A very terrible hotel. My friend booked my room because she lives nearby, when I arrived it turned out that no one knows who booked and who took the money for the reservation... we figured it out, and the worst thing is in the front... during the day, silence in the hotel, and at night they apparently rent rooms for 1 hour because there were a lot of men and not satisfied prostitutes, music all night, a showdown with whom and where to go On day 3, I demanded someone from the managers, and the girl who says at the reception that there is no one yet and that I would not bother them anymore left the guy who kept telling me that he did not speak Russian. The rooms are not cleaned, everything you need, toilet paper, towel need to be begged

This is the most horrible place I've ever been to. I had to stay there because I didn't rent it myself, and for a short time, there was no opportunity to move. The rooms and the entire hotel are completely unsanitary, cockroaches, dirt that they didn't even bother to clean after complaints, a disgusting smell of sewage, which, in fact, is not surprising, because the water in the shower does not even go down the drain. There was no hot water in the other room, at a colleague's. The girl at the reception does not respond to complaints in any way. The breakfasts are also terrible, and the food ends by 9 o'clock, although tomorrow before 10.
