I really liked the hotel, there is something to compare it with.
The staff is very friendly, friendly and helpful. Junior suite with a magnificent view of the mountains on the fifth floor. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: kettle, dishes, refrigerator, smart TV, hair dryer, lots of towels. A good location, you can walk both to the Old Gagra and to the New One. Wet cleaning is done every day. Breakfast is a fire! There are a lot of delicious things, everyone will find something to fill their belly 😁 thank you for the warm welcome, I wish you good luck and prosperity 😉

We had a rest in August for 24 years, during the rest we lived in a double room and an economy double room. One of the advantages is a convenient location, a pleasant and cozy courtyard, polite and helpful staff, cleaning every day. Unfortunately, that's all. Among the disadvantages is a two-room room with an uncomfortable layout, there is no door in one room and you sleep in the hallway, the room itself is worn out, the mattresses are old, it is impossible to sleep on them!
strange placement of sockets:there is a bedside lamp, but there is no outlet, an electric kettle is there, but there is no outlet, etc ...
There is an unpleasant smell in the rooms
The breakfasts are not tasty, the vegetables are not fresh

A wonderful mini-hotel. Clean, cozy, new rooms. The whole service is thought out. Cleaning, change of linen, towels. There is an ironing board on the floors. The breakfasts are varied. The cook can order lunches and dinners. Everything will be ready in time, delicious and hot. In rainy weather, you can use the umbrellas provided by the hotel. The wifi works well. Many thanks to the staff!!

We really liked this hotel. The rooms are very clean, cleaning, changing towels and serving hygiene products takes place daily. The cafe and restaurant at the hotel are wonderful. A variety of dishes and reasonable price, cleanliness in the hall. The staff at the hotel is attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good, 5 minutes walk from the beach. There are small grocery stores near the hotel. The view from the room is beautiful. The patio is very beautiful and well maintained. We recommend staying at this hotel for a rest.

A great hotel in a quiet corner of Gagra. From the balconies of 4.5 floors there is a magnificent view of the sea. The beach is within walking distance, pebbles. The rooms are clean and quite spacious, daily cleaning, linen change every three days. The staff is attentive, responsive and professional. Separately, the quality of the hotel's cuisine is at a high altitude. The buffet is varied (side dishes of only 4 types at a time), very tasty, includes dishes of Caucasian cuisine (dolma - fire). If breakfast was included in the room rate, then lunch and dinner cost 600 rubles. per person, which is an excellent price / quality ratio + quantity of food. If you don't stop here, I highly recommend that you come in to appreciate the local cuisine.

We lived in a two-room family room (separate building). Each room has an air conditioner (and a working one)), the children had two separate beds, we have a double bed. Linen, towels - everything is new and clean. Room cleaning every day, change of towels as well. There are towels for the beach too. Very tasty and varied food! The girls in the kitchen are always watching, laying out what's over. All the staff is attentive and polite. There is an outdoor kitchen, if you no longer have the strength to eat at the hotel (because it's impossible to stop!) you can cook something in a hurry or warm it up. The courtyard is always quiet, nothing can be heard from the first line either (no smoke from the kebabs in the cafe, no music, no road noise). We had a great rest, thanks for the hospitality!

A wonderful hotel, vacationing at the end of June 2024, very cozy with a homely atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and ready to help in everything. The food is very varied, a full buffet, our rate included only breakfast, but we also went for lunch and dinner, it costs only 600 rubles. The room is clean, comfortable balconies with sea views. The beach is 5 minutes away. The hotel is located in the picturesque old Gagra. They offer many excursions. There is a table tennis table in the courtyard. We definitely recommend it, thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay👏🌹🌹🌹

The hotel is cozy, clean, the staff is friendly, the location is quite good: close to the sea, a good starting point for walking in the direction of old Gagra and new Gagra. Decent breakfasts, no special features, but delicious. I liked the room with panoramic windows and a balcony overlooking the sea. Wishes to the owners of the hotel: the enclosed veranda is very smoky and crowded in the evenings (and these are not guests), vacationers in rainy weather do not have the opportunity to go there and spend time playing board games, although the girls at the reception said that this is available to vacationers.

