Hello, I'll tell you about your disadvantages right away. This is not a one-time situation, so let's start with that. When we come to your establishment, we take the menu OURSELVES, even if the boarding is incomplete or if the waiter SAW us.
I don't understand why in the 21st century the camera doesn't track the arrival of visitors in order to approach them and provide a menu. Plus, when we have selected a position, we raise our hand to place an order and they don't see us. We need to look directly at the waiter so that he understands that we need to approach.
Further questions are also for the waiter. There is no question of knowledge of positions at all. When asked what kind of pizza with bell pepper, we are offered pizza with jalapeno. Knowledge of the menu is zero. About the availability of positions (as it was in our case of desserts)They don't know anything either.
Once we had to come in for breakfast, and after they didn't come up to us after 10 minutes, we just left the place! Waiting for payment is also a separate type. We need to start by ourselves and pay at the checkout. You're losing your customers, and it's good that you have a reputation and I already know about you as a "seasoned" institution. This is about the advantages.
3 stars for the location and atmosphere. For delicious dishes and quick serving. Polite (but ignorant) waiters.

In fact, it took an hour to wait for the dishes!!!The waiter Valeria is absolutely not competent, she answered many questions simply with "I don't know", in the end there was a confusion about payment, through no fault of our own, which again forced us to wait. As a result, I had to go to the account on my own (the reservation of a table was on the summer terrace) As for the summer terrace, it was unbearably stuffy, and the employees of this cafe, as it turned out, did not know how to use the air conditioner! Fortunately, one of the male visitors still set the desired temperature, and we breathed a sigh of relief. Disgusting impressions, I don't recommend it to anyone.

On December 25, 2024, we visited this institution. The table was booked a week in advance. We made a reservation at the time of booking- pizza, 4 French fries and 4 ketchups. After arriving and sitting at a table, we waited about 10 minutes for our order to be accepted. After that, we waited about 15 minutes for the pizza to be brought to us, which was ordered at the time of booking the table, but the ordered drinks did not arrive. About 5 minutes later, French fries and ketchup arrived. And only after another 5 minutes the drinks arrived. The ketchup looked suspicious (it was kind of bubbly), and the taste was also confusing. It felt like the ketchup was fermented. Can't the cooks see what they're putting on the plate, and the waiter see what he's serving to the guests??? The ketchup was changed at my request. Another forty minutes later, the second pizza was served. Before that, I approached the waitress and asked how long we should wait for our order. She replied that the wait was an hour, which she informed us when accepting the order. Although there was no such thing. In general, we took the third pizza with us, since the desire to be in this place was gone. The evening was ruined. I hope that the management will read this review and take action. Didn't you realize that there would be a big influx of guests on December 25th and that you need to prepare for it? The guests of the establishment should not care about this. People come to you to relax and pay money for it.

We were with a company of 7 people. The waiter warned that the wait could be 30-40 minutes. After 50 minutes of waiting, two people were still hungry, the waiter, when asked when there would be dishes (two pastas!!!), replied that they needed to wait another 10-15 minutes. More than an hour of waiting for a simple pasta!!!!
This is not the first time in this institution. Disgusting work of the kitchen and staff. I do not recommend this place.
Of the advantages, we were given a 20% discount and this was only after the administrator was called and told that we were refusing dishes.

A good cafe. The waiters are responsive. The food is fine. It's a pity that you can't bring your own cake, but only with the arena dessert (It was a little frustrating and for this reason only 4 stars). We often celebrate birthdays there with our family.

We went to dinner with my daughter. The atmosphere is beautiful and cozy. The beer is delicious. We also liked the pizzas very much - especially the dough - thin, crispy. My daughter liked the milkshake.

Chef's pizzas and themed dishes are a constant innovation. Recently, they have cocoa, in a stylized metal mug, as in the kindergarten, the guys put the opening chocolate with marmalade inside.
