Overall, the impression of the hotel is very good, there are definitely more advantages:
+excellent location at the beginning of the promenade (3km) to the old town of Side. You can walk, you can take a local minibus (runs along the main road)
+free safe, Wi-Fi, beach towels
+fresh renovation in the rooms
+there is a kettle, tea, coffee, refrigerator in the room
+ varied meals (were in the first half of October)
+good animation for both adults and children, the presence and operation of a children's club
+friendly staff
+ in the bar at the reception, the bartender makes wonderful cocktails) from alcohol, I personally saw white, red, pink wine, beer, rum, gin, crayfish, whiskey
-the biggest disadvantage is that the double bed is 140*200. 140!!! For the average Russian person, this is sooo little))

Excellent hotel, rested for a week, from May 22-29, 2023. We flew in Turkishas, from St. Petersburg for 4 hours. Four buildings, fresh repairs everywhere. Free Wi-Fi, on site and on the beach. The sea is nearby, 300m. The sand, the sea is shallow. Great animation every day. Good food, fruits, greens, pastries. Bottled wine, juices, cocktails. Very friendly staff, solve all problems at once. I am happy with my vacation, I recommend it.

The hotel is for four, not five stars, as stated. The area is very pretty, the plants are well maintained. The hotel is well located, there is a place to walk, the old town of Side is 3 kilometers along the promenade.

We rested from 03.08.23 to 12.08. The disadvantage is that it is not possible to try all the dishes in the restaurant and those dishes that are prepared on site. I would like to note the professionalism. When she did the massage, she explained what, how and for what she was doing. I got into conversation with her and we started chatting. When we decided to say goodbye on the territory of the bar, she and a work colleague with whom we just sat quietly and talked were called screaming to the reception, where they were given a huge fine and fired with shame and obscenity! It was terrible. The staff is treated like slaves, like cattle. I tried to explain that we were just saying goodbye, but they didn't pay any attention to me. We were in August 2023. Super! The staff is great! They work like clockwork. There is a lot of food, a large selection. We didn't stay hungry even once))) even the daughter is fastidious- she didn't starve!!! Swimming pools, two slides, the sea, the beach (a little walk- 2 minutes), a beach bar! The sun beds were occupied after breakfast and they were always ... animators in general- fire!!! And in the morning, afternoon and evening - they entertained us!!!
I advise everyone!!! We had a great rest!!!

We are currently vacationing in this hotel with a child of 10 years old. The hotel is certainly not five stars, but the rooms are modern. Cleaning every day. The location of the hotel is very good. Everything is within walking distance. The sea is 3 minutes on foot. You can walk along the road along the sea to the ancient city of Side (3 km). There is a pharmacy nearby and several shops. There is a bus stop nearby. You can drive to the Center of Side. There is a bus every hour that takes you free of charge from the hotel to Nova moll. The restaurant is very clean. There are many different dishes. But there is not enough meat. Mostly chicken, fish. Lots of fresh vegetables, olives, fruits. There is a very good animation for children, especially for the little ones. Every evening there is a show program. The staff is polite, everyone speaks Russian. If possible, I will choose the same hotel, I recommend it with families with children.

The biggest disadvantage, for those who want to lie on the beach specifically, is a small beach with sunbeds on each other's heads, BUT....There is a long coastline and you can wander around and get an appetite and tan. But I got up at 7:00, at 7:30 I occupied the sun beds and went to breakfast, because then you won't go to bed anymore😭🤭
In general, the food is varied.
The best building is 3, we lived in it, the quietest and closest to the sea is room 3216! Tired sconces, once upon arrival there were sets of shampoos and gels, then no one updated them. They cleaned it a couple of times and forgot to put at least one towel at all, a trifle, of course, but it's strange.
We didn't even try alcohol (local slurry) it was fine only beer (Efes, I saw kegs brought)
I can't say that the whole staff is friendly, there were a couple of girls (Russians) they worked with such faces that you don't go to a fortune teller there-they were already all shaken.
The transfer was excellent both there and back.
The location of the hotel is generally fire: go 1-1:20, and then walk in different directions in the evening, there are cheap minibuses from the hotel 300m stop.
There are a lot of cats on the territory, everyone loves them and feeds them) one of us slept all night long.

