We had a rest in December 2024. The sanatorium disappointed, although it was considered the number one here... it was my first time here. Among the advantages: delicious food and a large well-maintained territory with security. Of the cons: major repairs are required, everything is old, the wallpaper is peeling off, the door to the shower cabin in our room was missing altogether due to a breakdown, unstable pressure and water temperature, on the first day we could not take a shower, as only hot water flowed, in general, washing and taking a shower is another quest. Bed linen, mattress pads, bathrobes, towels are already old, not fresh, it is inconvenient to wash over the sink, because a mirror with a shelf was hung low, not according to the standard, against which you rest your head, cleaning every 3 days, the bed was not changed for us from arrival to departure, slippers are worn every 3 days. The furniture is old, the sofas are collapsed, the beds creak. The dishes that the guests take out into the corridor can lie there for weeks, unscrupulous employees are sitting on the reception desk, check and ask everything 10 times ... in the treatment room, which is located on the 1st floor, there is nothing to breathe, it is impossible to stuffy, and the room is very cold, 2 radiators were turned on.
The baths and all the equipment are already old, it's unpleasant, there is no feeling that you are in a top sanatorium. There is no concierge at the entrance, who must meet you, take your suitcase and escort you to the room after check-in, as well as escort you to the car, it used to be like this, it turns out- they save on this expense item. And the biggest disadvantage is that the windows in the rooms do not open. In a word, I don't recommend it. I was told by the locals that those who had already understood had fled to the new Therma sanatorium.

We had a rest in October 2024, we liked the sanatorium. The medical staff is responsive , attentive, good-natured. I really liked the kitchen, thanks a lot to the chefs. The waiters are attentive and responsive. The building is warm and clean. Thanks to the owners of the hotel. Family well-being and health to all. I recommend visiting this sanatorium.

I really like the friendly staff. The kitchen is excellent, all procedures are located directly in the building. In many places, sanatoriums are divided into blocks and buildings. You don't have to go far anywhere here. All procedures are located on the 1st floor. Very convenient.

We rested at the Aray Deluxe sanatorium in April 2024. I would like to note the positive aspects: the hotel staff is very attentive, all requests are fulfilled instantly, the food is very tasty and varied, the procedures are at the highest level, the territory is well maintained. Overall, I really liked it. But there are minor flaws: not all rooms have been renovated, outdated furniture, faucets in the showers need to be replaced. Nevertheless, the rest was a success. We received full treatment. We would like to thank the manager at the reception Nurlan for his attentive attitude and solutions to all the issues of vacationers. We plan to return next year.

I was on a 10-day treatment last year. A good guarded building. Responsive staff. Doctors write recommendations and procedures necessary for you, and there are paid services. They have a good massage therapist, a man named Ali, I recommend, helped solve the problem with muscle tension in the legs. It is a very delicacy in communication. The cuisine is delicious, dietary dishes, sometimes small portions. There are gazebos and a small alley on the territory. Overall a good place, I recommend it.

Minus-current repairs of the building are required (gym, showers in the pool, replacement of the facing stones of the basement, replacement of floor stones in front of the entrance and on the stairs to the sanatorium, the outdoor pool is not clean, unsanitary conditions, cosmetic repairs need to be carried out in the treatment rooms..... etc.)
Plus: friendly staff, the kitchen and menu are excellent, the rooms are clean, concerts are organized in the evenings...

I give the highest rating for the natural healing factor of the sanatorium (the water from its own well is amazing), as well as responsive, attentive, friendly, helpful staff and exquisite cuisine.
The management should pay close attention to the worn-out infrastructure of the sanatorium.

We came from Almaty with my husband. We paid in advance and made a reservation. We took a VIP economy room.

The sanatorium is tired. The most luxurious but there is no good administrator. Some kind of careless attitude. The plumbing is all in terrible condition. The mattresses on the beds are all worn out.
It is very beautiful from the outside and the territory is well thought out. But they haven't looked after the territory for a long time.
Make repairs in the rooms and everything will be fine.
I lost my diamond earring during the procedure. And of course no one was going to return it to me. They made it look like they were looking for... Doctors are weak. I felt bad during the procedure and did not receive qualified help.
