Great car rental! We had a vacation in Batumi in August 2022, the car was delivered to us on time, clean and well-groomed. We traveled around Georgia in this car, everything is fine, we checked in at the airport. I rented a Mercedes minibus in June 2022. Hello! We booked a Mazda 3 car, when we arrived to pick up the car, we were told that an error had occurred and it had already been rented by someone else. However, we were offered a Mazda 6 for the same price. All the paperwork was done quickly, without any problems. The car is in good condition, the interior is a little dirty, really. Everything went well. The car was the one that was in the picture when booking (it was the first time in my life).
On the plus side: everything was fast and simple. Registration, delivery of the car, operation.
Of the cons: on the second or third day, it turned out that the stove was not working in the car (which is probably difficult to notice in Tbilisi) and the tank was actually not fully full, which is already a feature of the car (if it stands on the slope for a while, then the fuel level may not be displayed correctly for a while, until the car will not warm up completely).
The overall impression was very good and I was pleased with the choice of this rental company

It was a pleasure to ride it all the way. It is very comfortable for a family of three or four people. I don't recommend it to anyone. If I had read the review below, I would not have been led. The dilution is capital. The reservation was cancelled without explanation. I wrote to tech support - they began to offer an option much more expensive and not suitable at all. It was decided to refuse their services. At first they were fed breakfast on return, and after that they don't even answer!
I am completing the review on 07/15.21
After I sent the claims to the central office by mail, a couple of days later I received an email with the refund number, and today the refund itself. I leave 3 stars for this swing. This is the maximum.
