This is a PSC and an auto center and much more can be found in the building. For example, notaries, employment centers, bank representatives, etc. It is a very spacious, modern and beautiful building.

We were in the PSC decently !!!!Compared to the miners' training center, where the crowd stinks and is filthy, it's just perfect, friendly, polite and cozy!!!
