I had a rest from 09/17/2024 to 09/24/2024.Anyone who reads my review to the end will be fully prepared to stay at this hotel. The "hotel" pulls on a solid 3* 🌟🌟🌟 no more.Do not be fooled by the good reviews that are asked to write , those who rested in the good five 5* will never come here again , the hotel does not correspond to what they write , I regret that they listened to the recommendation of the tour operator, were going to Dubai, but the tour operator's girl said that this is a super hotel. A good simple hotel, 4 rooms, the combination of price / quality is optimal. Not a luxury. The food is varied, you can always choose something for yourself. Food - you will definitely not stay hungry. The rooms are new, all in working condition. The staff is polite and friendly. The beach is really small and they are very close to each other, but you can negotiate with the staff of neighboring hotels and you can be provided with a sunbed on the territory of another hotel.
Entertainment program - daily until 23. If you have children and you are not party people, then it is better to look at another hotel, the territory is small and music is clearly audible everywhere.

We stayed at the hotel from June 28 to July 8, 2 adults and 2 children 2 years old. I liked the hotel, all the promised services are provided in full and with high quality. We arrived at 10 a.m., we had already used the entire infrastructure of the hotel before checking in. They moved into the main building on the second floor, overlooking the roof, but thanks to this, the noise from day and night animation was minimal. The children could sleep peacefully. The safe and Internet are free, Wi-Fi catches very well. They gave out a baby cot without any problems. They wanted to give us two, but we took only one, the second child was sleeping on a regular bed. Mosquitoes fly into the room, a fumigator is needed. The food is varied, you can always choose something to your liking. There is meat and fish. But we never liked the fish to taste. Fruits and berries included watermelons, melons, nectarines, plums, cherries, apples, oranges. Two pools for adults. In one, mostly adults swam, games were held, in the other, teenagers and older children swam. Two pools for small children. One of them is in another part of the territory, in a quiet place. A lot has already been written about the beach in the reviews, everything is true. On the other hand, there are very expensive hotels near Armas and their guests also swim in this sea with stones. Hammam + massage services in the hotel are expensive ($40), in other hotels across the street $ 25/ euro. We chose the hotel based on the interests of the children and Armas bella san suited us. They always found something to feed, and they did without any problems such as vomiting or diarrhea, the staff treats the children well, and they did not notice any negativity towards themselves. The hotel guide from Anex certainly "amazed". I really liked the hotel and the rest, in principle, left a lot of impressions.
They settled us right away, everything was very fast and friendly. They gave me a nice room with a balcony overlooking the sea!) They didn't pay anyone extra for it. The room has everything you need. A big difference from other hotels, Armas Bella San has a free safe and Wi-Fi throughout, on the beach. It catches perfectly everywhere, there were no problems with it.
The beach is dirty, shallow, if you sail away, it's very good.
The place should be occupied in the morning, at the pool for sure, it is still possible to find it on the beach. We've never had a problem with that.

The food at the hotel is acceptable, but as many have already written without frills and, in principle, quickly gets bored, almost every day the same thing. What pleased me was that there were no digestive problems from this food. The pools in the hotels are nice, clean, there are slides, although one slide was closed for half of the rest, something broke and the staff did nothing to fix it. Animation is both children's and adult, quite unobtrusive. The staff is quite friendly. But there is no cleaning in the rooms, even when you ask for cleaning, nothing changes, they made the bed, threw out the garbage and that's it. However, it should be noted that the room was perfectly clean when checking in. There are many places around where you can go for a walk, especially the beautiful promenade along the sea, you can get right to the old Side. I will not advise you to go here to rest. We paid 340t.p. for five people for eight days. The end of the season.The service is weak, to put it mildly. In general, the Armas service has fallen in the network. We had a family vacation in August 2023. I liked the hotel. A beautiful small well-maintained area. 3 pools, one with two slides, one for the smallest and one regular. There was no way to get the children out. 5 minutes to the sea (own beach: sunbeds and towels are free. There are many bars with drinks and snacks. A restaurant with a large selection (a lot of things and very tasty). Fruits are always available. Drinks alcohol without restrictions. The rooms are clean, air conditioning, safe is free in the room, Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel, even reaches the beach by the sea. There are a lot of sun beds, you can always find a place. I had a vacation with my grandson for 8 years from June 6 to June 16, 2023. An excellent, compact hotel for recreation of any age category. Food: 10 days was not enough to try everything, there are dishes for every taste. The staff is on top, everyone is friendly, good-natured, everyone wants to make your vacation even better. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed whenever you want. I really liked the children's room. There are several pools on the territory, one with slides, my grandson really liked it. The beach is your own, nearby. Every Wednesday is Turkey Day at the hotel, it's a great show and a huge ice cream cake. In general, I liked everything, thanks a lot to all the staff. And there is also a pharmacy next to the hotel, a professional works, makes ointments himself, my grandson became allergic to the sun and his shoulders turned very red, the pharmacept gave us ointment and pills, it took 1.5 days. There is a leather and fur shop at the hotel, there is not a bad choice.

