator (walls, ceiling, floor are all stained) with traces of glue from (apparently) scotch tape, with rust on the lamps. Even on the plates with the numbers, this tape is very striking. The elevator often does not work. It's good that Russian men help to carry a stroller with a child to the 3rd floor. The buildings are arranged in a circle, with pools and an amphitheater in the middle. The music rumbles from 10 a.m. to 23 a.m. If your children want to sleep at lunch, forget about it. The overall impression is in 2 words. It's very dirty, everything is falling apart, the food is terribly greasy, eating in an incredibly hot room, money is charged as a five, in fact it should be charged as a three. The hotel is clearly not a 4*. Room cleaning started on the third day. They have nothing to add except shampoo. The bar sucks, nothing is possible to drink. Wi-fi is paid, 1000 per week. Upon arrival, we were not escorted to our room, they did not show us where everything was, they even forgot to give us bracelets. We had to find out everything ourselves and beg for it.
The chef is not bad. Asks vacationers to observe covid prevention measures (masks, gloves). There are good dishes, but mostly everything is bland.
Everything else is the work of the vacationers themselves. Russians are simply inadequate, take a sunbed and leave for the whole day. Rush to the dining room like the last time 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

We checked in on August 29, we were not fed. The time was 21.00, it was recorded for a full day. Downstairs, the bar was full of vipers. There are queues in the restaurant, it's hot. Kitchen workers at the distribution are talking on the phone, the chicken is not put on a plate, but thrown like pigs. A poor assortment of dishes. There is dirt in the corridors of the rooms, hair is lying around. Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. What the hotel owner is looking at. He should be ashamed of such an institution. We will never come here again and I will not advise anyone. We came to visit Turkey, and how we are greeted. It's a disgrace.

We stayed with my wife at this hotel for 7 nights in September. We drove through AnexTour. It takes almost 1.5 hours to drive from the airport, without stopping for 1 hour.
Hotel. The room is absolutely dirty (after the previous guests), as if it had not been cleaned. There is dirt, hair, sand everywhere. The towels are stained with old stains. All the windows and the bathtub are stained. It should be noted that the whole hotel is old, everything is patched up (recently renovated, but everything is stained with paint and putty), there is dirt in the corridors, a year-old dust on the windows, but we could have cleaned ... we were offered another room, but it was even dirtier there...we started complaining, and after the second complaint at the reception, the cleaner came to us with her boss and we pointed our finger at where to clean and how. It seems to have removed everything, but in 5 minutes. Is this cleaning? When asked about proper cleaning, the guide says that you should leave a tip. On the second day, the hose from the shower watering can broke, but it was repaired quickly enough. By the way, they clean every day, change towels, linen.
Food. There are no questions about food, everything is delicious, even very good. The breakfasts are a little sadder, but lunch and dinner are on top. Unlimited local alcohol in bars, they take mostly beer; they make tortillas with you, there are French fries for children. It was a Turkish night, just cool!!! One afternoon there were cakes and apple cocktails, very tasty! For lunch, dinner, and any festivities, there is a chef nearby who monitors everything, looks at what is eaten and what is not. He can shout at his cooks if they dig around for a long time and don't put the dish down. Because of covid, cooks give out everything, which may not be long queues; but they put not a little. The chef is cool here! I read in the reviews that the locals climb without waiting in line, it happened 2 times, but in general you don't notice it. Delicious ice cream is also given out during the day.
Beach. Walk for 6-7 minutes. The approach is sandy-stone, either slabs or stone slabs are felt underfoot, but not sand. The sea is dirty and muddy, boulders come across in the sea, right near the shore; the sea is shallow, you have to swim for a long time to get deeper, the sunbeds are hard and stand close to each other, cramped. There is no beach, immediately entering the sea. But there is another awesome beach just to the left of Armasa Beach, it belongs to another hotel that doesn't work or something like that. It gets deep there fast enough, sand, and clear enough water - just awesome! But 50 meters from the shore, rocks stick out of the water anyway.
Animation. From animation to water polo, water aerobics and darts, evening performances, talent shows, etc. From morning to evening, music is international, Turkish and Russian.
Turks and Russians mostly rest. Sometimes there are Germans, Iranians, etc.
The Internet is paid, catches poorly, $ 14 a week.
I would give the hotel a rating of 7/10, due to the cleaning of the rooms and the lack of control over it by the management. The hotel has a solid four, although Anex gives 5 stars; moreover, the price is not small for accommodation. If it wasn't for the cleaning, I would have given 9/10.
