I really liked everything. It's clean and cozy. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We were with a group from Mogilev, Despite the large number of tourists, no one was left without a visit. Thanks to all the staff. About the breakfast (buffet), I would like to have a better choice. As it is, everything is fine

A luxury hotel, in the very center of Poltava, the restaurant is not decently expensive, the service and quality of the dishes are excellent, European cuisine, the restaurant cooks for a very long time! The room is not large, it is clean and cozy, the windows on the theater are not a good choice, there are a lot of noisy companies at night that interfere with rest. The problem with air conditioning in the rooms is not cold, which I promise to solve, but they do not solve, they offer attic floors instead of the 2nd floor, I will not say which is better. A narrow parking lot makes it difficult to enter and exit by car with a length of more than 4.5 m.
