A good hotel, within walking distance of the market, shops, massage parlors and pharmacies, next to the sea, but it is dirty in Patong, because a "river" of sewage flows into it after the rains, which goes behind the market in front of the hotel.
The rooms either face close to the windows of another hotel, or onto a beautiful view, but noisy street. I liked the rooftop pool - we were almost always alone there and had dinner there in the evenings. The breakfast is a customized menu of 5 options - the most satisfying in descending order are fried rice (very tasty); American breakfast (scrambled eggs with sausages, bacon, toast + butter and jam); and tuna sandwich (tastier than chicken), which is accompanied by delicious French fries. Each option is accompanied by a glass of orange juice (not natural), tea/ coffee with or without milk (sometimes liquid, sometimes dry in individual packaging) and fruits - watermelon and pineapple.
The rooms are clean, daily cleaning after 10 a.m. with replenishment of gel, shampoo and drinking water (a small bottle per person) and toilet paper. White towels cannot be taken out of the room, 1 towel can be taken at the reception once a day for 1 person at any time and also returned at any time.
Leather sofas require the replacement of "leather", fortunately, there is also upholstered furniture.
Overall, the hotel is good, I liked it.

We were on vacation at the end of November, 2024, for two weeks. I can recommend the Arita Hotel. Slightly tired of the interior. Cleaning was carried out regularly,
towels and bed linen smelled fresh. Location: near Malin Plaza Market, the best in Patong. The sea is 10 minutes away, the beach is 4, clean, located in a bay, without waves. The beaches of Kata and Karon are a 10-minute drive away, the sea is cleaner there, and a beautiful wave. There are plenty of cafes near the hotel, different cuisine, a Seven-Eleven convenience store. You can buy everything for a tourist. The hotel has a restaurant, Thai cuisine. Clean, tasty, neat. The restaurant's menu also includes Uzbek dishes. Pilaf, manti, shurpa, lagman, tortillas. Tired of Thai food, we were happy to try everything listed above. Dishes, just fire, I recommend. Uzbek guys, well done!
If you are not picky, then you will like the hotel.

The excellent location of the hotel is an important advantage, but not the only one. The rooms and the bed are large. the room has everything you need for a traveler's life, of course, furniture that has seen the sights and survived more than one generation of tourists, but it is sound and practical.
The room is clean, cleaning, water - everything is as it should be, the main thing is the view from the balcony almost to the sea, which is 7-8 minutes away if you walk at a calm pace.
There are several exchangers within walking distance, the market is literally across the street, and for those who are used to civilized food, Seven and Eleven are also across the street.
In general, the location is the best you can think of and, most importantly, relatively inexpensive.
And important for those who like to ride bikes - in the same building, just around the corner, if you leave the hotel to the left and walk between the buildings, then on the left there will be a rental point for 250 Baht per day with good equipment and a decent owner.
Yes, there is also a beautiful pool on the roof, which offers wonderful views and you can have dinner with a feeling, enjoying the beauties and music according to your mood.

We were settled in a trump room, on the fifth floor, there were no neighbors nearby, the window was not on Malin Plaza, so it was quiet, calm, and we climbed the stairs to the pool near the room. The bike was rented at the same hotel, there were no technical complaints. I was upset that the insurance period had expired, and we had to rest without a means of transportation. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed regularly. The refrigerator and kettle served us faithfully. We were satisfied with the hospitality.

Swimming pool, good service. The room is cleaned every day. But if the room itself faces the street, then a sleepless night is guaranteed. They couldn't sleep until they bought earplugs. The window group does not fully close and it feels like you are sleeping outside. The air conditioner is pretty new-it worked great!
The room itself is very concise and simple. One chair, a table, an old refrigerator. There's not even a curtain in the bathroom. Of course, if you want to go on a budget, then this is an option, but so-so) If you want to change the number, then this is a pre-draw option. At the reception, you will be promised to resolve the issue in two days, and when you remind them, they will offer dates when you will already go home. I really liked the restaurant-the service is fast, the food is delicious. In the evening, you can arrange a disco) In general, you can relax, but in rooms facing the market or another hotel.

This is the worst hotel you can imagine. Dirty, with huge cockroaches. They put me in room 324 with a view of the wall, opposite there is an unfenced balcony with a myriad of debris, the tiles on the floor are chipped everywhere, the furniture is only in the furnace.
And the condition of the furniture and the view from the window would be fine, the territory would be kept clean, a couple of pots of flowers would be installed and there would be no questions.
Everyone understands that the hotel is budget-friendly, but I've been to similar ones, and everything is much more decent there.

The water outside is generally not bad, but! The area of Patong itself, where the hotel stands, is simply dotted with French of Arab origin, and they ABSOLUTELY all behave like drunken gypsies, yelling, littering, riding mopeds without respect for other participants in the movement.
Reading the reviews, I, as a positive person, believed in the best. She doesn't seem to be picky, or even squeamish, but even I was blown away.
There was a faucet in the sink in the new room, and ants were attacking from both the ceiling and the floor. The noise in the room from the street is just around the clock due to the presence of the aforementioned diaspora of "French". It is impossible to fall asleep without earplugs or "alkodoping" in large quantities.
I really wanted to go to this hotel because of the proximity of the market, but this is not the best market in Phuket, Banzaan is cheaper and more diverse. There's a good coffee shop across the street, but we still didn't go there every day. The hotel itself has Uzbek cuisine, but after eating it after 8 days of stay, she didn't come in at all. It's very heavy and the taste is not outstanding.
The only small advantage is the exchanger, perhaps the only one on the whole island where it is very profitable to exchange rubles.
Towels are sometimes torn, sometimes with dark spots, water is given for 0.5, and 0.25 per person.
Even for optimists, this hotel is just a sewer of the devil. Biblioglobus, which sells tours to this hotel, apparently hasn't inspected it for a soooo long time, they just don't care where their tourists live, such a tour operator should be ashamed.
One photo shows a view from the balcony of room 324, with garbage and dirt, the second one shows a view of the city, for which we had to show off at the reception. By the way, I like the staff more than Thais, but amoebas are emotionless.

It's quite an ordinary budget hotel, we were in early March 2025 - I can't say anything bad. We lived in room 303, the balcony overlooked another hotel. Towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed every 3 days. As we wrote earlier: the furniture is "patchy", but in general it is possible to live. We only came to spend the night and have breakfast. During our period, there was a small buffet, we ate quite well every day. The location of the hotel is excellent (everything you need is nearby). If you are not picky, you need to cover basic living needs-welcome here.

I do not advise this hotel to keep everything old, they forget to change towels and add paper (toilet paper). It is not possible to sleep on the bed, the old mattress. The toilet door doesn't close and it's not about the lock, it's just crooked.

The staff doesn't care what you tell them. I have never seen such a thing in Thailand.
And yet, I took the bike very expensive, well, it's okay, I rode it, handed it over in the form in which I took it, found old scratches and demanded 2000 baht.

Two stars just for the fact that we were given room 318, an absolutely dirty room with urine stains on the toilet, with hair on the bed linen... and according to the number (hello to the woman at the reception , she assured that there were no empty rooms at all..., at the same time she gave a room on the second floor without a balcony smelly-smelly AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO MINUS HER IN KARMA))))since then, we have been changing our underwear every day, just for that two stars! And this is the merit of the man who cleans the rooms!!!

Very convenient location: there is a market across the street (a little noisy, but you can buy absolutely everything, while very cheap and delicious food), two supermarkets 7/11 and family are nearby. It is a 6-minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes to Bangla Road.
