The hotel is perfectly located. The building itself is old, but renovated. Somewhere with taste, somewhere not so much. The room is rather big and quiet. Good zaatraki.
Delicious breakfast, I really liked the cheese pie. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Polite staff. There are several cafes within walking distance. There is no elevator, but we lived on the second floor, so it doesn't matter
An authentic hotel close to the main attractions. There is a patio. The rooms are spacious, there is everything you need, even an iron directly in the room.Excellent all-inclusive breakfast options.I boldly recommend it for short-term stays...
A very cozy hotel with a thoughtful interior that immerses you in an oriental fairy tale. There is a small courtyard, smokers do not need to go outside. The hotel is located in an area full of restaurants and cafes. Amazing breakfasts with a wide variety of dishes worthy of 5stars. Friendly staff. The lack of a hygienic shower was surprising.
The hotel is average. There were no towel rails, which is very inconvenient. The water pressure in the shower is weak. The breakfasts are not bad, but once I got a spoiled sausage.
Nice hotel. Clean, the rooms are cleaned well, the breakfast is delicious. Thanks to the employees, they are very helpful with luggage. The national flavor is present)) (plates, carpets)
Excellent hotel, the room is clean, the bed, snow-white towels, the bathroom had all the accessories: soap, shampoo, air conditioning, hair dryer worked, there was also water in the room, kettle, tea, sugar, water cooler next to the room, polite guys at the reception, helped with luggage, allowed to sit for 2 hours in the lobby and wait for a taxi
An average restaurant. With a claim to Turkish cuisine. Delicious. Turkish coffee leaves much to be desired. However, there are problems with coffee in Samarkand almost everywhere.
Everything is fine. Not far from the historical center, 10 minutes on foot. Very good curls. The staff is attentive and friendly. The rooms are clean, all amenities.
A nice little hotel. Polite, friendly staff. Cleaning every day. Quite a variety of breakfasts. The main attractions are Registan and Gur Emir, a 20-minute walk away. There is an Armenian restaurant with homemade cuisine "Gifts of the Caucasus" across the street. There are Orthodox and Catholic churches nearby
A good hotel, located in the center of Samarkand. It consists of two buildings. The rooms are comfortable and interestingly decorated. The batteries are turned on during the cool season. There is a kettle. They put bottles of water. There are no refrigerators in the rooms. Good breakfasts. Compared to other hotels, there is a fairly diverse selection of dishes. One of the inconveniences is the lack of ramps. But the reception and security staff help to carry the suitcase.
Cozy, authentic, do not know or do not want to know what a coffee machine is, however, as in the whole of Bukhara, in the neighboring hotel - please: coffee (latte, cappuccino) and ATM
A new hotel, chic spacious rooms, clean, cozy, quiet in room 228, good location, polite staff, delicious and varied breakfasts. I am delighted with this hotel! I recommend it!!!
The room is spacious, but there is no safe, I did not like the breakfast, the food is not tasty and looks unattractive, the coffee is only instant, normal only for money, the price is called from a fool, to whom 20 thousand to whom 15, they say tomorrow it will be free, and tomorrow the coffee machine is covered with a cloth and does not work at all...Shame
We are currently staying at this hotel. A very nice hotel. Lovely rooms. There are all accessories (slippers, toothbrush with paste, shampoo and conditioner. We live in the summer section of the hotel (new). The guys at the reception change money (it is even more profitable to change rubles for their bags than dollars), they are very friendly, they try to help. The center is nearby, 15-20 minutes on foot. The breakfasts are excellent.
A nice hotel near the main square of the city. They lived in a building with windows opening onto a summer courtyard. There are mosquito nets on the windows. Excellent breakfast with an abundance of fresh berries, were in the spring. In the rain, you had to go to the dining room with an umbrella.
I liked the hotel. Nice, cozy rooms. Comfortable beds. Cleaning every day. No problem with water. Excellent breakfasts. Fresh Samarkand tortillas. I recommend.
A gorgeous hotel. Cleanliness, sweetness, hospitality, cordiality. A good breakfast. Quiet, cozy, oriental cute, authentic! I recommend and advise travelers! I was very pleased.
We traveled in 7 days to different cities of Uzbekistan, spent the night in different places each time. But this hotel was singled out by tourists for its delights. Comfortable, comfortable surroundings, with excellent breakfasts... I barely persuaded her to go on excursions in the morning - everyone wanted to stay there longer!
