Large spacious rooms decorated with oriental flavor, good breakfasts, very helpful staff. Cons: very hard mattresses, pillows with lumps, but the main thing is that ventilation does not work well, in some rooms it is very cold, and in another room it is stuffy. I forgot about one more plus: in our suite there was a selection of drinks and walnuts in vases, there was also a kettle, which is very convenient to drink tea in the evening with raisins

Beautiful, spacious, clean rooms (stayed with a large company) in the "Russian' quarter. For breakfast, everything that we are used to: eggs, porridge, cheese, etc. a standard set, including watermelon and melon. I highly recommend it.
And Uzbekistan is beautiful :)

A big beautiful hotel. The rooms are large. Cozy. But there are a lot of carpets, which causes allergies. Convenient location. 15 minutes to the center by taxi. Unfortunately, there are no bars on the windows, and they are at floor level. We were without children, but it was dangerous. The air conditioning system is common, which is inconvenient, you have to go downstairs and ask to change the temperature. Beautiful lobby and aquarium in the restaurant. The breakfasts are ordinary. Expensive-rich in the setting, but some little things in everyday life spoil the impression. The staff is polite. There is an elevator. There is parking. In general, I liked it.

If you stay there for about two days, it's great! There are big rooms, we lived at 21, it was great! Giant baths and rooms. Delicious breakfast. But the towels were not changed for us, they were just beautifully folded back wet, as if they had been changed. I don't know, maybe we were so unlucky. Then there was water near the toilet, it's unclear why. Well, everything is royal) a very beautiful interior yet

A wonderful hotel. For me personally, the best thing is a huge window and a table next to it. In the rooms themselves you get rest, everything is beautiful, neat and most importantly clean. The breakfast is delicious, the staff is friendly, the place is in the city center. In general, I think you will not regret choosing this hotel

In Samarkand, I stay only in Arkhan. I love their breakfasts. A little far from the center, but there is a taxi, and there are quite a few places nearby where you can eat at local prices, not tourist ones.

The hostess of the hotel always looks after the guests. The rooms are nice, the breakfasts are delicious and varied.

Unfortunately, I found out about this hotel on the last day of my business trip. The hotel is clean, beautiful and modern style. And also, there are elements of the east, which is cool. When there was a 4 star hotel in Dubai, the same service and cleanliness was. Arkhan has thought out every detail, bathroom sets, a new bathrobe and so on. Odorless, ottoman for convenience. The restaurant is spacious, live music in the evening, there is an aquarium, the breakfast buffet is very tasty. If I come to Samarkand next time, I will definitely come here.

Large rooms, crisp clean linen, clean plumbing, nice to be in the room. The air conditioning is central, to add / subtract it is necessary to call the reception, they do it immediately. The staff is generally very helpful, you are welcome here. A good breakfast, there is everything, boiled coffee is paid, but this is generally a trifle. I was pleased with the water with cucumber and mint, it refreshes well in the heat.
