We stayed here with my wife for four days, we were very satisfied. Cozy large rooms, everything is clean, all appliances and water supply are excellent. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts for very little money, we had to come in handy. Most importantly, Friendly and courteous staff, checked in early, at our request, moved into a room with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the mountains. It's really cool when people love what they do! Many thanks to Goar and all the staff, we wish you prosperity, let everything work out, we will recommend you to our travel friends🙂

We stayed at this hotel in October 2024. I liked the interior – it's so eclectic, everything is done with taste, but not pretentiously. The Gohar girl turned out to be a very caring hostess. We took breakfast, we liked it – balanced, they always ask for wishes.
On the downside: sometimes there is a smell of sewage in the bathroom, but in Yerevan this is a ubiquitous story. And also, the double bed is two single beds, moved to each other. Because of this, it was not always comfortable to sleep.

A wonderful hotel that meets all the necessary requirements for a good rest and work.
Very good design, where the convenience and comfort of guests are the main priorities. Highly trained staff.
Very tasty, fresh and every day a new breakfast.
Quiet place, no noise. Quiet area, fresh air, beautiful panorama to the city of Yerevan.
I advise you to settle down with your family quietly.

The service is excellent and very friendly. The staff is courteous and friendly. I was at breakfast - everything is delicious. Street view. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, and has a large bathroom. Only the road to the hotel is not very good. The hotel is very quiet

The cozy hotel is a 10-minute drive from the center of Yerevan. The staff is very friendly.
The breakfasts are excellent (minus instant coffee), there were fruits and pastries and national dishes.
The hotel itself is not very big, so it is quite quiet there. There was a good ventilation system, the room had a huge balcony with chairs and a table, so every morning and evening we enjoyed the view of the mountains and the city. The room had a kettle, refrigerator, slippers, bathrobes. On the downside, there were a lot of other people's hair in the bathroom when checking in, plus carpets in the hotel dream of dry cleaning. But these are all small things, the impressions of living and recreation are the best.
There are no shops within walking distance, so it's better to take care of snacks and other things in advance.

A great cozy and quiet hotel! We got everything we needed on the trip! Cleaning took place daily, even slippers and bathrobes were changed every day! The team is very friendly and ready to help with everything! Special thanks to the Goar administrator! The view from the balcony is really gorgeous! We will definitely advise his friends and come back here again!

A warm hotel. This is a huge plus for Yerevan. You can only go to the center, you won't be able to walk-but there is always a taxi nearby. Breakfasts are included, weak ones, but they are there.

A great hotel. Located in a quiet location, 10 minutes to the center.
The staff is very friendly, friendly and ready to fulfill any whim of the guest (within reasonable limits of course).
It's worth the money. And the view from the balcony is gorgeous!!!

It's actually a very cool hotel. When I was driving there, looking at the houses and streets that surrounded me, I thought "where did I get to?", but arriving at the hotel I was pleasantly surprised:
- private parking for 6 cars
- 24-hour reception
- a huge cozy room
- clean bed linen
- a gorgeous bathroom
- half a baby, slippers, bathrobes, gels - a complete set of everything.
- continental breakfast (I liked it)
- very friendly staff.
This is not just a compliment to the hotel. During my trip, I visited 6 hotels (both in Yerevan and abroad) and only one hotel was comparable to this one in terms of comfort, all the others turned out to be simply miserable.