The hotel is very atmospheric, with a pronounced oriental flavor. It was clean, it was only 2 nights, but the linen was changed, the room was cleaned. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. The staff deserves the highest praise.
The hotel is well located. The rooms are clean, bright with new furniture and linen. There are snout-soap ones and they are replenished. There is tea and coffee. The breakfasts are good.
An excellent hotel, the staff was very pleased, the breakfasts are excellent, clean, the rooms are large.. The originality of the hotel, but it is very much loved by Russian tour operators.. And hence the problems associated with our tourists.
Everything was fine. The interior is pleasant. The bathroom is large. The air conditioner was working. The room was cleaned, towels were changed (we stayed for 2 nights). We lived on the 1st floor, the Windows overlook the inner courtyard. It is possible to open the window for ventilation, but since people go to their rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor, this somewhat violates privacy. But here it's either color, or 'everything is according to a template'.
Our wi-fi was lazy. Only for this 4 stars.

Excellent hotel: convenient location, decorated in a national flavor, large rooms, rooms in which cleaning was done every day, a varied breakfast from oatmeal, pancakes, omelet to samsa and fruit, polite and friendly staff, excellent Internet connection.I recommend
The hotel is almost in the center of the city, small and cozy. Our room had all the amenities (shower, toilet, refrigerator, TV). Although there are no broadcasts in Russian. The beds are good, the linen is clean.
The breakfasts are quite varied and delicious.
We had dinner once, and everything was delicious.
The staff is polite and friendly.
Great place!Breakfast!Staff who are ready to tell you where to go, what to see, call a taxi. There is an Orthodox church nearby.Registan is a half-hour walk away.
The best hotel on the trip! Thanks to the agency. Located in the center, the building has been renovated, the common areas are stylish, the rooms are cozy, the breakfast is excellent and even the coffee is natural, boiled! I recommend it!!!
In principle, it's not a bad hotel, but on the third floor there is a smell of dampness in the rooms. They asked to change the room, but the other one had the same situation.
They asked to bring an ironing board by 8 a.m. They said they would bring it, but until I reminded them at 8:30, there was no board.
Clean, cozy. Smiling and attentive staff.
Wi-Fi catches right on the next street!! The new building (Old Arba) has a wonderful "atmospheric" courtyard. Convenient location, close to many cafes and restaurants, boulevard. In short, if you go back to Samarkand, then definitely an Arba!
Cleanliness without comments, cleaning daily, and extra blankets were put, and air conditioning..
There is no elevator, but the guys immediately take a suitcase and carry..
The buffet breakfast is decent. And fruits and pastries and vegetables (stewed eggplant zucchini).Hot itself, croutons, cottage cheese with sour cream are the freshest, a lot of sweets...Grapes, melons and other apples-pears.
The staff is very sensitive, responsive.
Minus one-far from the center, there is nowhere to go for a walk.
For lovers of local cuisine- nearby, very close, a whole street of delicious food.
A good hotel for its class. The room is clean. Daily cleaning service. The European breakfast is a lot of everything.especially fruits. The room has a kettle with a selection of different types of tea. It is located near the old town
My husband and I lived in the Arba in September 2022. We were satisfied with everything, we liked everything. The location is good. It's a bit far from the main attractions, but we always walk and we don't care. Everything worked. I liked the breakfast, it was varied. The room is large and clean. But the mattress is too hard for me, I suffered. The staff is polite. Only I have not seen such a courtyard as in the promotional photos. I recommend.
Good repair, beautiful wall decoration in the corridor, beautiful ceiling, but there is no sound insulation from the word "absolutely"
The breakfasts are very tasty and plentiful
The hotel is nice, the location, the rooms and the rich breakfast. But recently we stopped in the summer part on 08/09/2023, where there is a courtyard. Some group sat and sang until 00.30 at night, until they talked to the administrator. There is no control on their part. We didn't get enough sleep. And the doors on the ground floor are light-permeable when there are thick curtains on the windows.
A very good hotel to stay in Samarkand. Polite staff. It's a pity there is no elevator, but the staff will always help to lift the luggage. The rooms are clean.
The hotel is located close to the center. Large room, cozy patio, pleasant breakfast, smiling staff.
There is only one drawback - there is no coffee machine, and coffee is brewed in drip coffee makers for a long time
A good guest house, with pleasant interiors, a good mattress and Pillows, quiet, sleep well, there are all sorts of antique little things, cool restaurants nearby. I recommend
Everything is just great! The room, decorated in a national style, was simply amazing! Convenient location for walking around the city center, comfortable beds for relaxing.
