I would like to express my special gratitude to real estate agents Svetlana and Parviz.
Svetlana has been consulting me remotely since the issue of choosing an apartment in Turkey arose. Further, she supervised in detail the process of its acquisition (conclusion of a contract, installment payment, assistance in transferring funds, etc.); informed about the process and timing of paperwork for the apartment. I was constantly in touch, sent photo and video reports, and answered my questions constructively.
And by the time I arrived in Turkey from Russia, Parviz had taken over the housing issue procedure. Starting with the search for an apartment for rent for temporary residence and continuing with the entire process of paperwork, banking, notarial and other matters to complete the procedure for acquiring an apartment into ownership. We bought an apartment in October 2022, contacted several agencies at once and we really liked the options that were offered in Arbat, very attentive manager Oksana, took into account all our wishes and we bought 2 in Lavinia. 2 months later we came to make out a tapa, everything was done in 2 days, they drove us everywhere, they led us by the handle, everything They explained it. If we had done it ourselves, it would have taken much more time, since in a foreign country without knowledge of the language it would be difficult to do paperwork. You can always write to the manager and find out the progress of construction or have any questions about the apartment. This year the house will be handed over, we are really waiting))

I bought an apartment in Mersin from Arbat in 2022 with installments. Oksana Gololobova's manager. At all stages of the transaction, before and after signing, I was picked up from the apartment by an Arbat employee and taken to the office/notary, etc. After consulting on the choice of real estate, I was helped with the registration of a power of attorney, money transfer, and Oksana fully took over the receipt of tapu. I was accompanied all the time before and after signing the contract, and I am still being accompanied. I can contact my manager, literally, on any issue. Oksana took off photos of the complex during construction to observe the stages of construction, went to meet me when I could not make the payment under the contract on time and tried to solve any problems I had in the process. I have not yet met the most high-quality service when buying real estate. Of course, I can honestly recommend the Arbat company and, specifically, the manager Oksana.

We rented apartments through the owner on a daily basis, the manager from Arbat Homes immediately contacted us, told us everything, only when the manager was changed, we were not informed, but since I try to keep in touch, I quickly found out about it. Hakan helped us with the transfer, told us everything, we liked the apartments themselves, we will be happy to come again.
