We celebrated a birthday, we liked the area: it was green, clean, quiet, the air was clean.
In the kitchen: there were not many dishes announced on the menu, they waited a long time for cooking.
And, of course, there are few waiters. I make a discount on the fact that there was some kind of event in the summer house and they did not have time to serve, but this should not have affected our vacation in any way.

I was at an event in one of the halls of Arlan. The food is delicious, all the dishes and salads are fresh. I think that it would be possible to tighten up the service (there were no tubes for drinks, napkins were used for a long time, I had to ask for spoons for salads several times, etc.) And work a little with the cleanliness of the room. I can't add anything else.

The place is good, the houses are beautiful. But there are also disadvantages: the entire recreation area needs major repairs (it takes a very long time to list what exactly) and staff service is also lame: you wait a long time, you remind me several times when you asked where the administration replied that they did not know, bypasses the territory, etc.

The service is from 10 to 1, they themselves cleaned dirty plates and garbage from the table (((. There is nothing from entertainment.