We stayed at the hotel from 08/25/2013 for 10 days. Rooms, food and animation on 4. The worst impression of the beach! The beach area is very small, the sea is dirty, you walk 200 meters into the sea and everything is shoulder-high. There are catastrophically not enough sun beds, they are stuck to each other. The administration doesn't give a damn about this problem! Line 2 and walk 8 minutes to the sea along an indecently unkempt

The food is varied, there is plenty of everything!!!! The only huge disadvantage is room cleaning!!! This is not the first time in Turkey. We rested for 14 days. We chose the Side area and the Armas Hotel. It takes about an hour to get to the hotel, but the buses are big, we stopped at other hotels and it turned out to be 1.5 hours on the way. Coral tour operator. Name it no. Everything is clear. The reviews about the hotel are mostly positive, and that's where we stopped.
About the hotel: solid 5*
The territory is small, as we wanted, everything is within two or three steps. As stated on the hotel's website, everything is there. 2 bars, any drinks: alcoholic, children's, dairy (not like in Russia. Ice is added instead of ice cream. For an amateur. The son did not drink), non-alcoholic, just water, juices, etc. One bar is open until 23, the other until 2 am.
Snack bar: burgers are on fire, I didn't think I'd eat them myself)))fries, onion rings, like nuggets, only big ones. Everything is very tasty. They also make something similar to a pancake with different fillings nearby. Delicious.
Sometimes the boy would go out and make hot dogs, with sausages or small cutlets + vegetables. Who missed breakfast, this is it))))
Two slides. Working hours are from 10-12, then from 14-16. This is enough for children, believe me. Everyone rides from babies to dads with children. Moms roll down screaming)))
2 pools: large, depth 1.40 m and medium, along with a children's pool, depth 1.40 to 1.10 m (where the slides are), the smallest, we were not in it, the son is big)))
Rooms: because we were not going for rooms, but for the sea and the sun, then they are quite normal for us: clean, renovated, nothing fell off, the air conditioner worked constantly and properly (the key was not taken out) so that you could sleep in the room at night. I don't like cleaning all the time, we were cleaned 2 or 3 times. It was enough for us, the garbage bags were simply put out or given to the girls.
To the sea, as written, no more than 5 minutes. We liked it, as they say, to shake up one place. There is also a bar on the sea, it is up to 18, except for beer there is no alcohol there. A cheerful bartender, you can chat. The sun beds, as many wrote, are all packed. We went to the sea after the slides, there were places. In the morning, most likely, everything was packed.
Animation: That's 10 points out of 10!! Top class!!! The guys are great!!! Sasha, Maxim, Denise - You are super cool!!! The others, too, I don't know their names, they're Turks.
Hamam: we didn't hit it. Next time I will definitely come and run to the hammam.
Dining room: a variety of delicious food. There are no comrades in taste and color, for me, I liked it. I'm afraid I haven't even tried half of it. I really love Turkish soups, I only ate them))) there were a lot of different fruits. The chef went out to the hall for dinner. I regret that I did not take a picture with him. Sweets are my sore subject, I also ate, I ate non-stop))) I have a sweet tooth)))

If you describe this hotel in one word, then it would definitely be an obscene word!!!
They settled in a tiny room, in the bathroom there is a persistent smell of urine like in a doorway, a balcony with a view into the wall that you can reach with your hand.
This is a symbiosis of a shit-eating and uncultured, non-customer-oriented staff! Here they can close the bar in front of your nose, sending you to another bar to which you can cut through 2 pools, or turn off the lights in the lobby when you are sitting there with your family, playing board games, I emphasize we relax without alcohol, no Tag on our part! I have not seen such a boorish attitude for a long time, although I have already visited more than 20 countries. The cuisine is monotonous, desserts are just some kind of horror, more or less edible oriental sweets, cakes and pastries - bread with margarine, not even with butter. The plates are dirty, do not believe it, check for yourself, swipe your finger, you will feel "clean" to the touch, you had to wash the plate every time, fortunately there is boiling water in tea machines.

Yes, I almost forgot, both our children are athletes, strong, healthy children, they do not get sick in winter, but after the first day in the pool, which is with slides, the eldest first fell ill, then the youngest with a temperature of 39.5. A sleepless night was provided.
I don't know about you, but I won't come to this dump anymore and I don't recommend it to you!!!
Minus:
-The condition of the hotel, even after renovation, is terrible.
- The staff.
-Beach and beach equipment.
- Kitchen.
-Drinks are so-so, level 3⭐️.

1) Food - for a week and a half, only once we met a more or less acceptable food for the child. The rest of the time, everything is in terrible sauces and spicy that you can't take in your mouth. Rice crunches on the teeth, pasta does not save anything - they are tasteless.
Everything about the grill is a separate story. They don't wash it, they just rake up the scraps from the last portion and put a new one. As a result, everything is in pieces of burning and terribly tasteless.
2) The rooms are small. They clean quite well for their money. They definitely take out the trash every day.
3) swimming pool. There's nothing to fight about. The only thing is that in the afternoon the water warmed up to 35 degrees, but this does not apply to the hotel in any way, rather to the temperature outside.
4) Animation. I've never seen so many people participate in animation in my life. And water polo, and yoga, and aerobics, and pool games. The aqua aerobics pool was full!!!
The situation was similar at sea.
The second pool was with water mountains. Overall, it was not bad, the children and adults were happy!
5) here I will not be original - I will say as in all reviews. The beach is small and the sun beds are always occupied. It started with 4 people and we found 1 lounger with grief in half just to throw things on it!
The sea is muddy, there are sooo many people.
If you are not a picky person, in general, this hotel is quite suitable for a budget holiday.
