Very beautiful and spiritually historical places, unusual architecture that leads a person to the past, the locals are very polite and hospitable.
In general, Beauty and tranquility.
Bukhara is the pearl of the East, and the necropolis of Chor-Bakr is a separate, small, historical town in this pearl.
Assalamu alaikum and always welcome!
This place shook me to the core. It is a place of pilgrimage for Muslims from all over the world. We were there as tourists, walked through the entire complex, looked into some open graves, it was a pity that there was no one to conduct an excursion, since it was time for general prayer. There is a dovecote on the territory with tame birds that are not afraid of people. Pigeons are beautiful, purebred, and have been admiring them for a long time.
The Chor-Bakr necropolis is one of the most beautiful and visited places in Bukhara, founded back in the Samanid era. There is an unusual place not far from the city in the village of Sumitan. The architecture is mainly of the XVI century, built by Abdullahan II. Not only locals and other travelers come here. Clean, cozy, comfortable. There is even a small zoo where it is possible to see an ostrich, peacock, etc. The most interesting thing here is to feed pigeons and take pictures. In general, an interesting place. Recommend
It's a very interesting place. Not far from the city, you can take a taxi from the old town for 16000-20000. I am very pleased that the complex is being restored, while being clean.
In my opinion, Bukhara is one of the best places of interest for prayer. Tourists also have something to be interested in. A fresh atmosphere. Convenient parking. We advise all guests to visit.
This place has an amazing force of attraction!
I first visited here about 8 years ago, now I visit here. Clean, beautiful, a completely different world!
Those who like to be in silence should come here.
Take water with you, there are no shops here.
I recommend it, but don't make any noise!
A very cool place, I was surprised to learn that Jafar served in our military service in Novosibirsk, a very kind and open person, the place itself fascinates with its surroundings. Naturally, such places do not have the glossy sheen of Samarkand, but they are very strongly imbued with originality and spirituality.
I recommend visiting at night, the beauty is indescribable. Do not forget about the local guides, you need to resort to their services in order to somehow get acquainted with the history!
An interesting place, a peacock walked right over the graves. But be careful, the local grandfather offers to tell you a little about this place, gives you to feed the pigeons with your hand, and then, of course, requires a donation for this) the ticket costs 15 thousand sums. Yandex.Taxi from Ark fortress 15-20 thousand.
Chor Bakr (Uzbek Chor Bakr from Persian چهاربکر) — the necropolis located in the village Sumitan is five kilometers from Bukhara in Uzbekistan.. Previously, the village was the refuge of the Khojagon Dervish order, which served as a pillar of the khan's power. Chor Bakr is considered to be the largest necropolis in Central Asia
We arrived here at six o'clock in the evening, when there were almost no visitors. We were lucky, we met the muezzin of the local mosque, who told us about the history of this place and its current life. Such a positive, radiant person! He sang to us the beginning of the call to prayer of Muslims, which he announces from the minaret. He gave his pigeons to feed from his hand. He told about the employee of the archaeological expedition - a Russian woman, thanks to whom the dates and names of the spiritual figures and representatives of the ruling clans buried here were restored, about the honor and respect with which he personally treats her.
I was very impressed with the architectural complex. Burials that have been in perfect condition for a thousand years. Magnificent architectural structures. Very atmospheric! A must-visit.
I think everyone should visit this complex at least once in their life. A holy place with a very strong energy and a fairly distant history (early 10th century).
An interesting sacred place. Worth a visit) There is a dovecote on the territory, a pond with a swan, but for some reason there was only one swan. Two ostriches, chickens, roosters, some other birds, just a mini zoo)

The complex is a unique monument. Restoration work is underway, in order to understand the culture and history of the country, it is necessary to visit
A large functioning mosque and cemetery. We did not get to the mosque, it was Ramadan and the infidels were not allowed there, it was interesting to walk through the cemetery, the method of burial for Uzbeks is completely different. Many graves have already been destroyed, apparently relatives either died themselves or left. I recommend visiting the toilet separately, it is called a washbasin there, it is a separate object at the entrance, I have not seen such a toilet anywhere, these are Sandoons among the toilets! Take the time to go.
An amazing place, not far from Bukhara, easily reached by taxi and drove back. There are no people, you can walk quietly, it's very beautiful. There are peacocks, owls, even ostriches.. unusual)
It's like a heartbreak for us! We arrived after lunch, there were no tourists from the word at all. It was very meditative and pleasant to be there, we walked for 2 hours without a tour, we were very satisfied). And of course I was impressed by the peacocks walking freely in this city of the dead. Chickens and a bunny in the aviary can be fed with grass, the presence of ostriches surprised)
One of the remote attractions of the city. After everyone has looked at the center, take a taxi ride and see the old necropolis. Burials trace their history back to the 10th century, and the place acquired its modern appearance in the 17th century.
A very interesting place, the city of the dead, quiet and deserted. Peacocks walk, hornets and wasps fly, wasps' nests hang in almost every crypt, but the wasps are not aggressive, and do not interfere at all.
A surprisingly peaceful place. It is believed that this place is the largest necropolis in Central Asia.Nearby there is a small pond where a snow-white swan swims, a charming peacock in a cage, and if you go further you can meet tame pigeons
An amazing place in Bukhara. In addition to the mausoleums themselves, there are also cages with birds, where various representatives of the local fauna live, as well as peacocks.
I liked everything - thank you very much..... I'll be back!... I will also advise my friends!!! And in general, everything is normal - my head does not hurt - I am ready to perceive and perceive ! Keep building.

A mysterious place, many monuments to architects and Uzbek shrines, special thanks to Khoja Baba for the acquaintance - long life to him! We fed the local pigeons and animals, we liked everything very much despite the heat and heat.
An interesting place, deserted, when the muezzin sings, you are simply transported to another world) but do not forget that in fact this is a cemetery…
And more: there are huge hornets flying there ((scary
Entrance was paid for 10 adults, 5 children. The toilet is 2 thousand soums. Perhaps we were charged money seeing that we were tourists, because we did not see price tags anywhere.. the place is calm. For general development, I recommend visiting.
An amazing place that was built in the 16th century. The holy place is named after four famous Muslim scholars Abu Bakr of that time. Chorbakr means "Four bakras" in Persian
