It has become better, but it is a pity that the old developments have not been preserved: several good brands, such as Trussardi, Electrosila, SINABON, have gone. Nevertheless, for the sake of objectivity, those who like KFC and Dominas appeared. In general, it has become cleaner, but parking is still not clear, which limits visits.
One for the location. The rest is just terrible. For such a huge size, the number of stores is minimal. The food court is dirty, the staff walks around clogged with an angry look. It feels like not a shopping center in the center, but a store with shopping malls near the entrance
It's a big center, but apart from a Caramel, a couple of cafes and a grocery store, ordinary people have nothing to do there. In boutiques, the prices for a dress are like a monthly salary. There is no simple mass market there, and a couple of shops would not hurt.
A huge center, where there is probably everything that is possible, I didn't just look at everything;) + there is a reservoir nearby. In summer, it's great that the shopping center is nearby.
It's getting worse every month.
The parking lot is a mess, this is the one that works. And the rest does not function at all.
Yes, there are a lot of questions about cleanliness and service.
Masks ....?))) No, you haven't heard… There is no crown. Something like this.
Well, what can I say? I was not impressed. There is no normal trading, few open points. Sometimes there are holidays, or there are trainings, For spending time with friends so-so

A large shopping center with all the necessary shops.
The first hour is free in the parking lot, every next hour is 2 rubles. The exit from the underground parking is terrible!! Immediately the barrier opens, you drive up the hill (35 degrees somewhere), and then the gate opens! On a subcompact, this is a 100 out of 10 test.
There is a large and underground parking with free spaces on the monitor. This is a convenient service! There are always places! There is a wonderful trampoline center for children. There are many shops for every taste. "Space" is available. Convenient!
There are few shops, but a good food court. Convenient parking.
If only the ceilings hadn't fallen down)
Updated - now you can still ride a zipline under the roof, which looks interesting.
I like to go there to the SILVERSREEN cinema for daytime and sometimes evening sessions, because there are 2 halls with Dolby Atmos acoustics and, unlike the DANA MALL, they do not plan to pay for parking, plus there is a good food court one step away from the cinema, excellent SPACE below (meat is simply beautifully cut there) and besides Japanese goods ("Japonica") and coffee at the stairs. I advise you to visit...
The shopping center is for the "rich", so it's better not to go there for clothes, or maybe it's better to go if your wallet allows

There used to be one of the favorite centers, but now they have made paid parking (this is normal) but the system is not debugged from the word at all!!! We were in the cinema for 1h30 minutes, and we tried to leave the flogging for 40 minutes. It is very difficult to pay, because the terminal works every other time, money is not credited, it is very terrible!!!
Time goes by and the shopping center changes. It may not change for the better so quickly, but...In recent years, with the arrival of Green, movements in general have begun. Food court operators have been added, the cinema is working as before (although the guys should upgrade the halls a little).
It is unclear why the shopping center is needed. Of the popular establishments, only silver screen, KFC and market (there was space - they closed the restaurant, now the green - they will also close soon) And an infinite number of unnecessary "author's" stalls with clothes in which people have never been noticed (not counting the sellers). Parking is terrible, the pitch of the columns is small, all the time you are afraid to catch sideways on corners and columns, parking spaces are narrow. Cars are constantly parked along the road, not to leave.
In short, if you decide to visit, think again
A good place to relax both alone and with family and friends. A large selection of shops, a cinema, parking, a huge grocery store and a good food court. However, the biggest plus for me is the book fair "World of Books"
I drove to the shopping center by car to the parking lot -P1. Recently, parking has become paid, barriers have been installed there in addition to the existing roller shutters at the entrance. When I left the parking lot, I drove through the barrier, the shutters were open, and at one point they began to close right above my car. They stopped at the very last moment a few centimeters above the hood. Drivers, be careful and careful. I will never go to this mall again.
Terrible Parking, not everyone can find the entrance to it the first time and exit on the rise, where there is a stop sign right away. The mall itself is normal. A movie theater is like a movie theater.
There is almost everything here except building materials and furniture. Well, this is for those who have never been. Branded clothing and Turkish consumer goods, shoes from various manufacturers, costume jewelry, Craft perfumes, silverscreen cinema, cafes, food court, gym with Windows inside the shopping center is a little surprising.... As if in full view of everyone... There will be problems with parking in the evening. We'll have to wait. A characteristic picture is that expensive SUVs are parked in places for the disabled.
Few shops and brands are represented, although I may be wrong, they have a smaller area

The food court is just great. For every taste and color. I also like the deli. There are always discounts and a great seafood salad bar. I also really like the bookstores on the third floor. I often buy books there. Some of my colleagues want to go to the gym. And shopping for clothes is a failure.
The Arena was not like this before. Now there is an empty place, a forgotten place, and the cherry on the cake is a finished, maximally dirty KFC at the very entrance, with dirty floors, tables and chairs in the eating area 🤮😞
A good shopping mall. There are many shops of different price levels. There is an excellent children's entertainment complex. A good grocery store with an excellent assortment. There is a cinema, parking. In general, there is a place to spend money.
Today I visited the famous book fair, which has been located on the third floor of the Arena City shopping center for three years. The first thing that greeted me was a closed parking lot on the third floor with a sign that someone was renting it. It was somehow strange to see it in such a respectable shopping center, as it is advertised everywhere. As I understand it, parking should be primarily for visitors if the administration is interested in them. The second thing that struck me was the cockroaches running around the floors. Dear administration!!! Take urgent action if you want people to come to your mall.
