On February 23rd, the waiter brought the menu in A2 format.The composition of the dishes on the menu is not written, I had to check with the waiter.We ordered a salad with chicken/supposedly, "Caesar", so it wasn't even seasoned with sauce.And the funniest thing was that at 19:30 there was no cognac available in the restaurant.The waiter said that they had already sold out.And a friend's security checked the contents of the package she came with.The food quality is 3 points higher.The service is also on 3. We decided that we would not go any more and would not advise others.

Arbat is a wonderful restaurant, a place where you want to return. Family celebrations were repeatedly celebrated in Arbat, and memorial events were also held.
Excellent cuisine, friendly staff, interior, harmonious friendly atmosphere. Everything is conducive to a pleasant pastime. Many thanks to the administrator Vera for her professionalism in organizing the banquet.
We have repeatedly ordered takeaway sets for organizing family celebrations, snacks are constantly the freshest, tastiest.

I haven't been there for 15 years, the interior has changed a little, but the service leaves much to be desired. We went in just to dance, at the entrance the administrator warned that there were few people and at 2.00 we had to leave. We agreed, there are 2 hours ahead and we can dance. Result:2 dances, the music turned off, the lights turned on - fenita la comedia! When asked what was the matter, the answer was that we changed our minds and decided to leave early. Plus, the evil aunt, the plump blonde waitress, behaved inappropriately.
In general, the impression of the institution was spoiled. We probably won't be there for another 15 years)))
Maybe if you order a banquet, everything will be different somehow.....

We celebrated the anniversary, we liked everything very much. Delicious cuisine, wonderful serving of dishes. The only drawback is the long service, but there were a lot of people, all the tables were occupied. Maybe you just need more waiters for the weekend. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very cozy. The disco is just space, the DJ picks up very good music.

The worst place in Minsk, and possibly in general. I don't want to describe the disgusting service, it's a long time. The only small plus was that the salads were delicious, I don't know what was hotter... they forgot to bring it to us, and the kitchen was already closed, but we were not alone, they did not bring something to people at the next table either, after waiting for hours (they were very violently indignant). My favorite place since 2015! Excellent cuisine, craft beer in a jug (especially unfiltered), pleasant atmosphere, inconspicuous waiters, great music! Everything is great! A special place is occupied by a local photographer! He walks on the edge, like a gypsy, but from a good point of view. He makes good photos and magnets (the collection has already been collected and a tradition has developed). Overall, a very pleasant and warm atmosphere! I recommend it!

The order was carried for a very long time, although there were not so many tables. There were a couple of banquets, but by the time we arrived, there was already food and drinks on the tables.
There are only two waiters for two halls. A couple of times I went to the bar myself to get a beer.
Friends ordered Caesar salad. I can't call him that, usually caesar is a lot of lettuce leaves and sauce.
With the tasting set, snacks were brought, the chicken really coals, I had to ask to be re-cooked.
The beer is not bad.
We definitely won't go a second time.
