The interior is beautiful and stylish
For the first time, the waitress was friendly and recommended a drink to us.Everything was delicious, wonderful.
The second time I went to drink coffee and wait for my man to rent a car (rented).After that, we wanted to have lunch here together.
And then the circus began.Honestly there are no words to describe it) I've never seen such ridiculous behavior. The waitress Madina was sitting at the table in the hall with the customers and eating, I looked at the menu for a very long time, obviously she didn't care about me. She called, clarified the positions of interest and chose coffee with milk, after which Madina rolled her eyes and threw up her hands)))) ahahah that was something) and shouted coffee with milk and sugar from my table to the bartender)))) and dissatisfied, she trudged off to finish her meal. When the bartender made coffee, he asked her with sugar, he silently looked at him and they played at each other for a long time (what?) He asked me to tell him with sugar or not. In the end, the coffee was ready on the counter, and our lady Madina, who resembled a moody schoolgirl more than an adult at work, sat eating a second portion and chatting on the phone for the whole hall (I had never seen this anywhere before)) only after my reminder, she rolled her eyes again and went to the counter and brought me coffee.
Of course we didn't stay for lunch. Let's go to another place on the territory of Phoenix Beach, where friendly, nimble waiters are always smiling. It's better to go there, it's not cheaper there, but no one will spoil the mood with their psychos)
Although perhaps Madina is the weak link, and the rest are excellent workers)

Delicious, cozy, modern! We haven't been to Pegasus for 4 years, we were pleasantly surprised. Everything has changed!!! But as before, everything is fine! New design inside and out, space, air, comfort. Cocktails are crazy in a good way)) The food is out of competition!!! Especially the barbecue!) Coffee in Abkhazian is generally something! The whole family went to this restaurant while vacationing in Abkhazia.
The entertainment program is at its best:
A presenter, contests, music of various genres, national dances and the like. By participating in one of the contests, we managed to win a prize, which was very pleasant. The guys themselves respect, appreciate and protect their traditions, customs and culture very much, which was also very pleasing.
Meal:
We liked everything very much, and compared to other restaurants, we liked the food and drinks here the most. And even the simplest French fries were the most delicious here. At the same time, everything is democratic at prices.
Service:
In the afternoon, we booked a table for the evening without any problems, the waitress Emma served us, who reserved a table for us, and this is the best waitress in the world. She is very affectionate and sweet, polite and sincerely loves her job. She advised us something, if in doubt, and not with the aim of getting extra benefits, but sincerely, from the heart and with care, she created such a comfort in communication that we felt welcome and long-awaited guests.
Interior:
In terms of ergonomics, I did not find any flaws (although I am very picky about such things), except for very loud music, but this is normal for such establishments. The interior is very stylish, cozy, the cafe does not look big, but at the same time it is spacious.
The place is great, perhaps the best restaurant in this area, I highly recommend visiting!)))

Three years later, we are back in Pitsunda, and in our favorite cafe.
I really liked the new interior. The kitchen is always on top, they cook very tasty! I recommend the Abkhazian hodgepodge, beef in a frying pan, and most importantly Khachapuri. The Belarusian cook is just a master of his craft. I thank the whole team for a pleasant welcome! I definitely recommend visiting the cafe.

We went every day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the evening, a super show program, the whole family liked it! They cook perfectly, special thanks to the chefs, for 5 years of visiting this institution there has not been a single poisoning, I advise everyone to visit! I visited this cafe 3 years ago, it was usual. I visited this year - now it's a great cafe - modern, delicious cuisine, high-quality music, beautiful interior, reasonable prices. In the afternoon we went to lunch, in the evening we had dinner - we took beef, very soft, delicious. In the evening there is a show program, there is a presenter, dancing, contests. I recommend it!

The restaurant has 2 rooms, the first is a veranda on which all performances and sweepstakes take place. And if you go to sit quietly, then you can go inside the restaurant. We had dinner here several times, everything was fine, and on 29.07 we came in and offered our family of 4 people the smallest table, on which even one dish for each would not fit. At the same time, there were 4 large tables around (for 6 people). We tried to convince the manager to put us at a large table, but she was adamant, and eventually we went to another institution. But the most interesting thing is that passing by on the way back, we saw that 2 people were sitting at the tables for 6 people, then the same 4. It is unclear what kind of discrimination there was. I hope the administration will have an explanatory conversation with the staff.

Одно из лучших мест в Пицунде! Всегда все очень вкусно, порции приличные. Ходим сюда и за домашним завтраком, и за праздничным ужином. Атмосфера уютная, приятная. Девочки-официантки иногда буквально читают мысли!!! Рекомендуют к заказу подходящие дополнения.
Оплата картой нет, но можно переводом)))

I managed to visit this cafe twice.
I liked the kitchen for the first time, I'll write about the service below. The second time, unfortunately, after ordering the same dishes, after a couple of hours the whole family became very ill, namely, signs of poisoning. We suffered all night and realized that we were served not quite fresh meat and dumplings. The question is why do this, seeing that a child is sitting at the table? Or do you get a% off sales at pharmacies?
I am attaching a photo of the receipt below, and now I will proceed to the service.
For the first time, a young girl served, who absolutely did not care about us and our table, did not clean the dirty dishes, gave the food as if they had come to her house. Neither a smile nor a pleasant appetite were expected from her.
The second time we were served by a very nice woman, Aldona. Probably the only kind person in this place.
And it is also very disgusting and incomprehensible that in the hall next to the guests of the cafe, all the employees of the cafe are sitting at the staff table and loudly discussing personal topics.
But we were more surprised not even by this fact, but by the fact that a woman of Balzac's age lifted her legs onto a chair and sat in front of us. Do we eat, do we like to look at dirty feet?
In general, we do not recommend this institution "Arash Pegasus" to anyone. Avoid it categorically if you do not want to spend the night in the toilet!

We came to Pitsunda for the first time. It was necessary to go somewhere to eat in the evening, and the first cafe that was discovered in Pitsunda. There was no chapel to our delight, everything turned out to be very tasty. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The very atmosphere of the cafe is cozy, you don't even hurry to leave it. I highly recommend it to everyone. And the cafe is full of prosperity and pleasant visitors!!!