I was at the hotel from May 16 to May 23, 2023. I've been to big hotels before. It's certainly small, but the aura of the hotel is kind and cozy. It is located in a good location. Of course, you can drive and walk back. The ancient city opened for us in the evening when we went to the club. Everything looks much more interesting there in the evening. Yachts in the port and an open-air club and all this on the territory next to the ancient city. Very interesting. I would like to thank the animation team at the hotel. It was the first time I was alone, but I didn't have to be bored. In the morning, yoga, aerobics at sea and in the pool, then games at the pool. You can take part, you can watch. I liked the aqua in the pool, which was led by Max and the relaxing yoga, which was led by Alex. There were also step aerobics and dancing. After lunch, they gave ice cream. I always took a milk cocktail. There is a whole house for children, where girls and boys from the team were engaged with them. There was everything and slides and evening shows and great food and wonderful staff. I recommend a budget hotel to everyone. Thanks to everyone!

The main disadvantages of the hotel are the beach and the food. The beach is crowded, dirty, and the sun beds are close to each other. One umbrella for 5-6 sunbeds. There are a lot of people, you need to take places in the morning, you won't find places later.
Food - there is no delicious meat, the dishes are the same every day, you already know in advance what awaits you for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's a big disappointment. The rooms are tired too.

We had a rest on October 7-14) Of the advantages - the staff - both in the restaurant and on the territory of the entire hotel - starting from the reception, ending with the hammam. Cleaning for 4ku- we stopped by someone else's hair was on the floor, otherwise everything is fine!
The main problem of the hotel is the beach - the management needs to do something here! This is not five stars in any way ((( there are a lot of sunbeds, but they are always occupied by someone's towels, people take from 6 in the morning and come in the evening only. Swearing, shit because of these sunbeds, many just lie on the sand on towels! The recommendation is to introduce a position to a person who will monitor such sunbeds and if a person has not appeared for more than an hour to clean his towels for the sake of guests who want to lie down at the moment!

We rested at this hotel in October 2023. I liked everything, the food, the location. The sea is very close. There are many different shops nearby. And you can pay in rubles, which surprised me, although they don't write about it anywhere. High-quality cleaning, every day. The room was given as we asked, so that it would be quieter in the evening. Only here it was necessary to lie on the beach early in the morning, because they were not enough for everyone, although the morning walk has not hurt anyone yet, on the contrary it is useful. Everything was great! I am very happy with my rest.

We had a rest in early June, the staff is friendly, most of them speak Russian. The room is cleaned every day. Wi-Fi is free, safe is free, there is only liquid soap in the bathroom. The kitchen is delicious, varied, but there are no traditional first courses, the children refused to eat soups that were cooked there, there were often problems with coffee machines, they came for breakfast at 9- 9:30 in the morning there was no milk for cereals, but there were various yogurts, you will not stay hungry. Between main meals there are snack bars, burgers, tortillas, fruits, sweets all on site. The beach is small, there were no free sunbeds, apparently it was necessary to come by 6 a.m. The territory is small by the pool, too, there are not enough sun beds for everyone. It's better to come early. Animation for children is monotonous. The location of the hotel is convenient, there is a bus stop nearby, there is a place to walk in the evening. In general, the general atmosphere is friendly, we liked it.