We rested from 07/18/24 for two weeks. I liked the hotel. Everything that is in the description on the site corresponds to reality. The room is nice, the furniture is new, the bed and mattress are comfortable. Towels are changed every three days, bed linen every five days. Linen and towels are of good quality. Breakfast was included in the price. A varied buffet. Lunch and dinner for 600 rubles are also a buffet, quite varied, two types of the first, several types of side dishes, meat, sometimes fish. Pink, red wine, compote, lemonade. Homemade pastries. Everything is delicious and of high quality. They haven't been poisoned in two weeks. I would like to mention the work of the waiters. Well done! Very friendly and pleasant young guys. In general, the hotel staff is professional in their work, everything is on the level, ready to help and prompt at any time. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the sea. The beach is urban, sun beds are paid under a canopy of 250 rubles. The sea is clear, pebbles. One big minus is the sewage system, which frankly drains into the sea through the entire beach (a fairly large stream) . So no one will be able to avoid rotovirus. Food and water have nothing to do with it, we tried it in different cafes, everything is fine. Conclusion: we definitely recommend the hotel! There is definitely no sea and beach, until the issue with drains is resolved (they say this did not happen before).

We have been staying at this hotel since October 30, 2024. I really liked everything! Friendly staff, beautiful clean rooms (cleaning daily, bed was changed after 3 days, towels daily), and what a kitchen here!!! Cook Oksana cooks not only very tasty, but also makes it look great! The sea is 3 minutes away. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to both new and old Gagra. We dream of coming here again with friends.

I had a rest at Arda from February 16-23. I liked everything very much! Comfortable, clean and cozy rooms. Daily cleaning service. Polite, smiling administrators. They will help, tell you, book a tour or a taxi.

A very small refrigerator, you can't even put a bottle of water, everything that can be put in the door flies out at the first opening. The reception staff is not friendly, but the maid girls are very good, they just have a fat plus. An additional place for an adult is a cot, from which the slats flew out every now and then. The air conditioner is right above the bed, if you redirect the air away from yourself, then a person freezes in an additional place, so I caught a cold, without an air conditioner, of course, it is not possible to be very hot. Monotonous breakfasts are also cons. Otherwise, everything is fine. The rooms are clean, everything is neat, the location to the beach and to the bus stop is perfect. There are two small shops nearby, though with a very poor assortment and overpriced prices))

A great place to relax! Thanks to the owners and staff for what they do for vacationers! Clean cozy hotel, clean room, not a speck of dust. Towels are cleaned and changed regularly.
The breakfasts are delicious and varied. And the kharcho soup from chef Inga is a delight! It's the tastiest I've ever tasted!

A good hotel. Clean rooms, daily cleaning. Friendly and courteous staff. All requests are fulfilled almost instantly. There is a dining room on the ground floor. They cook delicious. The hotel is well located. It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to the sea almost in a straight line. Cafes and shops are within walking distance.

A decent enough restaurant on the ground floor. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can safely take excursions at the reception. The price-quality ratio is optimal! The Arda Hotel is located behind the highway and behind the railway. The view from certain rooms is not very good....for sheds and rental houses... The sea is 15 minutes away at a calm pace...but where you go out, there is no way to swim, the sewer is flowing from an overflowing well....I had to drive towards the colonnade....
The hotel itself provides a buffet, a variety of dishes. There is a cooler, an ironing board. The rooms have a kettle, stemware, cups.

The rooms are super, the restaurant service is top class with room service. Everything is delicious. The location is excellent, the sea is nearby. But the buffet breakfasts were meager for 3. You can't go hungry, but everything is not tasty, instant coffee. There is delicious coffee, but for an additional fee. There is no fruit for breakfast. The pastries, the pancakes are terrible. It would be better to raise the price and add a menu.

I don 't understand where such delight comes from , apparently people left the village . The room is cold, the air conditioner does not work for heat, the floor is sticky as if it had not been washed for a month, the balcony does not lock even though the key is inserted , because of this it is even colder, blowing from the door. The mattress is hard, the pillows become just flat after 3 minutes. The shower doors don 't close , the wheels are broken , everything naturally pours onto the toilet floor . There is a hair dryer in the shower, but there is nowhere to insert it, one outlet by the bed, one under the TV. The TV remote is rewound with tape , the batteries are dead so that when you press the buttons you need to press with great effort . There are no slippers . There is a lamp on each side of the bed at the head , but you turn on only one, we remember about the sockets, then why 2 lamps is unclear . Flies fly out of the sink , there are a lot of bedbugs in the room , where would they come from if the balcony is closed is unclear . We will never, and for 3,300 a day , for which we ask , we will not come , and we will tell all our friends to go around this place a kilometer away .

We had a rest at the end of July 23. The hotel is cozy, the rooms are comfortable with all amenities, the standard room has a balcony with sea views, air conditioning, hairdryer. We took breakfast, the food was so-so, every day about the same thing: dumplings, scrambled eggs, two tasteless porridges, sausages made of toilet paper, cheap cuts of sausage and cheese, Krasnodar tea bags, and the cheapest instant coffee... you can take lunch and dinner buffet - both cost 500 rubles per nose, we went once, lunch is normal, 2-3 types of hot, 2 types of soup, salad cucumbers tomatoes, stewed vegetables, compote and fruits 150 meters from the sea, provide a guarded parking lot for cars, you can keep a small one in the room an animal. Yes, by the way, the hotel has 5 floors, but there is no elevator, the steps are high, it is very difficult for the elderly to walk to the 4th-5th floor....

