I recently stayed at the Arena Hotel and I want to share my impressions! The hotel made a very pleasant impression - a modern building, stylish design and excellent organization of the space.
The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture. I was especially pleased with the ability to adjust the heating temperature - this is a rarity for hotels! The beds are very comfortable, with excellent mattresses, so the sleep was sound and pleasant.
The location is convenient - there is everything you need nearby: shops, pharmacy, bus stop. For those traveling by car, there is a parking lot with video surveillance. Of course, you have to take a trolleybus to get to the metro (about 5 stops), but it didn't bother you much.
The hotel has an excellent restaurant with reasonable prices, and several cafes nearby, including a pleasant "Tradition" restaurant with delicious food. A gym, bicycle rental and billiards are available for active recreation.
Special thanks to the staff - very friendly and helpful people. When we needed a kettle, they easily solved this issue.
Additional advantages include a beautiful view from the windows and a quiet area. Nearby there is an amusement park for children, which is convenient for families with children.
I definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips! The price/quality ratio is fully justified.

We stayed for two days. In fact, we only spent the night. The hotel is very clean. Comfortably. We took a two-room room. There is everything you need. Refrigerator, TV, kettle. Even tea bags. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. We went to breakfast. Like a buffet. The staff is polite. There is not much to see in the Zavodskoy district. There is a sports arena nearby. There is a zoo within walking distance.

Very tasty breakfasts! Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere. On the territory of a comfortable hotel complex with all amenities, including billiards, hammam and much more. By the way, there is an ATM almost in front of the entrance, which is also very convenient.

The hotel is located in a park area on the shore of a reservoir. A quiet, peaceful place. Within walking distance of the stadium, zoo park. There is a parking lot. The rooms are clean, cozy., with all the necessary accessories for a comfortable stay. The territory is well maintained. Billiards ,
hammam. The staff is friendly. The only place that adds a fly in the ointment is the restaurant at the hotel, with disgusting food. The administration should pay attention to this fact.They lived in July 2024.

a comfortable place, I lowered my rating due to the fact that the first time I went there was a large room with two beds and just the most beautiful shower. but the last time I came, there was a single room with one large bed, as a result, two small ones were moved, so here's one big one, and the shower was disappointing (flimsy plumbing, poor pressure). I would also like to mention the good location of the hotel (near several grocery stores, a park). as a result, the hotel is 3 stars, if you consider that this is exactly how it positions itself, then everything is fair.

A good price-quality ratio option. Among the advantages: a large free Parking lot (we arrived by a large minibus), the proximity of the MKAD (important for motorists), there is a cafe until 16:00 set meals. The rooms have a refrigerator. The rooms are clean. There is a gym, though very small, but there is an ellipse and a bicycle and dumbbells (although there is no bench). In short, there is something to sweat with. Of the cons: the rooms have shower cabins running on the floor, there are puddles in the shower, although there is a drain in the floor and they suggest laying towels on the floor. In my opinion, the rooms are gloomy, there is a lot of black furniture and dark bedspreads. Well, as it is, everything is O.K.

I was afraid that it would not be very good for such money, but it turned out to be a very good place. Everything was clean, three towels for each, shower gel, shampoo. There were no neighbors to be heard. And a huge plus is that there is a restaurant downstairs with a lunch menu. It was 16 rubles for two at lunch. The only drawback is the lack of air conditioning. Fortunately, we were on a not hot day and the open windows were very comfortable. I definitely recommend the arena hotel.

We came to the cafe arena, if it were possible to leave 0 stars, I would not even put one. We came to lunch with a friend, before that we looked at the menu on the website, pizza, hot dogs, ravioli were indicated. When we arrived at this terrible place, we waited 40 minutes while the bartender was having a nice conversation with his friends. As a result, no one came to the cashier. And there were only cakes and ice cream on the menu. I definitely do not recommend it to visit

We stayed with my wife several times. A simple, ordinary hotel, though a new building, but the Soviet heritage is just blowing. There are no questions about cleanliness, everything is fine. If you need to stay cheap, then it is quite suitable.The kitchen was not used.

The carpet in the room with stains was placed on the third floor - a view of the roof with a high fence, except for this fence - nothing is visible, it was possible to make utility rooms from such rooms or sell these rooms at great discounts. The price for a room is the same everywhere, but somewhere there is a panoramic view, and somewhere like ours there is a view of a fenced roof and no view of the city. Being close to the rink is a plus.

A good hotel, a great park nearby, there is a quite decent breakfast buffet. Of the disadvantages, the nearest metro is 20 minutes on foot. There is fast food in the form of McDonald's nearby. A 7-minute walk from the hotel to McDonald's. Overall, positive emotions.

The suite that we booked for the holidays at the hotel does not correspond to the suite. There is black mold along the bathroom wall. The toilet bowl walks like a living white streaks on the tile. In one room where the sofa is on the floor, the carpet is covered in black spots. And surprisingly, there was a teapot, a spoon, a mug, but not a single bag of tea, coffee and sugar. I was really surprised by the breakfast. And it's not a bad choice, and most importantly it's delicious. The staff was friendly.

The room is quite cozy. It is impossible to stay in an air-conditioned room at night - it is very noisy. They explained at the reception that they couldn't do anything. There is not much choice of food at breakfast. A big plus is the view from the window of the reservoir. I recommend it for a business trip.

The refrigerator in the room barely works, it warms rather than cools. There is no air conditioning, in summer it is very hot in the room (23 on the street, and 30 in the room). The liquid soap and gel ran out on the first day, and no one else replaced it. The TV is not working. But, the room is clean, the towel was cleaned and changed every day. Secure parking. Friendly staff. Hot drinking water in the cooler on the floor.

The rooms are good, although there was a problem when checking in, the young man did not understand how to accept payment through the Mir card, although others do not seem to accept it, he said that smoking is prohibited in the room.
The next day we smoked in the room on the floor below, so we had smoke in the bathroom, they said they didn't know what to do! And so it was the next day. I raised a scandal, but in the end nothing happened.