For some reason, Anex sold it as 5*, in fact 4 is a stretch. (There is something to compare it with) we rested from 25.08 to 02.09.24 at first the food seems delicious, varied. But on the second day you start to notice that there is no beef in its pure form, there are meat products, so-called cutlets, with a lot of seasonings.. it tastes like one of the fast foods of our wonderful country :) chicken is also specific in taste.. there are several types of side dish that are not heated on the distribution. Even if you come for lunch/dinner from the very opening of the "restaurant", the food will be cold.
Only "burger" (bun, cutlet and tomato) and French fries are cooked on the beach.
The same thing is cooked at the bar, + there is a rack with chicken fillet (also in a large amount of spices) that tastes fine or liver is a specific product for a snack.. there are vegetables, fruits
They bake waffles and sell ice cream- get ready for the queue, because the delivery takes place only 1 hour a day!

A good hotel, convenient, comfortable! We had a rest from June 7 to 12, two adults and a child of 6 years old, I liked it! Entertainment programs in the evening every day. During the day, the animator deals with children (children can be given to the animator in a group and they are engaged). The staff is good, the sea is very close! The entrance to the sea is great! It's great for kids! During the day, yogurt and watermelon kinders were distributed near the pool. You can have a snack in the afternoon at the Snack bar by the pool or on the beach but until 18.00. We are satisfied. Everything is clean in the room, the bed linen was often cleaned, clean towels were perfectly white, the split system worked in the room.

The animators are on top, entertaining from the heart. The sea is sand, there are rocks. I liked. The sun beds are almost occupied, but you can always find a place. A very beautiful promenade. Rufat, an excellent person, works at the hotel. It will help to solve all the questions and problems. Through him, leather goods were purchased profitably. The nearby hotel and the beach are refugees. They don't provoke openly, but they stand in the sea and talk nasty things to each other. Turks are modest and decent. The overall impression is 5. There are delicious onion rings on the beach.

The hotel has several buildings, the rooms are comfortable, modern, clean. We had in our room: a hairdryer, a kettle, a mini fridge with daily replenished water, a TV, a safe, a condee. Well, in general, the economy room had everything for a comfortable stay. As we used up, tea bags, coffee, and sugar were constantly placed on us. Disposable slippers, shampoo, soap, toilet paper in daily abundance. Cleaning, unlike in our south, is daily, towels were changed on demand and there was no need to run and ask for the staff several times. It is enough to put it on the floor. During the week of rest, there was a change of bed linen for about 3-4 days. The territory is clean, beautiful, Several pools, including for children, the water in them is fresh, crystal, without any garbage like hair, there is also something else that is usually found in pools, and without the smell of chlorine and chemicals, but cool (probably +22 +23 no more).
The food is varied, everything is plentiful, eat as much as you can, or basically everything is delicious. A huge number of different dishes: salads, snacks, hot dishes, soups, desserts, vegetables, fruits, various drinks. There are 4 bars in the hotel, the fifth is on the beach, I don't want to drink. Of the minuses, half of the food is spicy, there were not delicious dishes and their soup is like gravy with something. The staff is all responsive, polite, attentive to the wishes of tourists. But I didn 't advise it.services in the form of massage. The guys there are tough, my wife and I went to a trial and did not dare to go further, fearing that with such an impact the vertebrae or joint would be displaced. Yes, and expensive. A separate word about the animation team - they do not eat their bread for nothing, they entertain vacationers in every way from morning to evening. Interesting and spectacular evening concert programs.
The sea is 300 meters away - a 3-minute walk. Its own beach with sun loungers and umbrellas, beach towels for free. The sea is clean, warm, shallow, you can almost walk to the buoy. The bottom is sandy, but there are huge stones that you can hit.
Along the sea there is a picturesque embankment along which it is great to walk and you can walk all the way to the old town of Side.
The hotel had 2/3 of our guests, including it was comfortable to rest, and in Turkey there are almost no problems with understanding Russian anywhere.
In general, we had a great rest, everything is super.
PS After such a rest, relationship, service and maintenance, somehow you won't want to go to our south anymore. Our south at times loses to rest abroad.

Wonderful hotel, delicious food, wonderful service, clean rooms - cleaning every day, polite staff. Here the beach is not very small and the sand needs to be cleaned, it is a little dirty. Entering the sea is dangerous, there are a lot of stones or even slabs. Be careful, you may get injured! But there are enough beaches near the hotel with excellent access to the sea. We have seen nests of turtles and even small turtles that are just hatching on their own from an egg - children have never seen this before. You can see crabs, they are right on the rocks next to the pier! Excellent walking area past the hotels along the waterfront right up to Side. We were in July 2023, vacationing with two children. We didn't want to leave, we liked everything.
