From January 19 to January 20, 2023, I stayed at the Arma hotel, the room was of medium class and the cost was 24 thousand drams (4,100 rubles). I note that for such a price, breakfast is always included in good hotels, but not here).
I also want to note the rather average service and room improvement at the level of 2010. But all this would not have forced me to leave a negative review, if not for the fact that, on top of everything, I was BITTEN by BEDBUGS overnight. There is all the evidence for this (video from the room, screenshots of correspondence with the owner of the hotel).
When I contacted the owner of the hotel, he, apparently according to a well-established scheme, without much surprise, offered to refund the money for the stay, and I agreed. He also offered to help a doctor, but when I agreed, we went to his friend's doctor, who was not even at work and was ill (the hotel owner did not even bother to contact his friend in advance and spent my lunch time on a useless trip to the "doctor"), where a nurse looked at me for 5 minutes and let me go with with the phrase "I'm not a doctor", surprised by my bites and a lot of damage to the skin, she said to buy suprastin, and upon arrival in Siberia, go to a dermatologist for an appointment and put on an IV. The resourceful businessman refused to take me to another clinic in Yerevan and we separated.
Conclusions:
1. The owner of the hotel portrayed a stormy activity, involvement in the problem, and in fact - just profited from another tourist. I'm sure there was no doctor, and it's just a spectacle that they pull off every time another guest becomes a victim of bug bites.
2. I was bitten by insects, my whole skin is covered with red inflamed blisters. I am afraid for my health, I will see a doctor only after returning home from a trip, I am afraid of complications. All the treatment falls on my shoulders, the hotel owner is not going to pay for anything, I received an affirmative refusal.
3. A hotel infested with insects should not receive guests and charge them money. I am not from Yerevan, I need to go home, but I hope this review will be noticed and sent to the supervisory authorities. All this should not go unpunished.
A wonderful home hotel with 6 rooms. Hospitable hosts , delicious breakfasts , convenient location (near the metro , you can walk to the city center), affordable price. Transfer . I recommend.
