PLEASE PAY ATTENTION BEFORE YOU WANT TO SIGN UP FOR THIS SALON! I was in this salon for a haircut from the ACCORDION master and it was the most disgusting haircut in my life! I asked for the most obvious light ladder and cut off the tip by no more than 5 centimeters, but the master just fooled my hair and I got not a smooth ladder, but some stumps, although I was assured that the master had 10 years of experience! For my constructive criticism of the work I received, I received a barrage of criticism and not a single apology! They were literally kicked out of the salon and found excuses at the expense of the client for their lack of professionalism! I wrote to the owner of this salon, but I was simply ignored and blocked! The hair in this salon was washed once and very hastily, and the balm was applied literally for 10 seconds and immediately washed off, no means to facilitate combing were heard of here… Scissors and combs in very poor condition… The masters behave like market women and attack the client! Also, as for the Bakhyt master, to whom I tried to enroll, I was told that she had gone on vacation, but she quit altogether… I specifically measured the length of the cut hair, which is exactly 2 times more than the requested one. Further, the masters of this salon, who are hair masters, assured me "that it's just hair", "you're not going bald from here", "you didn't burn your hair." How can people who understand the importance of hair for a girl, to whom you come for a good result and mood, say that hair does not grow teeth, and that it is not so important… The administrator observed this result and agreed that the haircut was done poorly, however, after other studio masters began to raise their voices at me and insult me, she abruptly changed her shoes… Instead of a good haircut and mood, I got the time, nerves and money spent on a makeover in another salon… I just want to warn other people who may find themselves in the same situation by deciding to voice their dissatisfaction!
