Closer to the end of the terms of the contract for the installation of the bathhouse, only the foundation was made. Then there were extensions of the terms of the contract repeatedly, endless promises of the head with a letter of guarantee. At the exit, only the flooded foundation remained. As a result, I had to try to resolve the issue of the refund of the prepayment minus the installed foundation through the court. As a result, 2 years have passed, the money has not yet been returned, the organization that appeared in the installation contract filed for bankruptcy. But the most important thing is that this brand is a bathhouse.bel continues to work, but under a different name of the organization.

By the way, they are not the only ones with whom this citizen has done such a trick. In short, people, don't mess around. Let the prosecutor's office and the investigative committee sort it out.
