A great hotel, but not cheap, like everything else now. Food for slaughter, 12 types of meat, fresh fruits. Who is losing weight - do not drive, the baking is just bombastic. It is very clean, as there are many Europeans. A great friendly atmosphere, the situation in the world is not affected by everyone, to the Russians either evenly or positively. Very cool animation. Of the features - right up to the fig of small children. Constant screeching or crying) We already have an adult child, so it was stressful in places. As it is, everything is very, very decent. By the way, there is a reef and fish nearby. It's super fun to swim with a mask. Internet is free throughout the territory, fishing on the beach. Go swimming to the left, there is clear water.

We were on May holidays, the price was very favorable. The hotel is not bad, there are many advantages:
- Excellent drinks, alco/non-alcoholic, make smoothies, coffee, etc.
- Good rooms, Russians are settled mainly on the ground floor, at least everyone who was at the meeting with the guide, 20 people, was settled on the 1st floor. We were upset at first, but overall our room was nice, with a balcony, and overlooked a quiet lawn.

Of the cons, as already noted, the animation is so-so, but we went to darts. However, the main disadvantage of this hotel is the food! It was unexpected in a hotel where everything else is at a very high level to get such a lame meal. There is no grill at all (they say it used to be, but it was removed because the smell went to the type rooms). Even when seafood is given, it is impossible to eat them — it is overcooked, the squid is uncleaned, one is over-salted, the other is not salted at all. There are cafes on the beach and by the pool, you can have lunch, but only on the menu. At first we thought it didn't matter, but no, it's important! The waiters take the order, forget half of it, bring vegetable salad instead of fruit, they don't really understand English and even more so in Russian, one did not understand the word "ketchup". It feels like they are saving money. In a flatbread with meat, 90% of the flatbread and meat can be found in places. They pour so much oil into the salad that it turns out to be some kind of oily soup. In general, for whom food is not particularly important, this vacation will not spoil, because something can always be found. But objectively, even in budget 5* Alanya they feed better

We had a rest in early October 2024 . I really liked it. Clean, cozy. The staff is polite and helpful. The cuisine is excellent, there is a lot of everything, the beach bars are wonderful. Smoothies and fresh fruits are delicious. I liked the SPA. A wonderful friendly team, attentive and friendly. Special thanks to all of them! The Italian restaurant was pleasantly surprised. The food is original. !! The days passed quickly. If it works out, I would like to relax in this hotel again!

Wishes of the Directorate:
1. Make bonuses for regular guests, as they are in other hotels.
2. Previously, on the beach, sand was cleaned with a rake every day and paths were watered, tables and sun beds were washed.
This is not the case now. The sand is simply leveled by the load, leaving debris and cigarette butts. Tables and sun beds had to be cleaned themselves.
3. Make a dress code for the restaurant for lunch and dinner.
It was not pleasant when people come to lunch in wet swimsuits right from the beach. And they go to dinner in shorts, a T-shirt and slates, as if they were just from the beach.
I want the hotel to keep its brand at the proper level.
4. Develop clear requirements for the prohibition of taking food out of the restaurant. Every day I saw Europeans coming out with full plates of food.
But they didn't let me out, they forced me to throw away half a banana and half a bun wrapped in a napkin, which I wanted to finish in a street cafe.
5. The guest reception girl this year for the first time was not friendly, not smiling, she had no desire to help and take care of the guests.

