I am grateful, we liked the hotel. We lived on the 9th floor, the room has everything: a refrigerator, a TV, a hair dryer, a large bed, a beautiful view from the window to the river.

The refrigerator in the room barely works, it warms rather than cools. There is no air conditioning, in summer it is very hot in the room (23 on the street, and 30 in the room). The liquid soap and gel ran out on the first day, and no one else replaced it. The TV is not working. But, the room is clean, the towel was cleaned and changed every day. Secure parking. Friendly staff. Hot drinking water in the cooler on the floor.

The rooms are good, although there was a problem when checking in, the young man did not understand how to accept payment through the Mir card, although others do not seem to accept it, he said that smoking is prohibited in the room.
The next day we smoked in the room on the floor below, so we had smoke in the bathroom, they said they didn't know what to do! And so it was the next day. I raised a scandal, but in the end nothing happened.

Terrible service, the waitress does not return the change, brings her underage friends to the cafe where they sit and giggle at the bar. The food is tasteless and expensive. The security guard administrator, upon presentation of claims on the quality of services, immediately grabs the phone with threats to call the police. I do not advise you, if you do not want to spoil your mood, do not go there.

Excellent hotel : cleaning for 5 points, feeding for 4, but also not bad. Polite staff, and when we approached our car at night, a guard ran into the parking lot and began to figure out who we were and what we were doing at the car (one against 4) respect!!!

I recommend. The rooms are clean and the restaurant cooks deliciously. Nearby, a beautiful pond is visible from the windows. It's a long way from the metro station. Towels were changed every day. Ordered food from the restaurant could be taken to the room.
