Why does it make you want to cry more and more every time you encounter a Belarusian service? I ordered a cream for pickup, which was very necessary. I put not one star, but two, just because they called quickly and confirmed that the cream was available and I could pick it up before 5 p.m. (although even on Yandex.maps it is indicated that the store is open until 6 p.m.). Did I take time off from work and go to the pick-up point to pull the handle of a closed door? By the way, I was at the place at 16:40. By the phone from which I received a confirmation call (it is also listed on the website in the contacts) I tried to call 2 times and failed. After that, I decided that I didn't want to waste any more time on this.I couldn't use the services of the store and after that I don't want to anymore. Please reconsider your attitude to the service. I didn't take up your time, you did mine.