Your impression of the hotel will depend solely on your personal quality standards.
The beach is wide, sandy, pebbles by the water, there are enough sun loungers at any time. The deck chairs are a little tired, often beaten by bird excrement. Entering the sea is difficult: you walk on the sand, you start to enter the water and fall into the pebbles above the ankle (you can get injured), it is also very difficult to get out. There are boulders in the water. There is a pier, but the number of sun loungers there is limited, and you don't particularly run from the beach.
The rooms are generally normal, but there is a glass wall with blinds between the room and the bathroom, if someone goes to the toilet at night, then the light is on for the whole room. The mini bar is replenished daily: beer, local soda, water.
The Internet works poorly everywhere! More or less at the reception
Room cleaning is disgusting! Before my eyes, the cleaner put the indoor trash can on the table, took out a bag of garbage and put it next to the table(!), then changed the bag and returned it to the floor. Then towels will not be reported, then toilet paper will not be considered necessary to replenish at all, toilet accessories (gel, champ) also do not bother to replenish. The cleaners don't speak a word at all and don't understand English, as do the average hotel staff. Tips also do not change the situation with the quality of cleaning in any way.
The restaurant seems to have a lot of food, but there is nothing to eat and it is not tasty! 90% of the meat is always spicy or over-salted, the fish is average, there is no seafood as such, cherry tomatoes in the salad area are not washed with earthy stains, there are a lot of desserts, but it is not the same to eat sugar.
Alcoholic cocktails are not as tasty as possible, juices are powdered of the "jupi" type. An imitation of freshly squeezed orange juice is served for breakfast.
The evening program is very cheap and frankly incompetent invited groups: dancing is a pathetic attempt, far from the originals, more like performances of school amateur performances. Singers do not know the words of the performed repertoire well, it can be seen with the naked eye that the hotel saves on everything that is possible.
Territory: large, deserted bare lawns, nowhere to walk.
The contingent of vacationers is traditional - Germans 40%, Ukrainians 30%, Poles, Turks, Russians. For some reason, it's normal for people to walk around the reception in swimsuits, come to the restaurant in the evening in beach shorts and often behave with a touch of redneckness.
In general, in general, the impression of the hotel is economy class or very basic-medium. 5 stars, apparently, were received for the water park (they were not, I can't say anything about it). The main complaint about the hotel is the neglect, general fatigue of the infrastructure and Turkish indifference.

The rooms overlook the sea and overlook the amphitheater with a bar, where it can be noisy until 23:00. The wing on the left is adjacent to the municipal beach, where locals come in the evening to swim and relax with noisy music, they are dispersed by the police at 11-11:30 pm.
We were not bothered by the evening activities of either the hotel or the beach. The guide warned that you need to keep an eye on the phones on the beach, because locals come from the beach (but the security is trying, I did not observe outsiders)
There is a water park in front of the hotel from the entrance, slides unfortunately for ages 8-10+, only a playground with splash pads is small.
There is also a restaurant/bar: ice cream balls, fast food menu. The service is based on the principle of villages- ordered from the menu.According to the same principle, a snack at the beach bar, where you can additionally take a burger / hot dog through the queue. There is also a children's club, which is open from 10:00 to 20:30, a program from 10 to 12 and from 15 to 17 (aqua makeup, treasure hunt, bracelet weaving, origami) at other times, children just draw and play with 1-2 animators.
I was very impressed with the nutrition - upon check-in, an allergy sheet is filled out, a sheet is issued that can be presented at the restaurant and allergen-free products will be indicated. I was pleased with the understanding of the gluten-free menu, the cooking features. They made gluten-free pancakes for us, and gluten-free pizza is made in the restaurant at the water park. The menu contains a map of allergens, any one can be excluded.
As usual, I eat a lot of spicy, fried food, and the children's restaurant is very lean on the contrary.There is always chicken, lamb, veal, fish in various versions, pasta, rice, potatoes, stewed vegetables. Lots of delicious desserts, seasonal fruits

