My group of tourists arrived at this hotel on 09/18/2024 and had to spend two nights in Arkanchi. Knowing my route in advance, 10 days in advance, when I was at this hotel with the previous group, I booked 1 (one) night in Arconchi, only from 19 to 20.09.2024, because they told me that they only have a free room for one night. Arriving on 09/18/2024 in Arkanchi, I thought to clarify once again about my reservation tomorrow. At first they didn't know anything about this reservation, then when I found the one who booked me a room last time, he told me frankly to my face that they needed a room and of course they wanted to warn me that I had been DUMPED, but they forgot to warn me. And they also have no watering can attachment in the shower room, no foot towel, no shampoo or shower gel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone
Great hotel! The travel agent offered a hotel inside Ichan Kala, we examined it and refused to check in and went to look for another hotel also in Ichan Kala and came across Arkanchi. We were asked to view the standard room and we liked it: clean, warm (it was about 0 degrees outside) and spacious. We decided to stay there overnight, and then extended our stay in Khiva for all 3 days and never regretted it. The manager at the reception Jamshid was very friendly and helped us with the selection of restaurants for dinners and a guide for the tour. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to the main gate of Ichan Kala and close to the main street and all the main attractions of Khiva. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, the staff is responsive and cheerful. We had a great rest!
We visited at the very beginning of the tourist season.
Convenient location. Lovely, courteous staff.
The cost for Uzbek citizens is acceptable. The breakfast is standard. It's a pity there's no good coffee.
There is water in the room, as well as 2 0.5 liter bottles everywhere.
Slippers.
Hot water around the clock.
Towels, hair dryer, electric kettle and refrigerator. Air conditioning winter-summer.
The Internet.
But you need to bring your toothpaste, brush, and bathrobe with you.
It was a little cold in the room. The receptionist set up the air conditioner and brought another oil heater. It was wonderful, because I can't stand the noise of the air conditioner at night.
To visit Ichan Kala, it is enough to spend one night. So everything is quite acceptable.
Nice staff. Good breakfasts. The rooms are clean and minimalistic, although furnished in an Asian setting. A stone's throw from the main attraction of the old town, but not on the noisy central street — which ensures silence with the windows open.
Excellent location, excellent service, comfortable bed, clean bed, quiet, restful sleep, three pillows (who loves, he will understand), excellent, delicious food, breakfasts are beyond praise, hot chebureks are just a separate topic, thank you very much, I want to come back to you, do not stop there. The summer courtyard also pleased me. All the little things, but in general, it's a grandiose good thing. Delightfully.
Nice staff, great location (in the oldest town, but near the exit). We settled in the morning and were greeted with fruits. Khiva is an interesting city) and we are glad that we chose this hotel. Thanks
The location is on 5. Inside the walls of the old city. That's where the advantages ended.
The furniture is very old, the renovation is too. Now I'm going to ask you to screw the door handle to the toilet. It fell off. The bed linen is torn and washed to the point of dilapidation. The pillows are terrible, inflated. I asked to change it, without pleasure to help the guest, but they changed it. We are not quibbling, everything was just fine in Samarkand and Bukhara. There's a sadness here. The breakfast is not tasty. We arrived at 8 a.m., the food is cold, They are in no hurry to spread it, the choice is very small. Instant coffee. They ask you to pay extra for a normal one.
I do not recommend the entire chain of hotels Malik Bukhara, Khan in Samarkand and Arkanchi in Khiva. Very low level of service, prices and photos do not correspond to the real. As well as the tour operator Sogdatur. Avoid it if you don't want to spoil the trip.
A beautiful and not expensive cafe opposite the hotel. Traditional and very tasty food. Chef Bahram cooks perfectly, very friendly, homely atmosphere. I recommend.
A wonderful hotel.clean, quiet, the Windows overlooked the courtyard. The hotel is located in a historical place. There is a wonderful park outside the old town.
Everything is almost fine, but they charge money like tourists in the truest sense of the word. Sauna and taxi are super expensive (look elsewhere for cheaper ones). And in bed with only coils and other people's hair, I went to bed in black clothes, woke up in white because of incomprehensible threads. And it's better to wear slippers. The rest is normal.
We arrived at the hotel ahead of time, that is, at 12.00. We settled in without any problems. The rooms are very clean, the linen is white, the bathroom is large, there is soap and shampoo. There were 2 separate rooms for four people. The hotel itself is located inside the old city of Khiva, so there is no need to go anywhere, you went out, and you are already in the fairy tale about Aladdin. Everything is at the highest level.
Three plus. A good host, caring and prudent. The location is as close as possible to the old town-inside it) there is everything you need, the breakfast is simple but delicious, the staff is helpful.
Excellent hotel in the old town of Khiva, Ichkan-Kale. Attentive staff, convenient Parking. Comfortable large rooms. We were not in the warm season, so we could not appreciate the breakfasts on the outdoor veranda. But even without this, the most pleasant impressions. I strongly recommend it
I liked the hotel, it was clean enough. The staff is polite. Of the disadvantages , they asked to extend the room until the evening , since the flight was postponed , they delayed the answer for a long time . As a result , they refused . Although they had rooms available at the Booking at that time. As a result, we went to a nearby hotel and quietly rested there before departure.
Convenient location, delicious breakfasts... however, room cleaning is lame. Bed linen and towels may not be well washed …

Good- the hotel is in the center, large, more or less modern.
Bad- the room is poorly cleaned, there is dust and debris on the floor. One of the towels with a fresh stain. The bathroom needs to be updated.
We had breakfast 2 times, both times the dishes that should be hot were cold. Eating cold sausages with cold scrambled eggs is a so-so pleasure. Breakfast is meager. Instant coffee, you need to brew it yourself. Coffee from some kind of creepy machine for money, which is strange when the room price is 70+ usd.
It is very interesting to live on the territory of a historical object, however, the sewerage system requires repair (or alteration), and sends under the doors to the rooms so large that the light penetrating through them from the corridor prevents sleeping.
There are no words!Great!Without going anywhere, you will try the village of Khorezm.I strongly advise you to stay there. We are very glad that we lived there!
The hotel has a convenient location right in the center of Khiva, in the old town in the fortress. The interior decoration corresponds to the European level: bathroom, breakfast is included in the price. A great place to stay and spend the night in the historical heart of Uzbekistan.
There are cockroaches in the room. The bed linen and towels are stained yellow. The phone in the room is not working. A toothbrush was not provided. The breakfast is not bad.
It's a great place, but it's better to negotiate with taxi drivers, with someone who gave you a ride from the station. It is twice as expensive to call through the hotel
Helpful and friendly staff. A decent breakfast at home. The hotel is located inside the old town (fortress). The level of the hotel against the background of the developing tourism business in Uzbekistan is quite good. I recommend.
Clean (which is important in this country), friendly, responsive. They allowed us to leave later without additional payment (although we were out of season)
