In early May, we tried to check into this hotel. We booked by phone and warned that we were on the way and would arrive in an hour. We were told that the room was waiting for us. When we arrived, they easily refused us and lied that a mistake had occurred and we misunderstood them. Don't settle in this place, dishonest people work here!