Nice hotel. Everything is very tasty. The sea was warm at the moment when we arrived. We were there from 9.06 to 06/19/2024. Evening animations did not let you get bored. There is a place to walk on the territory of the hotel. The days were touched by finding cats, they are straight milahs and many of them were sold. They offered to go to the shopping center where there are furs, leather and bags. Transportation is free there and back. The car arrives at the right time for you and also went to the jewelry store, there are many Turkish products there, their natural stone sultanite is famous, there are also various replicas of famous brands like van Cleef, Cartier, Bulgari, etc.
We took an excursion to the Green Canyon, if you want to visually enjoy the beauty of the rocks and the reservoir, then you go there. We had a rest in July together with a child (12 years old). A very decent hotel with a pleasant and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms (we paid extra for a room with a sea view and checked into it as soon as we arrived at the hotel - at 8 o'clock. in the morning), delicious, varied food (in the main restaurant), a large territory, a nice beach with a gentle entrance to the sea, a convenient pier, two swimming pools (on both sides of the hotel), there is a mini-water park with slides.
I liked that despite the full workload of the hotel, it was always possible to find free sun beds (especially by the sea): it is customary for foreigners to hang out and take places by the pool, but there are no crowds on the sea / beach :)
There are a lot of Germans in the hotel, there are also Englishmen (and other English speakers); there are also enough of our compatriots.
There are not many animations, and not a few - just right: half an hour for children after dinner, an evening program for adults, aqua aerobics, etc. 2 or 3 times during the day. By 23 o'clock. all this is completely completed, no noise is heard (our room overlooked the pool, the sea and the restaurant).
It should be borne in mind that slides and a mini-water park for children do not work all day, but from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16 hours. My child appreciated the slides: for a teenager, it's what you need! The sun beds are located not only around the pools, but also on the grass, in the shade of trees, which is very convenient (you can hide from the sun). In general, the sun is very active, so you have to be careful.
The hotel has a shop with everything you need: beach accessories, clothing/cosmetics/hygiene items, and souvenirs. True, the clothes there are very conditionally branded (despite the design and sewn labels), but you can buy everything that you forgot or did not think to take with you :)
Of the disadvantages that you noticed: it is very stuffy in the corridors, there are no irons in the rooms or on the floors, in the main restaurant in prime time Russian Russian was sometimes difficult to find a free and clean table, when communicating in Russian, some waiters could address (to an adult) as "you"; at the same time, we ourselves did not even try to communicate with them in Russian, using (according to the situation) either English or German; in a restaurant near the beach, the waiter I didn't know (at all) English, which is strange for a hotel of this level... lifeguards on the beach and at the pools work until 17 o'clock, which is also somehow strange…
When swimming in the sea, you need to be careful, since the depth varies, and there are large stones at the bottom that are not always clearly visible.
Despite these shortcomings, we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel, we spent our time productively: for 6 days and a half (there were 6 nights) we also managed to go on 2 excursions: to the green canyon and to the sightseeing bus-boat along Manavgat / Side. We also liked the excursions: the only thing the guide did not warn us about is that both of these excursions include a visit to the olvkov "museum" (in fact, a shop with butter, wine, tea, lukum, etc.), which eats up almost an hour of time from each excursion!
Everything else was great! I can safely recommend this hotel to anyone who has not yet decided on a place to stay.

We searched for hotels according to the following criteria: first line, spacious territory, pier with sun beds, fresh renovation, good food reviews. We chose this hotel and did not regret it. Clean, the rooms are spacious and modern, the territory is pleasant, the animation is not intrusive, the pier is large and with a bar, there is an aqua park area with its own cafe. I was particularly pleased with the food, very tasty desserts, and good alcohol. Ten days flew by unnoticed, we were very satisfied.

