I handed over cassettes from my childhood for digitization, they explained everything in detail and offered to replace the box on the cassette, because it was partially broken. Two days later, they called me and told me they were ready. They showed how everything looks in digitized form - everything is super! Plus, they replaced the box for a nominal fee, for which thank you) Very adequate staff and high-quality work at reasonable prices! Recommend👍

I gave the cassette to be digitized, (the cassette is very old), they said that they would do everything, they typed in a couple of days that everything was ready, but the film in the cassette was poorly preserved and the recording turned out to be bad, the employee offered to work with it and make a better recording, and in my case it came out)

I digitized a videotape, a photographic film and a sooo old record, flexible (recording on an X-ray). The staff dared to process such material, for which I thank them very much. This recording is very valuable for my whole family (my grandfather sings to the accordion in his youth). Just a storm of emotions!!!! Grandfather (87 years old) shed tears. Thanks a lot to all the staff!!! You are the best!!!!

I handed over an old archive for digitization. We got incredible impressions, how did I not think of this before! Every evening we sit down with the whole family at the screen and immerse ourselves in memories, sometimes such awkward and fake productions, laugh to tears. Young parents, I'm a teenager... my daughter can see what I was like.
As for the "author" of the digitization, he is a very nice man, took into account all the wishes, and also did it the next day.

Digitization of cash registers: quickly (3 cassettes in 2 days) and efficiently. But the minus is for the breakdown into plots (I had to cut it myself, because the breakdown from a larger one is not entirely correct).
PS form the requirements correctly: when I said that one cassette should be recorded on two discs, I thought it was obvious that I needed two copies of one cassette on two discs. But, as it turned out, this can be regarded as: part of the video on one disc, and the other part on another.

Digitize 3 cassettes for 5 hours. 6.5p an hour. They immediately warned that there were 2 cassettes with minor defects. They promised to call, but they never did. I dialed 5 days later and was told that everything was ready on the second day. In fact, no one exactly called or texted. The only unpleasant moment. I submitted cassettes for digitization. They immediately warned that the flash drive needed to be clean (judging by the reviews, they were taught by their own experience).
A pleasant person took the order, but gave out a completely unpleasant one.
Positive:
1. The tape was digitized.
Minuses:
1. They didn't call, he called on the third day, to which they told me that "you're a fool, we called you, you didn't pick it up." There is nothing missing. No one showed me the call either. In general, an unpleasant person works here (that's the only reason I take off the stars).
2. Their website shows the price of 5.50 BYN for 1 hour, but, as they say, read the fine print: if you digitize for more than one hour, only then will there be such a price. I don't shoot stars for this, but this approach looks somehow Jewish.
