We took a tour to St. Petersburg from 30.12.24 to 03.01.25. In general, the tour turned out to be excellent for the first visit to St. Petersburg.
The tours were quick and intense.
When we arranged the tour, we were a little scared that I would spend the night with my husband in a room on the ground floor, but some magic happened and we rested on the third floor of room 303. The room had all the amenities, but the front door was constantly annoying (it opened just a little bit and my husband, as well as I, had to squeeze between the door reception and the door itself).
The breakfasts at the hotel are wonderful. There are plenty to choose from...no one will stay hungry.
Throughout the tour, I was very pleased with the weather, which made the New Year's mood felt even more.
The only thing that really disappointed me was the bus. The distance between the seats in the cabin is small. With a height of 165 cm, I somehow found a place to be comfortable, but for my husband, who was 193 cm tall, it was hell. My legs couldn't fit and I had to sit with my legs outstretched or turn sideways into the aisle. It takes 16 hours to drive like this, and even more so to get some sleep.
The second negative point was that it was cold at the end of the cabin. There was a cold air blowing from the window.... if I hadn't put my jacket between myself and the window, I would have arrived in St. Petersburg with a fever. There was also a blast of cold air from the overhead hatch. The stove was turned on, but it will work a little bit, it will warm your feet and that's it. It took 2 days from such a 16-hour trip.
We are satisfied with the tour....but please do not put such buses on such routes.

We went to St. Petersburg for the New Year from 12/30/2024 to 01/3/2025. Overall, it turned out to be a good tour, I liked the city and the excursions. But the bus we rode on is something.… The first thing I want to say is that we were sitting at the very end, and from the first kilometers and throughout the trip, at a speed of about 90-100 km/h, we could hear a terrible hum from the engine compartment, which pressed on our ears. We rode on different tourist class buses, but this was the first time I heard this. The second thing I didn't like was the cold air coming out of the hatch above us, especially on the way back. It was cold, the stove didn't always work, and I often had to ask for more heat, but then for some reason it was turned off. At the same time, it was very hot ahead. I think that such buses should be evenly warmed up, especially when you spend 16 hours on the road in them. Next time we will buy seats closer to the driver, he will definitely not keep himself in the cold. The bus was 2537-3.

We went to St. Petersburg on 6.11-9.11.24, St. Petersburg is cool, I liked everything, but I especially want to pay attention to our accompanying Ksenia, she is just an unrealistically positive, good and kind person who was in touch 24/7 for 3 days in St. Petersburg, solved our questions. Thanks to her, the rest turned out to be as comfortable as possible))) Well, now we are getting ready to go to Georgia)))

A trip to St. Petersburg on 12/30/24 to 01/3/25, my friends and I spent New Year's Eve like a fairy tale. Those were very magical days. I'll try to visit this city through a tour agency, you won't regret it, everything is very prompt and polite., ❤️❤️❤
