I was sitting there for 25 minutes. No other clients before me. Nothing happened, just lazy boring useless bank staff. Will go to other bank

You wait an hour in line when the ticket says "There are 3 people in line" The staff is not busy, you sit waiting for an hour, everyone waiting in front of you has been served. "Very convenient"