Hello everyone I must say right away - the hotel is not cheap. The price/quality ratio is not met. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms, the grounds, the restaurants - everything is fine. Any La Carte turns out to be a very pleasant evening. but!!! There are two BUT. They are absolutely unacceptable to me. first. Animation. She just doesn't exist. Our family are lovers of outdoor activities. But this is the first hotel in the history of travel (and we travel at least three times a year), where animators, as they say, "you can't find a day with fire." The volleyball situation is a disaster. There were never any players, because no one was going to organize them. We had to go to a nearby hotel. After conversations with guest relation, volleyball somehow began to gather, but another problem arose. The staff, namely Esen, decided that he was a guest and constantly stuck on the court as a player. At the same time, he could have kicked me or my son off the site, or simply not notice that the hotel GUESTS, who actually paid for everything, were standing and waiting for his majesty Esen to play enough. I want to say that the animator should understand that he is just a STAFF, and, accordingly, the hotel needs to pay attention to this. For all my attempts to prove to this animator that I have more rights to be on the set than he does, he just told me "Who are you?". That's such a CHEEKY GUY. When contacting the animation director, he just smiles and says that everything is fine, but at the same time does not change the situation. In place of the top management of the hotel, for me, too, as a manager, one such precedent of total disrespect for the guest, for the client, would be enough to take appropriate steps both in relation to Esen and in relation to the animation director. In general, the disrespect is total. It would be great for Esen to understand that he is just a maintenance person. NO ONE else. second. The situation with the service in the bars and the main restaurant. The bar will always fulfill your order only after serving the German, even if you are standing in front of him. It's like Vysotsky's "we were the first in line, and those who are after us are already eating." And in the main restaurant - we always had dinner on the terrace - there were 4 tables on the left along the handrail. So, I don't remember the waiter's name, but he's so full. So this waiter, God, how he licks one place, to everyone except the Russians. He will approach 28 times, greet all imported children, pour wine into a glass 28 times. When I asked for more wine, he told me, "I don't serve your table at all." Another BOOR. In general, as I understand it, it is fashionable to recruit boors at the hotel. Naturally, we will not return to this hotel anymore. I want to thank the guest relation guys, it seems to me that these are the only people in the hotel who sincerely support their work and the hotel with their soul. but! at the same time, it should be said that what is the point of being interested in whether the client is satisfied or not, if what he is not satisfied with will not change anyway.

We rested in Arkanus in the period from 14.10.2023 to 28.10.2023. The hotel is beautiful. A large territory, a large pier, there are always free deck chairs, the entrance to the sea is gradual, the bottom is sandy, sometimes there are stones, but this is already at depth. There are always fish around the stones. There is food everywhere and always. The hotel is aimed at Germans, but everyone is treated equally well. The Germans are cool, they played boccia with them, upon arrival I began to study German :)))) there is always food around the clock, no one will stay hungry for sure. The staff is super friendly and polite. They took Russian sweets with them, distributed them to their "favorite" employees. Rested from the heart. Unlike Side and Kumkoi, it is free here, hotels do not stand close to each other. Opposite the hotel is the Pine National Park. Alcohol is not local, there are many good brands. For lunch, I advise you to go not to a restaurant, but to a beach bar, there is a wonderful kebab (especially eskander) :)
I will tell you a little about the disadvantages. There is a free access to the beach on the side of the hotel, locals hang out there. From Fri to Sun, they turn on loud music. This can be a problem for someone who does not sleep well under loud slotting. Also, I will attribute a la carte restaurants to the disadvantages. We had two free visits for 14 days, the choice was from Mexican, Far Eastern, Turkish and Italian. We chose Far Eastern and Italian. Both did not like the food. Everything else was fine, I put a solid five.

Great hotel! Beautiful sea and pier, gorgeous green area, high-quality food, friendly and diligent staff, the view from the room to the sea is beyond praise. Everything on the territory is relatively nearby. The hotel is conveniently located in a fairly quiet location. There are two cities nearby - modern Manavgat and ancient Side. There are various entertainment programs every evening. There is a water park with 5 slides on the territory, all of them are good.
But there are also small disadvantages, more on this below in order:
- The sound insulation in the room seems to be present, but there were conversations and a TV in the neighboring rooms;
- There was a missing watering can holder in the shower;
- Occasionally, an unpleasant smell appeared in the shower;
- Occasionally there was an unpleasant sound on the control panel of the air conditioner;
- The main restaurant looks a bit "tired", although it was recently updated;
- Poorly washed appliances and dishes in the main restaurant in some places;
- I would like more variety in the food in the main restaurant;
- There are a lot of cats on the territory, it's very cute. But they do their natural needs right on the beach in the sand, and it's not really cute anymore :(

