Cons: Disgusting service. Wild queues. The work of all employees and processes in the bank is very slow.
1. To get a pre-ordered card that was in the office, I had to stand in line for 2 hours and argue with the Manager to speed up the process somehow.
Moreover, it was written on the ticket "11 people in front of you", but during these 2 hours 40-50 people were served, and my ticket did not appear on the scoreboard.
The card issuance itself lasted 2 minutes.
2. It is impossible to reach the hotline at the numbers listed on the website. The bank's multi-channel phone immediately resets the call due to employment!
And if you manage to get through and select the desired menu item through the bot, then there is absolutely no guarantee that you will wait for the operator, because after 10 minutes of waiting, the call is simply reset, and then everything is over again.
In total, it took more than an hour to get through to the bank.
It's terrible, just disgusting.
A very bad bank, I do not recommend it! The only good thing is the staff, the rest of the banking system is disgusting! There is no online at all, information is constantly lost, you have to go to the office. I've been calling the hotline for over an hour (they're dropping the tubes). I've never seen anything like this anywhere!!!! Every time something needs to be done in terms of documents, you pray that the bank does not participate in this process.
