The complex is quite fresh, the rooms are spacious, there is air conditioning, a refrigerator and everything you need, a good shower room. The sound insulation is fine, maybe the neighbors were quiet). The staff answered questions, suggested how best to get to the center and which taxi is better to use (of course, Yandex). I liked the breakfast, there was a buffet, we went in the morning, there was no big queue in the dining room. There are several grocery and household stores nearby, a park and a zoo are nearby (I recommend visiting). The only thing is, it's a long way from the center, by buses with transfers, it's better and faster by taxi (taxi prices are the same as in Moscow).

For those who drive, the location is convenient, Parking is free.
My room was spacious and cozy. The refrigerator was working, and so was the air conditioner/heater. The hotel staff was friendly. Check-in at the reception was quick and hassle-free. The cleaning is good. Breakfast was included in the room rate and offered a wide range of dishes.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel and recommend it to anyone who is planning a trip to this city.

Great hotel! Sound insulation class! The breakfasts are great! At the reception, the administrator will always prompt and answer any questions!
The location is generally excellent geographically, there is a highway nearby, in the morning / evening I get to where I need to go without traffic jams!
And so there is a place to walk, near the Arena sports complex, as well as a picturesque reservoir.

We came from Crimea for hockey and stayed in this hotel. A cozy, clean room with a nice view from the window. Every day the room was cleaned, towels were changed. You can order breakfast.
Very nice and helpful girls at the reception, here are 5 stars for them!))

The hotel is about 10 years old. It is located on the outskirts of the city next to a sports complex and a picturesque reservoir. The price /quality is quite decent. I checked in quickly, it took 5 minutes for everything for 3500 rubles a day. There is a busy highway nearby -if you open the window, it's noisy. The refrigerator in the room is tiny, there is no kettle, and the linen is very clean and without holes. The water cooler is in the hallway. I plan to stay here again next time.

We checked into the hotel after 10 p.m. with a large tourist group of 40 people. The receptionist (a sweet, pleasant girl)I settled the guests very quickly. The rooms are beyond praise (and it is stated as three stars). Perfect sound insulation!!!! There is a cooler on each floor. The locks work from the key of the card (you need to be careful when leaving the room))) I went out without a card))) The receptionist girl quickly solved my problem by providing a duplicate key. Breakfast buffet. Porridge, pancakes, cottage cheese, cheese, pastries and much more. I recommend.

The only drawback is that the rooms are very cool in the cold season, but there is an air conditioner that will easily fix it in a couple of hours of operation

We checked in 2 times with my boyfriend at this hotel. First of all, low-trained staff who do not know many of the points and nuances that you ask about when checking in. Next, let's go through the cost, initially the room cost for a day + late check-out for two 130 rubles, after a while when only a day (semi-incomplete), 180 rubles were given, the question is how? Next, the numbers themselves are the crown. The rooms are DIRTY, for such a price they cannot even elementary remove dust from bedside tables, tables, torn wallpaper, dirty ceiling, old design and not a pleasant smell, the extractor hood did not work, all the water pours out of the shower cabin onto the floor, then everything is completely wet in puddles, mold with an unpleasant smell is also found in it, there is one shampoo set, the hair dryer is broken, one towel (there were two of us), the shower did not hold on the holder, there were stains on the carpets, the TV is ancient where there are only 7 channels, a huge layer of dust on the vyatyazhka… In general, this hotel clearly does not pull for 3 stars, we were with the same rating in another, everything was just great and cheaper there, it's very sad that the administration cannot take care of BASIC cleanliness in the room, from there I wanted to check out faster. There were also no sockets next to the bed. The room for those who were interested was 409, then they moved into another one, it was better but not much, the only thing that pleased them was a good location, a beautiful view and delicious food from their restaurant.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Minsk, in the Chizhovka district.
Positive:
2-bed room-nice interior, new furniture,small refrigerator,TV,wardrobe,spacious shower room.All the furniture is in good condition.Cooler with hot and cold water on the floor.It is clear that sufficient funds have been invested in repairs.Public transport and shops are within walking distance, the metro can be reached by trolleybus.
Cons:
-there is no air conditioning, it was very hot in July
-mediocre cleaning, or rather its complete absence (garbage removal and towel change do not count), because there really is not enough staff.There is no maid on the floor.
Out of the unpleasant.
They asked where they could warm up the food.They replied that they were nowhere (except in a restaurant.They refused us there, although there was not a single person in the hall.
Then it turned out that on the 2nd floor there is a staff meal room, there is a microwave and a large refrigerator.The young man at the reception claimed that there was no such room.
It's not nice to lie.
Let me summarize the results.
The hotel itself is good, but I did not feel the service and hospitality.
Management should work better with staff.

Despite the fact that the Arena Hotel is located on the outskirts of Minsk, there are nice, large, cozy rooms. Very clean and well maintained. We really liked it. Breakfast is 25 rubles, buffet, but at the same time everything is fresh and made from natural products, the assortment is large enough for breakfast. Polite, courteous staff. We visited Minsk from 24 to 26 May 2024. The standard room is spacious, the plumbing is in order, towels were available, the breakfast was decent - that's probably all the advantages. Disadvantages - THERE is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the room! They are available only in luxury rooms. There are also no bathrobes, slippers, and a kettle. The refrigerator didn't work at all. There was always something buzzing in the room from above or from the side - it was unclear where (even the maid noticed - what is it that is buzzing so much?). The light in the hallway of the room was periodically turned on by itself, although it should only be when someone is in the hallway. Since there was no air conditioning, I had to sleep with the window ajar, and the windows overlook the intersection of two large streets, plus both evenings a company of men gathered under the windows at the bus stop, who chatted loudly, sang, drank until late at night (until 3 a.m., to be precise). It was very audible - but the window could not be closed!
In general, if you go to this hotel, take a suite if you want to sleep at night.

It's a terrible hotel!!! I don't advise anyone to come here!!! Boorish staff service, administrators allow themselves to shout at guests, without even trying to explain everything in a calm tone. Thanks to the administrator Alina, she showed by her example what kind of employee you should not be. Dear hotel owners, please remember that the people working at the reception are your face, the face of the hotel. The rooms are terrible, the cleaning was done disgustingly, there was a large bottle of Coca-Cola lying behind the floor conditioner, how could you not notice it?! And the candy wrapper? Does it blend in with the carpet, or is there another reason why it wasn't noticed, I think it's just the laziness of the staff and their indifference to the case.

We needed a hotel in this area, the choice is not great at all and we decided to stay at this Arena hotel. We liked the room, the large panoramic windows overlooked the lake, everything we needed was in the room. We had buffet breakfasts included, we liked it. Quite a decent hotel, the staff is friendly, if necessary, we will stay here again.

I will be delicate and democratic, as a guest of the city;)
LOCATION: near the Moscow Ring Road;
RECEPTION: the receptionist is polite;
ROOM: cost 95 BYN., breakfast is not included;
BED: two single beds shifted into one large one, the mattress is not new, but has no dips, the pillows are small - very comfortable;
TOILET: the repair is fresh, all accessories are available, including a hairdryer, perfect cleanliness;
APPLIANCES: TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, curtains black out;
CONCLUSION: the disadvantages are the lack of sockets next to the bed, I recommend visiting.