2-3 people speak Russian from the staff, one comes by 9.00 and the other by 16.00. Rooms: two-three-storey medium-sized cottages? the bathroom is small, a shower, a hygiene kit, the bar is filled only once, there is no alcohol, a liter of cola fanta sprite minvoda, the entrance door has zero sound insulation ?if you want silence, take it away from the party tracks, a mini balcony, two armchairs and that's it, cleaning every day, a steep climb to the 2nd floor, a big minus of housing in nature insects mosquitoes ants is not critical. The territory is green, occupied by cottages. The staff is tired of the smiling season at least. There is a lot of food, so the repetitions are not very noticeable. They can't cook soups. Fish and chicken steaks are over-dried. I gave away 250 rubles. for one 12 days, expensive for a hotel of this level. The drive from the airport to the hotel is about an hour, with stars. The minibus is full, from Pegasus tourist.

A great hotel for a family holiday.
1. The service is pleasant and relaxed. The rooms are cleaned every day and very high quality. The staff is friendly.
2. The rooms are fresh, everything is clean, the renovation is decent. The sound insulation is present, not perfect, but quite good.
3. The territory is closed, there are many locations for sports, several pools, water slides. Lots of greenery. The hotel is not isolated, but in a secluded place.
4. The food is delicious and varied. Different cuisines, lots of fruits and vegetables.
5. The city is 10 minutes away by bus. Antalya is 50 minutes away by car.

Great hotel. It has a large territory. Rooms in the main building and in the bungalows. We lived in a bungalow at the back of the hotel. We are very happy about this, because we had the opportunity to walk more after meals and be more secluded from the noise of the main administrative building. The food is excellent, the weekend menu and the decoration of the restaurant are festive, with seafood. Concerts, shows, free Wi-Fi... The child got sick- the doctor, but for the money. There is a mini zoo, a hammam, a gym, and there are turtles on the territory. There are many free bars, cafes and it's just very beautiful! Cleaning is frequent, children's areas. There are many pools of various sizes and photo zones.

As it turned out, the normal behavior of the waiters here is to nod or say "OK" to the request and disappear forever. In the evening, during rush hour around 18:30-19:00, there are no free seats, you can only find a dirty table without appliances. The way out turned out to be simple, they cleaned the table themselves (hello to the hotel with 5 stars), cleaned everything on the next dirty table or directly to the waiters in the nook - (the fact that you yourself cleaned none of the waiters did not bother :) To catch someone to bring wine or beer - also caused difficulty, they stupidly do not fit, with wine and water, the issue was solved simply - you approach any nook and pour yourself as much as you need. It didn't work out that way with beer: (here I had to go straight up / catch the hand / stop the waiter to ask him to bring beer to this table.
The restaurant itself does not indulge in delicacies, but you will not stay hungry either, there is no normal grill among the minuses, they just fry fish or one type of meat (turkey, chicken, liver) in a large frying pan.
But there are different types of stewed meat in a pot, goulash or honeycomb - everything is fine here, soft and juicy, spices and spiciness are moderate.
The baking is good, but it burns in places.
It is also worth noting the sea view from the restaurant is a big plus, since the entire large veranda overlooks the sea.

Of course, I was surprised that instead of one double bed there were 2 standing side by side, the administrator was told that it would still be necessary to make one big bed - they offered to make it the "toper - mattress pad" as a whole satisfied the result - it was comfortable to sleep, it leveled the gap between the beds.
Room cleaning without complaints, every day, time floated but usually up to 14 in time.

