The most beautiful atmospheric place in the old town of Ust-Kamenogorsk, I have always loved these two-storey three-storey houses, there are fountains in summer and beautiful benches, lanterns, cozy cafes and beautiful garlands of lighting in the evening

To be honest, you can even call it an Arbat. A small corner of the street. There's Nothing there. It's not cozy, there's some kind of cafe there, look at the assortment and prices, and most importantly, the quality. There is no choice, but the Prices... Sky- high

Great place! Sincere service, excellent cocktails (special respect to the bartender!!), good cuisine, beautiful interior. It is located in the very center, on a pedestrian street.
