A good pizzeria. Friendly staff, a play area for children. We arrived on the evening of the weekend, the pizza was brought in 30 minutes, the soup literally in 10. Drinks were served immediately along with croutons. Not a big minus, the air conditioner was very cold. Thank you, it was delicious.

We were with a company of 7 people. The waiter warned that the wait could be 30-40 minutes. As a result, the dishes were brought as they were ready - that is, someone ate, and someone is sitting hungry. After 50 minutes of waiting, two people were still hungry, the waiter, when asked when there would be dishes (two pastas!!!), replied that they needed to wait another 10-15 minutes. More than an hour of waiting for a simple pasta!!!!
This is not the first time in this institution. Disgusting work of the kitchen and staff. I do not recommend this place.
Of the advantages, we were given a 20% discount and this was only after the administrator was called and told that we were refusing dishes.
I would like to draw the attention of the management to this case.

A good cafe. The waiters are responsive. The food is fine. It's a pity that you can't bring your own cake, but only with the arena dessert (It was a little frustrating and for this reason only 4 stars). We often celebrate birthdays there with our family.
The only thing I miss is the windows in the room below.
The toilet is always clean.
A huge plus is that there is a children's area.

On November 06, 2024, we decided to have dinner at this institution. Unfortunately, it didn't work out. The waiter threw us the menu, did not say hello, and then ignored and did not come to take the order. By the way, the landing was far from complete, and we waited about 15-20 minutes. Of course, we did not tolerate such strange behavior. I would like to draw the attention of the management to the incompetence of this young man and, if he is so sad and unbearable to work in the service sector, relieve him of this need.

Приятное, атмосферное место. Самые вкусные пиццы из всех заведений "Арены пиццы" что я пробовал. Недавно решился попробовать томатный суп с факкачо и не пожалел. Отдельную благодарность хотелось бы выразить официанту Татьяне и повару Анастасие (не удержался, чтобы не узнать имя такого замечательного повара) за быструю подачу, отличное обслуживание и оставленные на целый день приятные эмоции. Очень советую к посещению)

За последние месяцы это место значительно преобразилось - может закрылись конкуренты, а может мое мнение. Недорогие цены, хороший и компактный выбор меню, уютная обстановка. Постоянным новшеством яаляются шефские пиццы и тематические блюда. Недавно у них появилось какао, в стилизованнлй под металическую кружку, как в детстае😀 внутрб ребята кладут раскрывающийся шоколад с мармеладои. Отделньо стоит отметить официантку Ангелину - всегда обходительную и приятную.

Сколько не пробовала пицц, но САМЫЕ ЛУЧШИЕ ТОЛЬКО в "Арене-пицце". Всегда свежие продукты. Обслуживание ОТЛИЧНОЕ. Персонал вежливый, тактичный, внимательный. Время ожидания не затяжное, в меру разумное.

Зашли с дочкой поужинать. Обстановка прекрасная, уютная. Пиво вкусное. Пиццы нам тоже очень понравились - особенно тесто - тонкое, хрустящее. Дочке понравился молочный коктейль.
Отлично провели время. Девочки из персонала прям умницы - аккуратные, чистоплотные - ничего лишнего. По меню очень хорошо ориентированы.
Раньше мы по приезду ходили в пиццерию Домино у зоопарка, но сейчас она закрылась. В Арена-пицце мне понравилось больше.

Очень уютно, чисто, атмосферно, очень приятно находиться (это я про зал в цокольном этаже дома). Заказ сделали очень быстро, брали две итальянские сковородки с курицей и со свининой, все вкусно, сытно, с пылу-с жару. В туалете чисто, как дома. Ещё прикольным оказались настойки гранатовая и вишнёвая, после дегустации взяли домой бутылочку. Так что от души советуем)

Официанты Лиза и Никита самые любимые. Всегда помогают выбрать что-нибудь новое и вкусное, а также очень внимательны и обходительны.
Атмосфера непринужденная, комфортно,что есть два зала.

Неплохое заведение,можно прийти с детьми,есть зона для детей.Меню довольно разнообразное, десерты необоснованно дорогие.Еще заказывали картошку фри и пиццу.Картошка прекрасна, а вот пицца подкачала уже не в первый раз

Приехали в 22 00 для того ,чтобы заказать с собой пиццу,а нам отказали сказав ,что кухня больше не работает не смотря на то,что ровно час до закрытия, делать пиццу 15-20 минут максимум( как обычно говорит персонал). Это уже второй случай , первый раз приехали за 40 минут ,точно так же был получен отказ. Раньше было лучшее место ,сейчас уже нет ,не хочется больше возвращаться. Примите меры с вашим персоналом ,который не особо жаждет работать и принести прибыль вашему заведению!) .

Еда вкусная, персонал отзывчивый. Принесли блюда довольно быстро. Само помещение уютное, теплое. Немного потрепан диван, на котором сидела, но это нисколько не испортило впечатление от заведения.