We found two mega discos set up in a clearing near the sea. Children are shown cartoons on the big screen. The food is delicious, the menu is always varied, sometimes you can run into too spicy, but this is 10 percent of the entire menu, you will not stay hungry. I advise you to choose an Italian ala carte restaurant, I did not like the Asian one very much. Champagne is also bottled free of charge upon your request, but white/red wine is usually offered. People with allergies to cat hair will most likely not be very comfortable, because there are enough cats in the hotel, but they only touched me, the animals are well-groomed. The rooms are clean, renovated, the only pillows for me are overstuffed, I asked the maids to help, the girl cut open without any questions, took out an extra sintepon, and I no longer suffered, they are cleaned every day, the minibar is replenished every day (water, carbonated drinks, beer), bed linen is changed every 3 days, once Towels are provided in 2 days. Let's start with the rooms, the rooms are new, everything is clean, the room had shampoos, hair conditioner, soap, washcloths, a miniature sewing kit, towels, hair dryer, mini bar (water with gas, without gas and juice) There is coffee and tea on the table. Large swimming pool, water park for children. Mini pool with fungus for kids. Behind the second building there was another slightly smaller pool, called relax. There are a lot of sun beds, there were always enough. There was a bar by the pool, the bartenders smile, pour everything on time, the waiters take orders, return quickly. There was a chill restaurant next to the pool, it was mostly fast food - pizza pasta burgers fries Fish and chips. I was working at the time. I didn't like him very much. There was everything from the food, a lot of spicy stuff. One day there were rolls, but these are not the ones we have. It's not tasty. Seafood was but like canned mussels and squid, octopus, peeled shrimp, not enough and all in some salads with herbs mixed in. There was red fish for breakfast, which is a plus. The fruits were the same as in Russia - apples bananas oranges watermelon, then by the end of the week they cut grapefruit and green melon. The guide said that in May it is strawberry season in Turkey, but we saw very little of it only on cakes. Turkish sweets, cakes, meat, fish, vegetables are all delicious. At half past 5 p.m. there were chocolate waffles with different toppings. In general, you could eat all day without stopping, both at the hotel and on the beach. On the beach, the restaurant is the same as in the hotel near the bar, fast food and fresh vegetables, various sauces, drinks, beer. There were tortillas with cheese and meat, it was not possible to try it, my grandmother fried it only on the beach and there was a queue for it every day. The sea is clean and salty, the beach is wonderful, it is very comfortable for children. In the evening, from 21:00, a half-hour performance for children by a children's animator began, then the show began. Every day is different- acrobats from Mongolia, dancers from Brazil and much more, contests. At 23:00 everything was quiet, there were no discos. There are a lot of German pensioners in the hotel, there were not so many families with children. There are a lot of smokers, there were smoking and non-smoking areas in the dining room on the terrace. We didn't see it right away, the first day we sat with the children and didn't understand why they were all smoking and couldn't breathe. We went to the Turkish restaurant Ala kart, there was also Italian and some other kind. But they are from 7 nights. We had 6 nights, but the manager arranged for our families to at least go to a Turkish restaurant for a review on the hotel website. Everything was very tasty and spicy, at the end they brought dessert, it didn't fit us, but the waiter insisted and we agreed for good reason, it was very tasty - baklava with pistachios and ice cream. The guide told us about the excursions, but since we arrived in Turkey for the first time, it was enough for us to relax, sunbathe, swim and eat delicious food, and then there were not enough days, even a couple of days to lie around the sailor. Excursions start at $ 65 per person, I think it's quite a lot for the whole family. But if you did not take so many dollars, this amount will simply be included in your bill and you can pay to Sberbank online or pay in Russia upon arrival.
We also took a minibus to Side old town, looked at the ruins of the 2nd century for free, went shopping, bought ourselves all sorts of little things. They accept lira, euros, dollars. Also, a shuttle took us to the sea and picked us up, that is, a minibus, it was possible to walk from the sea, there was a free mini zoo on foot along a straight path. In general, we really liked the hotel, the service and the food, but next time I certainly want to see something new. Side is not such a big village near Antalya. That we drove well from the airport for about 50 minutes. Our flight was at 10 pm and at 12 we checked out of the room and until 6 pm we could fully use everything. We were picked up at 6, while we arrived, while we checked in at the airport - everything was on time without hitches. Azur Air was flying back and forth. We flew from Kazan, for four trips we went to 212 thousand rubles, the company Anex tour. Everything is very organized, transfer. Although we were with children of 7 and 9 years old, we did not have enough discos. There is very little from 9 to 11 pm, and there is also a show. Russian Russian was understood by some, there was a Russian woman at the reception, the rest do not understand, someone speaks English, some waiters cleaners only in Turkish.