There is a cozy courtyard where you can sit and even cook a meal. The room has everything you need. Clean linen, Towel for face and body. The first time was in November 2023: There were 5 days. Nutrition is below average. We lived across the street from the main building in a courtyard with 5 family rooms. At first it scares, then, on the contrary, there are some advantages. The room has 2 rooms. Daily cleaning, good. The owner is rooting for his establishment with all his heart. He listens to tourists as much as possible. I wish him prosperity! The cleaning girl, who lives on the territory of the family rooms, is always with a dissatisfied face. It's like we're living on her personal territory for free and infuriating her with our presence. You need to solve something with nutrition, remove everything low-grade. Maybe less, but better.
The second time is March 2024 for 3 days: nutrition by 5 points, Improved significantly! Lots, tasty, fresh!We lived in the same room)) everything is as clean, good, and the cleaning is of high quality. But the common kitchen area is sad-everything is covered in dust, dirt and desolation. They asked to clean up - they cleaned up a little, but of course it's far from an ideal general cleaning. It will probably be cleaner in the summer.On occasion, we will also stay at this hotel with pleasure.

We had a rest in April-May at the Arda hotel. The hotel has a good location, near the sea, a cafe and a shop. Everything is comfortable in the room, we are used to everything, the view of the mountains is wonderful - a beautiful morning is provided!
There is a daily wet cleaning in the room, the towel was changed for us on request, bed linen according to the schedule, if I'm not mistaken, once a week. In general, I would like to say a huge thank you to the girls (Irina and Angie), who are always friendly, very sociable and respond to any request and thanks to them our vacation has become even better.

A pleasant hotel. Attentive and friendly staff. You can take full board - we had breakfast included, but in the end we always had lunch here. It's a bit of a shame that there is one fare for children and adults, but the variety of dishes and their quality are worth it. There are quite a lot of options where to reap and they are not far away, we liked the place under the sign of the Ritz - I recommend it. For car travelers, the hotel has its own parking areas and is very close. A car rental service and guided tours are available. It is better to order a taxi at the reception - it turns out cheaper through them - apparently the discount is "brotherly"))) About the sea: it's not far away and it's clean, the beach is free and it's 23 years old. From the embankment to the hotel we go up the hill, but not uphill and not steep - this is important, we go through the eucalyptus grove in the shade. Gagripsh station is nearby - it looks like an abandoned building, but it is operational - in the summer of 23, the swallow next from Garga to Sochi airport and back stopped here. We went back on it - I recommend it. Among the disadvantages: we rented two rooms on the 5th floor - the audibility is excellent, maybe because of the attic and on other floors in a different way.

Excellent location for both summer and other seasons of the year. We've been here three times. Nearby there is a shop, a beach, several cafes open all year round. At the same time, a little away from the road (which locals sometimes like to drive along). The owner is well done, constantly monitors the service of his establishment. As it turned out, a great place in Gagra!
We chose this hotel based on reviews on booking and here in Yandex, and we were not mistaken!
The room is bright and, importantly, clean, cleaned regularly!
We arrived at the hotel before the official check-in time, the room was quickly cleaned and after 15 minutes we were already checked in. There were no problems with extending the room for another day either.
Separately, about the room - we lived in a room on the 5th floor , the view is just a fairy tale - both the mountains and the sea at once, plus paragliders, you go out on the balcony and an incredible view opens in front of you . Everything is standard in the room - TV, refrigerator, large bed and good air conditioning. I repeat, the room is bright, cozy, there is no foreign smell. Since there is a cafe downstairs, sometimes in the evening you can hear music from there, but if you close the balcony there will be silence, if not, the music is turned off at exactly 24:00.
If we talk separately about the service and staff of the hotel - everything is gorgeous, which is very rare in Abkhazia!!! They asked to additionally bring a sheet, change a towel, everything is done immediately and from the first time. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, some common areas- corridors, stairs are cleaned regularly, and it was nice to watch with what trepidation the girls adjust the flowers on the shelves or paintings.
I will say separately about the beach: despite the fact that the hotel does not have its own beach, there is a great beach in 5 minutes, located right behind the monument "soldier", sun loungers plus an umbrella and Wi-Fi - 600 rubles for the whole day. There is a shop on the way to the beach, yes, there are queues in the season, but everything is fresh and there is a choice from toothpastes to delicious buns
I recommend the Brioche coffee shop separately, located just above the specified beach
Therefore, if you are considering this holiday hotel, choose and you will not make a mistake!
